In recent years, significant transformations have been taking place in the preschool education system, caused by changes in the scientific, methodological and material base of education and upbringing of children. One of the important conditions for updating is the use of new information technologies, primarily computer technologies. This allows, on the one hand, to increase the effectiveness of the educational process, on the other hand, to a greater extent to apply an individual approach in the process of teaching and upbringing of both normally developing children and children with various developmental disabilities, including speech. The article examines the actual problem of realizing the pedagogical potential of using assistive technology devices, such as multimedia correction tools, in the inclusive education of preschool children with severe speech pathologies. The article analyzes domestic and foreign experience of using multimedia technologies in correctional practice. A study was carried out using various available multimedia tools for speech correction; both positive and negative aspects were identified. Based on the results obtained, the author’s method was proposed in the form of a software and hardware complex with biofeedback, which can be effectively used in institutions implementing inclusive education.

Innovations change the world in all spheres of life, and education is not an exception. Modern requirements of time put us new challenges that require the use of new information technologies at all stages of the educational process in higher education institutions, in particular the use of the Internet. In addition, it has been noted that Internet resources increase motivation and contribute to the formation of a fully developed personality. Testing and evaluating students' knowledge and abilities is an integral part of the credit-module system. One of the forms of evaluation of the initial level of knowledge, consolidation and improvement of assimilation of information is testing. It should be noted that in a number of countries, testing has shifted traditional forms of control — oral and written exams and interviews. However, in Ukraine, educators remain adherents of a combination of testing and classical analysis of material. It allows the most efficient distribution of the training time of a practical class, 100% control of the knowledge and the effectiveness of mastering the material of all the students of the academic group. Technical progress stimulates the search for new variants and possibilities of testing, its various variations. One of the options that can help solve this problem was a smartphone. In order to facilitate the work of the teacher at the Department of Microbiology, an online testing system with the use of smartphones was introduced. Online testing is conducted among students with Ukrainian and English language training. With the Google Forms platform, the teacher creates a form which contains the student's records and tests. Students directly from the teacher get a link to fill out an online form directly at the lesson. For testing, a database containing standard KROK-1 licensed test tasks is used. The form can contain any number of test tasks that are in arbitrary order, as well as a changed order of distractors, which makes it impossible to write off. At the same time, all students are in the same conditions: all write one option. After submitting the form, the student receives a notification that his response is recorded. Re-linking is not possible. In turn, the teacher receives a message on the result of the test in the table — the ratio of correct answers to the total number of questions, as well as options for their answers. First and foremost, questions are displayed on which students gave the largest number of incorrect answers. This allows the topic to be considered in the process of discussion of the most difficult tasks from the students perspective, and in the future it will allow more efficiently to create forms for on-line tests and to focus on these issues.

New information and computer technologies transform the social interaction and impose new demands for skills and thinking upon media specialists. The aim of this study is to determine the most effective set of information technologies, which can help media specialists develop competencies and thus stay competitive in the labor market. The research methodology is based on the overview of case studies concerning issues such as technology trends, human capital, and talent competitiveness. The qualitative analysis was performed in three phases – overviewing case studies, distinguishing trends and problem-solving. Analyzing data on skill supply and demand, the key skills needed to succeed in the workplace were identified. The results of the three-phase research revealed that the most important competencies needed to be in demand today are technology literacy, stress tolerance, and big data skills. The major finding of this study is that a media specialist needs to focus on learning throughout his life and gain hard and soft skills in the process.

This is the Information Age, and that epicenter is information flow and content control. This is the one occupation that is best suited to benefit from this still evolving epoch of human history. In fact, any organization that fundamentally relies on information dissemination as a core resource to their production would seek out information experts as the de facto experts in this field for consultation on how best to handle their large volumes of information. Today, companies are searching for these very professionals and will pay extraordinarily well to have such expertise in their organizations. As long as they change their mindset, evolve from conservative ideologies of what a library professional is, and retain and improve upon the traditional library services while seeking to develop techniques and technologies that effectively handle the workflow of the information dissemination process in a Digital Age—adapting technologies such as the KATIE Index, the MEL System, and the LISA Informationbase for the physical and virtual collection management requirements—most library professionals will be able to focus on becoming information experts and establish their relevance at the very epicenter of business and education. Evolving into the information expert and leveraging new information technologies is where the future of library studies lays in this digital segment of the Information Age. This chapter concludes the first section of the book.

In this chapter the main contradictions and discrepancies which are available in pedagogical system are considered. Introduction of electronic tutorials and estimation doesn't lead to their disappearance, and causes new aspects at the new level. In difficult systems other, nonlinear regularities therefore efficiency of educational process doesn't increase linearly, in proportion to the used new information technologies work, it is necessary to consider that the assessment plays not only function of correlation (comparison of knowledge and abilities of the pupil his valuable orientations and they got experience of activity with some standards, levels), but also means of motivation. The assessment has to stimulate the pupil to further educational activity, increase his activity. Therefore we consider aspiration to a total objectivity of an assessment, finding of general algorithm for its definition not only senseless, but also harmful.

The use of modern information technologies, including distance learning, significantly strengthened the traditional approaches to the educational process in higher education institutions. On the one hand, the reason for this is the rapid development of information and communication technologies, and as a consequence, appearance of new modern pedagogical approaches to conducting lectures, practical and laboratory trainings. On the other hand, students also have changed. Under present conditions, they have a number of personal qualities that were not inherent to pupils and students of previous years. The article argues the use of distance learning technologies and the possibilities of modern specialists trained in educational measurements in the field of distance learning.

It was defined in the article that in recent years, the computer technology has been used in all areas of the profession, including the music industry. In light of this, there is a relevant need to study the problem of using music and the computer technology in the training of future musicians. Thus, some issues of the implementation of these technologies in the educational process were studied by I. Haydenko, I. Zabolotskaya, A. Markov, M. Podrazhanskaya, Sanyu Juan, M. Owl, Chen Zhuin, and others. However, the analysis of the scientific literature shows that the scientists interpret a concept of the computer and music technology ambiguously. Therefore, the research of the problem of the use of music and computer technology in the training of future musicians requires the clarification of the author’s point of view in understanding the meaning of the concept mentioned above. The purpose and the task of the article: to analyze the essence of the music and computer technologies, to reveal their role and meaning in the professional music education, based on the analysis of scientific literature. During the scientific research have been used the following research methods: general scientific methods (analysis, comparison, generalization) in order to study the scientific literature on the outlined problem and to determine the author’s point of view regarding the interpretation of the key concepts of the study, the disclosure of the role and importance of the music-computer technology in the music professional education. Based on the work of modern scientific works of Ukrainian and Chinese scientists, it has been established that the music-computer technologies are modern information technologies used in the field of music and, in particular, in the system of music education. These technologies play an important role in professional music education today, as they make it possible to significantly improve its effectiveness and to update a communication model between all participants in the educational process.
