This paper aims to analyze the mapping of spiritual management process in Pondok Pesantren Al-Munawwir Kolplek L Krapyak Yogyakarta. The type of research used is qualitatively descriptive with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation. Spiritual management makes a bridge to the peak consciousness of human self existence in the vertical line called fitrah awareness, one consciousness that is tawhid. Management concept is understood not only to be empirical-rational by relying on the ability of the five senses and human intellectuality, but more deeply to the values of spirituality that are the main center in success with various aspects of life. The results showed that Pondok Pesantren Al Munawwir Kompleks L implemented a pesantren management system that emphasizes managerial and applies spiritual values in its management through programs realized to achieve more comprehensive and holistic goals, namely through 1) takhalli management; 2) tahalli management; 3) tajalli management.

This chapter introduces the gabinetes fonográficos that appeared after the introduction of the Spring Motor Phonograph, Edison Home Phonograph, and Edison Standard Phonograph between 1896 and 1898; these were small recording labels which recorded their own wax cylinders employing local musicians and sold them directly to their customers, operating often precariously or for a limited amount of time. The chapter then discusses the gabinetes that were active between 1896 and 1905 in Madrid, then the main center of the nascent Spanish recording industry. The chapter examines how the Madrid gabinetes built upon ways of listening developed earlier in the decade to transform recorded sound into a commodity, and how, in doing so, they drew upon regeneracionista discourses concerning science, technology, modernity, and national identity.

One glance to the map of the Earth shows us that the main centers and sub centers of civilization are distributed on the surface of the Earth according to a very accurate geometrical system: the main ones are located on a strait line from Egypt to Greece to western Europe. From Egypt in the ancient times , and from Western Europe in modern times a curve extends to the right and left on which the sub centers are located, this curve moved completely from its northern position in ancient times to its southern position in modern times where one thousand years separates the two ancient and modern stages of civilization,  this period had been filled by Greeks and Arabs through which we are going to tell the story of this moving curve between its two ancient and modern positions. Briefly seven hundreds of years had been filled by Greeks : one century in Athena, six centuries in Alexandria of Egypt,( where the curve returned to its southern position),  and three centuries by Arabs in Bagdad in Iraq before the third stage of modern civilization began its role in its main center , western Europe.

Background: Cancer care coordination across major academic medical centers and their networks is evolving rapidly, but the spectrum of organizational efforts has not been described. We conducted a mixed-methods survey of leading cancer centers and their networks to document care coordination and identify opportunities to improve geographically dispersed care. Methods: A mixed-methods survey was sent to 91 cancer centers in the United States and Canada. We analyzed the number and locations of network sites; access to electronic medical records (EMRs); clinical research support and participation at networks; use of patient navigators, care paths, and quality measures; and physician workforce. Responses were collected via Qualtrics software between September 2017 and December 2018. Results: Of the 69 responding cancer centers, 74% were NCI-designated. Eighty-seven percent of respondents were part of a matrix health system, and 13% were freestanding. Fifty-six reported having network sites. Forty-three respondents use navigators for disease-specific populations, and 24 use them for all patients. Thirty-five respondents use ≥1 types of care path. Fifty-seven percent of networks had complete, integrated access to their main center’s EMRs. Thirty-nine respondents said the main center provides funding for clinical research at networks, with 22 reporting the main center provides all funding. Thirty-five said the main center provided pharmacy support at the networks, with 15 indicating the main center provides 100% pharmacy support. Certification program participation varied extensively across networks. Conclusions: The data show academic cancer centers have extensive involvement in network cancer care, often extending into rural communities. Coordinating care through improved clinical trial access and greater use of patient navigation, care paths, coordinated EMRs, and quality measures is likely to improve patient outcomes. Although it is premature to draw firm conclusions, the survey results are appropriate for mapping next steps and data queries.

For the first time in world practice, predictive models were constructed for X, Y, Z geomagnetic elements. Based on these models, the prediction was made with 3 hours lead time using data of the “Lviv” magnetic observatory. The properties of models are as follows: observatory — LVV, рredicted values — XYZ; lead time — 3 hours; correlation coefficients’ averaged measurement data — 0.824 (X), 0.811 (Y), 0.804 (Z); prediction efficiency — 0.816 (X), 0.803 (Y), 0.801 (Z); skill score — 0.115 (X), 0.095 (Y), 0.099 (Z). The developed models were tested in the Main Center of Special Monitoring, and they were found to meet the Basic Requirements for operational predictive models.

Stellaria species are common herbs, preferred humid mountainously slopes, but some grew in desert. Main center of diversification for Stellaria is Eurasia, with a center of distribution in the mountains of central Asia. Some species are also cosmopolitan. It is represented by 9 species in Iran. The genus has high medicinal value. To determine the genetic diversity and understand the species? limits within the Iranian Stellaria, we produced molecular data using 139 randomly collected plants representing 8 species from five provinces of Iran. A total of 122 reproducible bands were generated by 10 of 25 random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) primers, with an average of 12.2 bands/primer and 33% polymorphism. Largest number of effective alleles (Ne), genetic diversity (H), and Shannon Index (I) were shown by S. media. Our data depicted highest similarity between S. media and S. pallida and lowest between S. media and S. graminea. S. pallida showed relatively low level of genetic variation. Finally, the Neighbor Joining (NJ) trees based on RAPD markers data divided the populations into two different clusters, indicating their genetic difference which is discussed in details.

The article presents the experience of questioning residents of Magnitogorsk, the purpose of which was to study their attitude to the architectural and artistic values of their native city. For example, Metallurgov Avenue was taken, the main center of post-war construction. Made in the Stalinist Empire style, it carries the ideology of the 30-50s of the last century and therefore it became interesting how different generations of townspeople perceive it. Most believe that the avenue has a historical and artistic value that should be preserved for a long time to come.

The study aimed to identify the impact of governance on developing institutional performance in the secretariat of the northern border region, and using the descriptive analytical approach, and collecting theoretical information from office sources, through a questionnaire distributed to 309 individual officials and employees in the secretariat of the northern border region (the main center), 238 valid questionnaires were retrieved, The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses of the study, and the study reached several results, the most important of which is the availability of an adequate and acceptable amount of practices for the two variables of the study, in addition to the presence of a positive correlation between each of the governance with its various principles and institutional performance. The most substantial relationships between accountability were one of the principles of governance and overall institutional performance, and the lowest were the relationships between justice and equality as one of the principles of governance and overall institutional performance. Also, governance, with its various principles, explains its amount (66.2%) of the variance in the overall institutional performance. The study recommended working on the need to pay attention to deepening the understanding and awareness of everything related to the principles and mechanisms of governance in public organizations through the continuous improvement of human resources capabilities and knowledge, as well as providing an appropriate climate for their application and increasing the level of positive impact on the various dimensions of institutional performance.

ISSUES OF MUSICOLOGY ON THE PAGES OF THE "HERALD": FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF ACADEMIC TCHOUHADJIAN STUDIES The "Lraber hasarakakan gitutyunneri [Journal of Social Sciences]" scholarly periodical has significantly contributed to the academic musicology, in particular, to the emergence, formation and progress of Tchouhadjian Studies. In close collaboration with the main center of musicology – NAS RA Institute of Arts, the "Lraber" became one of the pioneers of academic Tchouhadjian Studies. The scholarly periodical published the major outcomes of researches on Tchouhadjian’s legacy – his operas "Arshak II", "Arif’s Deception", "Qyose Qehya" and "Zemireh", on the one hand, and reviews – to familiarize the reader with the novelties in academic Tchouhadjian Studies. While promoting Armenian culture and introducing the readership to the achievements in the field of musicology, the scholarly periodical provided space to the musicologists Zara Ter-Ghazaryan, Margarita Rukhkyan and Anna Asatryan, the theater historian Garnik Stepanyan and literary critic Samvel Iskandaryan. We are confident that the "Lraber", by continuing close collaboration with the musicologists of NAS RA Institute of Arts, will proceed with its "Tchouhadjianiana".
