Using the survey data from 791 officers in a large western police department in the United States, the current study assesses how officers’ unique work experiences (i.e., shifts, crime areas, and duty assignments) vary and culminate throughout a career in policing. Findings provide a glimpse into the early socialization and work experiences of novice officers and how experiences manifest across officers as they gain years on the job. The results also show that there is particularly high variation in the career work experiences amongst the most tenured officers, which calls into question the validity of using only length of service to measure officer experience. This study closes by discussing the implications that these findings have for future research and practice.

The basic principles of the formation of a solidary fund in the suggested old-age pension system are to establish the minimum length of service according to which a citizen has the right to an old-age pension, the implementation into the pension calculation system of the indicator "share deducted to a solidary fund" from each transfer to the personal account of the employee, so that by retirement at the age of 60 and working experience of 38 years, the pension amount was exactly equal to the amount of wages used in calculations. With a decrease in the length of service, the pension amount is reduced according to a certain rule. To implement these principles, appropriate mathematical models have been built that allow to calculate the amount of accumulated pension capital, own pension, accumulated amounts in the solidary fund, the total amount in the pension fund, etc., with any work experience, the amount of wages. Complex calculations were performed using the parameters that have developed in the practice of today. The results of the calculations are presented in tables with the corresponding comments.

Atonement can only be made by the Lord Jesus Himself through the holy blood of Jesus, through His death on the cross, so that believers will be sanctified and without blemish before Him. From the results of the interviews, information was obtained that there are still congregations who find it difficult to accept teachings about reconciliation, because they are still bound by the culture of their ancestors. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods[1]with literature review approaches, analysis studies, observations, surveys and interviews. From the results of the interview, information was obtained that not all congregations can live diligently and have full hope in God, because they are still influenced by the cultural customs of their ancestors. There is a possibility that God's servants have taught well through sermons, but there is no follow-up so there are still congregations who are not faithful to accompanying God. The background of God's servants among GKKB are different in terms of education, age, length of service, gender, Offices and places of ministry of course also vary the way and depth of material in teaching this atonement to the congregation. Therefore, the writer formulates the problem: 1) Which dimension is the most dominant in determining the level of confirmation of teaching about reconciliation based on Colossians 1:1-23 among the servants of the Christian Church of West Kalimantan? And 2) Which background is dominant in determining the level of confirmation of teaching about reconciliation based on Colossians 15:1-23 among the servants of the Christian Church of West Kalimantan? 1-23 among the servants of the Christian Church of West Kalimantan? And 2) Which background is dominant in determining the level of confirmation of teaching about reconciliation based on Colossians 15:1-23 among the servants of the Christian Church of West Kalimantan? 1-23 among the servants of the Christian Church of West Kalimantan? And 2) Which background is dominant in determining the level of confirmation of teaching about reconciliation based on Colossians 15:1-23 among the servants of the Christian Church of West Kalimantan?

Background: Waste is considered everything that has lost utility after being use; therefore, it no longer has value to a person or a community. After objects have lost their value, they need to be removed from homes, workplaces, stores, markets, etc. Hence, waste collectors remove the garbage left on the streets and allocate it to appropriate places. From a historical perspective, waste disposal is closely related to consumption and values of cleanliness, purity, and organization of the current society. Objective: To analyze health and work conditions of waste collectors and the association of these parameters with the length of service. Methods: Cross-sectional study. The sample consisted of 112 participants. Questionnaires addressing sociodemographic, work, and health conditions were used. The analysis of the association between health conditions and length of service was performed using Fisher's exact test with a significance level of p < 0.05. Results: There was a statistically significant difference between the length of service (more than two years) and a higher occurrence of injuries such as sharp injuries (p <0.001), headache (p = 0.036), back pain (p = 0.008) and work leave (p = 0.021). Conclusion: The working health conditions of waste collectors described in this study are associated with back pain, headache, and work and sick leave.

Starting from the fact that motivation presents an important factor that directly affects employee effectiveness, this paper examines the attitudes of employees regarding the ability of their leaders and managers to apply appropriate motivators in the work process. The empirical research was based on a sample of 117 respondents who were employed in the Serbian banking sector. The application of statistical methods supported by SPSS software provided the analysis of three groups of motivators applied by leaders and managers, which included material, non-monetary and work-related motivators. In addition, we examined the relationship between the length of service and respondents' attitudes regarding the ability of leaders and managers to involve employees in the decision-making and goal-setting process. Testing hypothesis H1 using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test showed the existence of a pronounced ability of leaders and managers to motivate employees by applying material, non – monetary and work-related motivators. Testing hypothesis H2 using Spearman's Correlation Test indicated a correlation between the studied variables at the population level. The findings of the empirical research can contribute to better efficiency and effectiveness of the operations in the banking sector.

To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher relied on the following: 1- Using the descriptive associative approach to reveal the perceived social trust of educational counselors. 2- Perceived social trust scale based on Rotter’s social learning theory. In its final form, the scale consisted of (36) items after completing the conditions of honesty, stability, discriminatory strength, and internal consistency, which were divided into three areas (predictability, reliability and belief( . To complement this, the researcher applied the scale to a sample of (300) male and female guides in the schools of the center, districts and sub-districts of the General Directorate of Al-Qadisiyah Education, which were selected by the stratified random method according to the proportional method. After collecting the data and processing it statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), the research reached the following results: A - The educational counselors have a perceived social confidence that is statistically significant. B - There are no statistically significant differences in the perceived social confidence of educational counselors according to the gender variable (males, females.( C- There are statistically significant differences in the perceived social confidence of educational counselors according to the variable length of service (1-5 years, 6-10 years, 11 years and more), as the results showed that educational counselors whose service exceeds (11 years) have confidence Perceived social is more than the rest of the counselors, followed by the educational counselors with (5-10 years) and finally the educational counselors with the service (1-5 years).
