The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, and work motivation on the turnover intention at PT Prodigi, which is a challenge for companies in maintaining labor competition. This research is expected to be able to help determine the main factors causing employee turnover intention and overcome problems regarding turnover intention so that it can help companies reduce losses in terms of cost and time. The method in this study uses a cross-section method with quantitative research types and uses a questionnaire technique in collecting data. This study used 100 respondents. This study uses SPSS to perform statistical tests to get conclusions in knowing which dependent variables will affect the independent variables in the study. The result of the test that has been done is partial regression (t) which shows that the variables of work stress and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intention di PT Prodigi, yang menjadi suatu tantangan perusahaan dalam mempertahakan persaingan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membantu mengetahui faktor utama penyebab turnover intention karyawan dan mengatasi problematika mengenai turnover intention sehingga dapat membantu perusahaan mengurangi kerugian dari segi biaya maupun waktu. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross section dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik kuesioner dalam mengumpulkan data. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS untuk melakukan uji statistik agar mendapatkan kesimpulan dalam mengetahui variabel dependen mana yang akan mempengaruhi variabel independen dalam penelitian. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan adalah uji regresi parsial (t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Solanum (Solanaceae) comprises cultivated and wild plants with 1400 species in the world and 14 species in Iran. Solanum is a taxonomically complex genus due to morphological similarities, phenotypic plasticity and hybridisation. Limited studies were done on anatomical features of this important genus. In this project, 10 native and exotic species of Solanum in Iran belonging to two subgenera were examined anatomically. Leaf mesophyll and midrib and indumentum were analysed using light microscope. Hand-made cross section method and Toluidine blue as colouring agent were used. Characters as length and width of main vascular bundle, thickness of collenchyma, trichome density, thickness of parenchyma strand, thickness of lamina and length and shape of midrib were diagnostic features among species studied. In UPGMA tree and PCA ordination, species of two subgenera were separated from each other. Results of this study confirmed the taxonomic importance of anatomical characters in Solanum species studied.

The article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at analyzing hardiness of 14–17 year-olds with persistent illegal behavior (n = 118) in comparison with their peers who demonstrate conditionally normal behavior (n = 117). The assessment of hardiness was carried out with the use of the short version of the Hardiness Test by E. I. Rasskazova and E. N. Osin. The results show that adolescents with persistent illegal behavior are characterized by lower indicators of hardiness, in comparison with adolescents with conditionally normative behavior, and this trend is manifested both in the analysis of the total indicator and particular indicators of hardiness. The analysis of changes in the total and particular indicators of hardiness (performed with the cross-section method) identifies a trend associated with consistent increase in hardiness indicators among adolescents with persistent illegal behavior, while in adolescents form comparison group these indicators decrease. The analysis of gender differences allows us to establish that the trend to increasing hardiness in the group of adolescents with persistent illegal behavior is characteristic of girls, while the hardiness of boys who make up this group decreases as they grow up, as well as in their peers with conditionally normative behavior. The necessity of a differentiated approach to the psychological support of the personal development of boys and girls with persistent illegal behavior is discussed.

Latar Belakang: Prestasi akademik merupakan tingkat yang dicapai oleh siswa berdasarkan pengalaman belajarnya dalam suatu disiplin ilmu sebagai pencapaian tujuan dan kualifikasi yang ditetapkan di awal program pendidikan. Tujuan: Mengetahui dan menganalisis efek self-concept terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa dengan variabel moderasi self-efficacy. Metode: Menggunakan cross section method melalui kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 mahasiswa yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa i) tingkat prestasi akademik berada pada kategori sangat memuaskan, self-concept dan self-efficacy berada pada kategori tinggi. ii) self-concept mempengaruhi prestasi akademik. iii) self-efficacy memoderasi pengaruh self-concept terhadap prestasi akademik. Kesimpulan: Bahwa terdapat pengaruh self-concept terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa, serta terdapat interaksi antara self-efficacy pada pengaruh self-concept terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa.

Spin-M1 excitations of nuclei are important for describing neutrino reactions in supernovae or in neutrino detectors since they are allowed transitions mediated by neutral current neutrino interactions. The spin-M1 excitation strength distributions in self-conjugate N=Z nuclei were studied by proton inelastic scattering at forward angles for each of isovector and isoscalar excitations as reported in H. Matsubara et al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 115, 102501 (2015). The experiment was carried out at the Research Center for Nuclear Physics, Osaka University, employing a proton beam at 295 MeV and the high-resolution spectrometer Grand Raiden. The measured cross-section of each excited state was converted to the squared nuclear matrix elements of spin-M1 transitions by applying a unit cross-section method. Comparison with predictions by a shell-model has revealed that isoscalar spin-M1 strengths are not quenched from the prediction although isovector spin-M1 strengths are quenched similarly with Gamow-Teller strengths in charged-current reactions. This finding hints at an important origin of the quenching of the strength relevant to neutrino scattering, that is, the proton-neutron spin-spin correlation in the ground state of the target nucleus. In this manuscript we present the details of the unit cross-section method used in the data analysis and discuss the consistency between the quenching of the isoscalar magnetic moments and that of the isoscalar spin-M1 strengths.

Purpose- The main objective is to analyze the direct effect of Corporate Governance (CG) on Dynamic Capabilities (DCs) and on Business Performance (BP), and the moderating and/or mediating impact of DCs on the CG-BP relationship.Methodology- The quantitative analysis was performed through PLS-SEM. Data were collected through a survey involving companies listed in B3 S/A from 2014 to 2016, except for companies from the financial sector. The final sample encompassed 195 companies per assessed year, thus totaling 585 observations concerning 2014, 2015 and 2016.Findings- Confirmed the direct and positive effect of CG on DC development, as well as DC’s influence on BP and the mediating effect of DC on the CG - BP relationship. The main conclusion was that DCs are a powerful mediating influence on the CG-BP relationship. Hence, even with efficient corporate governance mechanisms, the companies must make decisions in line with their dynamic capabilities as a way to reach better business performance.Limitations- Research cross-section method of data collection; and universe of companies listed in the Brazilian stock market.Practical implications- For example, the rejected hypothesis about the direct effect of CG on BP and the confirmation of the indirect effect via DCs suggests the analysis of aspects related to costs with monitoring procedures applied to agency conflicts and to complementary factors that must be achieved in order to boost performance. On practical terms, the results contribute to companies that look for the best and most satisfactory performance in the markets they work in.

Unfulfillment of waste service ratetarget, low-quality of waste temporary shelter, and the basic needs to increase waste service rates become the foundation to analyze the financial aspect. This can be conductedby calculating and analyzing public’s Willingness to Pay (WTP) to waste management service improvements in Ujungberung Sub-District. The objectives of this research are to know the percentage of people’s WTP towards the rise of waste service rates and analyze factors that can affect the WTP. The chosen method for this research is Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) with Payment Card as its technique.  By using Cross-Section method, there are 66 people selected to be the samples of this study. Online questionnaire is used to collect the data. The percentage of public’s WTP is 88% with the value of average WTP is Rp 31.288 and the value of total WTP is RP 113.575.000. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis, the factors significantly affecting the value of WTP are age and existing waste service rates.
