Street parking retribution is one kind of PAD that has high potential in Dumai City.However, income from street parking retribution in Dumai City is still low because there is no proper strategy to optimize it. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to formulate strategy in order to optimize the income of parking on the street in Dumai City.This research uses interviews, questionnaires, observation and study documents as data collection techniques. Then data founded processed by calculating IFAS-IFAS, Cartesian SWOT quadrant, IE matrix and SWOT analysis. Results of this research are the formulation of strategies for optimizing the street parking retribution income in the city of Dumai as follows: 1) implementing the Electronic Parking Terminal (TPE) system as a more effective replacement system. 2) Forming supervisory team by coordinating such as Satpol PP, Police and so on. 3) Installed Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) at each public roadside parking location so that it can be used in the future. 4) Open a written or online complaint service to receive input and complaints from the public or public roadside parking service users. 5) Propose an additional operational budget so that the expansion of public roadside parking spaces in Dumai City can be carried out.

Transcatheter aortic valve replacement is a valuable alternative technique to surgery and the spectrum of therapy continues to evolve. The JenaValve Pericaridal transcatheter aortic valve replacement System allows prosthesis fixation in a native, noncalcified aortic annulus with a unique paper clip-like anchorage mechanism. The low rate of paravalvular leakage and permanent pacemaker implantation emphasizes the further widespread use of the JenaValve – despite the limited data available. In May 2021, a CE mark for the transfemoral implantation in both aortic regurgitation and aortic stenosis was granted. However, no data have been published so far. The ongoing ALIGN trials are expected to provide the pending long-term data.

Abstract An operator planned to install ESPs to overcome high water cut and minimize the gas supply risk for a gas lift completion at a platform in the Gulf of Mexico. The platform is an oil collection point and its continuous operation is essential during any rig-assisted interventions. To maintain platform operation, three wells were selected for deployment of rigless electrical submersible pump (ESP) replacement systems to avoid the future use of a workover rig. The challenge was to allow a single-trip ESP deployment using the crane facilities with existing height limitations. A special surface connection system was designed to allow long ESP sections to connect under pressure at the wellhead. The technology is based on a propriotery system and method of connecting long strings at the surface using a surface lubricator and an adapted deployment stack. The system elements are located between the pump intake and protector seal sections of a standard ESP string that can easily and economically sourced in most locations. This new technology reduces the number of wireline/slickline runs needed, and the system features allow verification of mechanical connection integrity at the surface prior to deployment in the well. The successful deployment and commissioning of a rigless ESP replacement system in the SM 130 A-26 well in the Gulf of Mexico was completed in October 2019 without incident. Prior to the deployment of the rigless ESP replacement system, it was decided to perform hydraulic stimulation operations to improve the well productivity. This operation resulted in higher than expected well inflow with increased water cut. At the time of writing this paper, the ESP system had recently failed to start due to stuck pump (possibly scale related). Due to the ability to perform a rigless system upgrade for the unanticipated well inflow conditions, the operator is planning for the first rigless replacement of the existing ESP to achieve higher flow rate during the last quarter of 2021. The successful deployment of the alternative ESP deployment technology demonstrated the potential to improve the economics of the existing production facilities by reducing production deferment, minimizing health, safety, and environment (HSE) exposure; and improving the asset value. This paper discusses the engineered solution and application of the technology required to deploy long ESP strings, modifications required for the specific well conditions, and the lessons learned during the first successful deployment of rigless ESP technology in the Gulf of Mexico. Due to the performance and capability demonstrated in the first successful installation, Talos Energy has recently installed its second rigless ESP replacement system in a recompleted zone and is planning for installing its third system in the SM 130 field in 2022.

Objectives: Parkinson's Disease (PD) is a form of neurodegenerative disease that is caused the progressive weakening of dopaminergic nerve cells that affects a large number of people around the world.  The event of recent treatment methods principally depends upon the experimental data resulting from assessment balances and patients’ journals that take varied boundaries with reference to legitimacy, inter-rater inconsistency, and incessant monitoring. Methods: Nowadays various techniques and algorithms are utilized in predicting the accuracy in PD. A range of those techniques, including SVM, Artificial Neural Network, Naive Bayes, Kernel based extreme learning through subtractive clustering landscapes, Random Forest, The Multi-Layer Perceptron with Back-Propagation Learning Algorithm are widely applied to form the acceptable decision accurately. During this work, and in-depth review was administered on various techniques proposed by numerous researchers. a replacement system must be proposed which uses DL techniques and considers other attributes of paralysis agitans which can improve the prediction and be an advancement within the medical field. Result: It has been observed that many researches have been done in identifying the PD yet there is a need of suitable method or algorithm to improve the prediction of PD which will help in the clinical management. Conclusion and Future work: Most of the methods have used speech as a major attribute for their research and have produced substantial accuracy. In order to increase the precision approaches involving movements, facial expression and other attributes also be considered for evaluation

Abstract Introduction Customised individually made (CIM) implants for total knee arthroplasty (TKA) were introduced about 10 years ago. These implants aim to reduce the risk of prosthesis-related issues resulting from anthropometric differences between different knees. The purpose of this study was to analyse the short-term clinical outcome and patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) of a specific CIM implant, the ORIGIN® knee replacement system (Symbios, Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland), which was introduced in 2018. Materials and methods This is a prospective cohort study of patients undergoing primary posterior-stabilised (PS) CIM TKA using the specific ORIGIN® knee replacement system, (Symbios, Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland). TKAs were performed from February 2019 to October 2020. Data was collected preoperatively and postoperatively at 4 and 12 months. Outcome measures included the objective part of the Knee Society Score (KSS) with the range of motion (ROM) and the following PROMs: the Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS), the Forgotten Joint Score (FJS-12), the EuroQol, five dimensions, three levels (EQ-5D-3L) with the EuroQol visual analogue scale (EQ-VAS) and patient satisfaction. Differences in pre- to preoperative data were assessed with paired sample t tests. A p value < 0.05 was considered significant. Results Twenty-five CIM TKA (20 patients, 8 female) were included. The mean age at surgery was 66 years (SD, 6.9). At 4 and 12 months, significant improvements in the KSS (p < 0.001), the ROM (p < 0.001), all KOOS subscales (p < 0.001), the FJS (p < 0.001) and the EQ-5D-3L (p < 0.026) were found. Satisfaction rate was 91% and 88% at 4 and 12 months, respectively. Intraoperative complications did not occur and no revision surgeries were undertaken. Conclusions The present study demonstrated significant improvements in the KSS and specific PROMs 1 year after CIM TKA. This study suggests that CIM TKA is a safe and suitable option, which can yield good clinical outcome and PROMs at least during short-term follow-up.

Aim: Generation of an R-group replacement system for compound optimization in medicinal chemistry. Materials & methods: From bioactive compounds, analogue series (ASs) were systematically extracted and from these ASs, all R-groups were isolated and further analyzed. Exemplary results & data: From more than 17,000 ASs, more than 50,000 unique R-groups were isolated. For the 500 most frequently used R-groups, preferred replacements were identified and organized in hierarchies. All original data and an R-group replacement database are made available in an open access deposition. Limitations & next steps: The searchable database has no limitations and can easily be modified using the source data we provide. The next step will be applying this R-group resource in practical medicinal chemistry projects as decision support.

Abstract Objective The aim of this study was to quantify the complications using the Zurich total hip replacement system in an initial series of cases performed by a single surgeon who had experience with other total hip replacement systems. Materials and Methods This was a retrospective study in which complications were classified as major if any treatment was needed or if the outcome was less than near-normal function. Complications that did not warrant treatment and that did not result in function that was inferior to near-normal were considered minor. Outcomes were assessed by radiographic review, physical examination, subjective gait evaluation or, in one case, by objective gait analysis. Bilateral total hip replacements were considered separate procedures. Results The first 21 procedures in 19 dogs performed by a single surgeon were included. The mean time to follow-up was 48 weeks (range: 8–120 weeks; standard deviation: 36 weeks). Two cases (of 21) experienced major complications including one dog with excess internal femoral rotation during weight bearing and one dog having luxation. One case (of 21) had a minor complication; femoral fracture in the presence of an intact bone plate that maintained alignment and healed without treatment. Clinical Significance A high rate of successful outcomes with few major complications can be obtained in the initial cases treated using the Zurich total hip replacement system for surgeons with prior experience with other total hip replacement systems.
