Street parking retribution is one kind of PAD that has high potential in Dumai City.However, income from street parking retribution in Dumai City is still low because there is no proper strategy to optimize it. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to formulate strategy in order to optimize the income of parking on the street in Dumai City.This research uses interviews, questionnaires, observation and study documents as data collection techniques. Then data founded processed by calculating IFAS-IFAS, Cartesian SWOT quadrant, IE matrix and SWOT analysis. Results of this research are the formulation of strategies for optimizing the street parking retribution income in the city of Dumai as follows: 1) implementing the Electronic Parking Terminal (TPE) system as a more effective replacement system. 2) Forming supervisory team by coordinating such as Satpol PP, Police and so on. 3) Installed Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) at each public roadside parking location so that it can be used in the future. 4) Open a written or online complaint service to receive input and complaints from the public or public roadside parking service users. 5) Propose an additional operational budget so that the expansion of public roadside parking spaces in Dumai City can be carried out.

This research explores the concept of understanding of mosque managers in the public space about the importance of facing the direction of Qibla. Samples Mosque located in the public space of the Hospital Jogja International Hospital, Adisutjipto Airport and Mall Plaza Ambarrukmo be proof of the tendency of pattern of understanding of managers of religious orders to face the direction of Qiblah correctly. By using qualitative analysis method and data collection method in the form of observation, interview and documentation, it is found that first, that understanding of mosque managers in public space at three places reflects the quality of life of Islami ie measuring to the expert so that the direction of qibla . Secondly, the accuracy of the direction of the mosque building in the public space in Sleman Yogyakarta is included in the category of accurate with the maximum reason for the 6 minute arc disturbance, where the direction of the largest deviation on the mosques is 0o 1 '20.8 "or equivalent to 3,074 km which means still leads the city of Mecca.Keywords: Accuracy, Understanding and Mosque in Public Space Penelitian ini menggali konsep pemahaman para pengelola Masjid di ruang publik tentang pentingnya menghadap arah kiblat. Sampel Masjid yang berada di ruang publik yakni Rumah Sakit Jogja International Hospital, Bandara Adisutjipto dan Mall Plaza Ambarrukmo menjadi bukti kecenderungan pola pemahaman pengelola terhadap perintah agama untuk menghadap ke arah kiblat dengan tepat. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi diperoleh hasil penelitian, pertama bahwa pemahaman para pengelola masjid di ruang publik pada tiga tempat tersebut mencerminkan kualitas hidup Islami yakni melakukan pengukuran kepada pihak ahli sehingga arah kiblat sesuai dengan keilmuan astronomi. Kedua, akurasi atau ketelitian arah kiblat bangunan Masjid di ruang publik di Sleman Yogyakarta termasuk dalam kategori akurat dengan alasan maksimal penyimpangan 6 menit busur, di mana arah penyimpangan paling besar pada masjid-masjid tersebut adalah 0o 1’ 20,8” atau setara 3,074 km yang berarti masih mengarah kota Mekah.Kata kunci: Akurasi, Pemahaman dan Masjid di Ruang Publik

RESUMOOs desastres relacionados às águas, ocorridos no Brasil, aprofundaram e ampliaram as pesquisas sobre tais fenômenos. Este artigo analisa os conflitos decorrentes da resposta do governo da cidade de Campos dos Goytacazes/RJ às consequências dos desastres: o programa de habitação popular “Morar Feliz”. Realizaram-se levantamentos bibliográficos, coleta de dados em órgãos públicos e entrevistas com moradores reassentados. Os resultados indicam a existência de conflito de interesses que opõem os moradores que reivindicam ficar no bairro em que residem, ou próximo a ele, e o governo municipal, que promove a expansão urbana em áreas com insuficiência de infraestrutura urbana.Palavras-Chave: desastres ambientais, habitação popular, risco.RESUMENLos desastres relacionados con el agua que ocurrieron en Brasil profundizaron y ampliaron las investigaciones sobre estos fenómenos. Architecture is inevitably involved in the most diverse processes that determine urban dynamics, and, therefore, it is important to contextualize it, understanding its heritage relevance, as well as the historical, cultural and urban value of the place where it is built. This article seeks, therefore, to build a panorama that links the urban evolution of the city of Teresina to the work of engineer Cícero Ferraz de Sousa Martins, who stands out as a relevant sample of the architecture produced during the first half of the 20th century in the capital of Piauí. This relationship is structured in the study of Avenida Frei Serafim, which houses a large part of this engineer's productions and whose construction represents, for Teresina, a milestone in its urbanization, giving the city a centrality independent of its initial site. Therefore, the methodology used is based on bibliographic research and data collection in public collections and virtual repositories, especially regarding the particularities of Avenida Frei Serafim and the productions of Cícero Ferraz. Thus, the research develops from the urban evolution of the city to the construction of the public place in question, emphasizing its consolidation as part of the historic urban site. Then, there is an articulation between different urban scales, through the construction-lot connection, as well as an analysis of the potential of this avenue as a “timeline” regarding the architectural development of the capital. Therefore, the work strives to reinforce the inseparability between architecture and urbanism while also ratifying the urgency that must be had in overcoming superficial and strictly formal diagnoses in this field.

Using a SWOT analysis can find out how the marketing strategy is right on target. Includes internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats that are owned by MSMEs. As well as knowing the objectives of the marketing strategy used so that it can increase revenue with many consumers interested in the product being sold. The purpose of this study was to determine the opportunities, capital and income of the slang juice business in the city of Serang. This study aims to find out the opportunities that are used as a reference to get the idea of ​​opening juice slang, to get the first capital and develop a juice slang business in the city of Serang, the amount of daily and monthly income for slang juice, the number of juice slang outlets spread across the city and district. This research method uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Then presented descriptively. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis to formulate a strategy based on logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats. The results showed that based on the results of the SWOT strategy to develop a slang juice business, maintaining and improving product quality, maintaining selling prices, and creating product innovations, then the material capital collected came from personal savings, asset sales and bank loans. which increased significantly from 2016 to 2020

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the communication strategy carried out by the Head of the Tasikmalaya City Covid-19 Cluster Team in the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the communication strategy carried out by the Task Force Team of the City of Tasikmalaya was in accordance with the indicators of the communication strategy ranging from the communicator determination strategy, message determination strategy, media determination strategy and audience determination strategy. The communication strategy implemented resulted in the fact that the spread of Covid-19 in Tasikmalaya City had decreased due to the implementation of discipline carried out by the apparatus as the Tasikmalaya City Covid-19 Task Force Team and communication that was conveyed to the public with the right strategy. The implementation of the communication strategy that has been carried out by the Task Force Team, the implementation of the report on the results of the Tasikmalaya City discipline presentation is reported directly to the Governor who is charged to Kominfo with the local Government.

This study aims to explain the forms of fabrik range errors and nameplate in the City of Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung Islands and find out the factors behind the occurrence of errors in the use of Indonesian in the fabric range and nameplate in the City of Pangkalpinang, Islands. Bangka Belitung. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used is the triangulation technique which consists of observation, documentation, and interviews. The subjects in this study were all fabric ranges and nameplate in the city of Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung Islands which experienced errors in writing with the use of Indonesian. The results of this study are: the form of class that is often done is in writing sentences in foreign languages, the use of non-standard words, the use of abbreviated words that are not explained, and the use of local languages. and the lack of understanding of the owner of the fabric, the education of the owner or maker cannot be biased because there are still errors even though the education is high through S2, then the purpose of making it does not pay attention to the rules of writing. and almost all spandex fabric or nameplate no one gives input or criticism, it's just that there are some from the public who ask questions related to writing or related businesses.

Banjarmasin dalam dunia kepariwisataan di Indonesia terkenal dengan kota seribu sungai. Sebagai salah satu daerah di Indonesia yang memiliki aliran sungai terbanyak membuat Banjarmasin juga dikenal sebagai kota dengan daya tarik pasar terapungnya. Di Kota Banjarmasin, pasar terapung yang dikenal luas oleh masyarakat dan sempat menjadi tema dari jargon salah satu televisi swasta di Indonesia adalah keberadaan Pasar Terapung Kuin. Seiring perkembangan zaman, kondisi Pasar Terapung Kuin saat ini mengalami kemunduran perkembangan. Banyak media baik online maupun surat kabar terbitan memberitakan tentang sepinya pembeli dan menurunnya jumlah pedagang yang berjualan di Pasar Terapung Kuin. Hal tersebut dikonfirmasi pula oleh beberapa pedagang yang tetap berjualan di Kuin. Melihat dari permasalahan tersebut kemudian pemerintah setempat melakukan tindakan guna menghidupkan kembali budaya sungai yang melekat erat sebagai image Kota Banjarmasin dengan membangun pasar terapung yang berada tepat berseberangan dengan titik 0 (nol) kilometer Kota Banjarmasin serta beberapa atraksi wisata lain di sekitar pasar terapung tersebut. Namun, sejak kehadiran Pasar Terapung Siring, jumlah kunjungan yang didata oleh pengelola menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan angka. Dimana Pasar Terapung Siring mampu mendatangkan tamu dengan angka mencapai sekitar 56.000-an (lima puluh enaman ribu), sementara kawasan Pasar Terapung Kuin hanya mampu menempati angka tertinggi dalam 1 tahun sebesar 3.000-an (tiga ribuan) pengunjung. Maka berdasarkan paparan tersebut dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pendekatan dengan metode penelitian triangulasi, menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif dan analisis SWOT yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengelolaan kawasan Pasar Terapung Kuin dan Siring untuk kemudian memformulasi strategi pengembangan kawasan pasar terapung di Banjarmasin. Dalam temuan penelitian berdasarkan hasil analisis kualitatif yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa; sistem pengelolaan terhadap Pasar Terapung Kuin dan Siring memiliki perbedaan yaitu; infrastruktur yang dikembangkan lebih banyak dilakukan di Siring, peran serta masyarakat yang terlibat dalam mengelola kepariwisataan pasar terapung juga lebih terorganisir di Siring. Sementara untuk kawasan Kuin belum adanya organisasi atau asosiasi resmi yang dibentuk oleh warga sekitar guna menjalankan program pengelolaan dan pengembangan kawasan dalam usaha untuk menghidupkan kembali budaya sungai di Banjarmasin. Arahan strategi berdasarkan analisis SWOT adalah kawasan wisata pasar terapung di Banjarmasin idelanya memiliki strategi dalam hal penambahan produk, pasar dan fungsi-fungsi kawasan serta melakukan pemanfaatan kekuatan dan peluang yang dimiliki. Strategi pengembangan terhadap kawasan pasar terapung di Banjarmasin mampu dikembangkan dan dapat menjalankan strategi yang bersifat ofensif. In the city of Banjarmasin, Floating Market (Kuin Floting market) widely known by the public after appeared in one of television in Indonesia as their theme of television slogan. Currently, Kuin floating market condition is on a decline in development. Many media such as online and newspaper published preach about the less of buyers and the declining number of traders who sell in Kuin Floating Market. It is also confirmed by some traders who keep selling in Kuin. Based on that case then the local government taken the action to revive the culture of the embedded river as the image of Banjarmasin City by builded a floating market that is near to the center of the city and became a part of tourist attractions in Banjarmasin. However the number of visitors that recorded by the manager shown a gap between Kuin and Siring. Where Siring floating market can bring guests with numbers reaching 56.000 visitors but Kuin floating market area is only able to occupy the highest lift in 1 year of 3.000 visitors. So based on that case, this research approached with trianggulation research method, using descriptive qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis which aims to identify the management of Kuin and Siring floating market area and then make a formulation of the development strategy of Floating Market area in Banjarmasin. This research found that; the management system of Kuin and Siring floating market has the difference action; Many Infrastructure developed has done in Siring, the participation of communities involved in managing tourism of the floating market and makes Siring also more organized. However, Kuin area hasn’t official organization or association formed by local people to run the program of management and development of the area in an effort to revive the river culture in Banjarmasin. Strategy directives based on SWOT analysis are; Floating market tourism area in Banjarmasin ideally has a strategy in terms of addition of products, markets and functions of the region by using their strengths and opportunities. Development strategy for floating market area in Banjarmasin could be able to develop and run the offensive strategy.

Indonesia has a great and priceless culinary potential of the archipelago. The culinary industry sector in Indonesia currently has a vast and increasing market, because this culinary sector is quite promising because it has economic value but still has advantages. Talamak Bowl is a small and medium enterprise (SME) in Bandung that is engaged in culinary specialties of West Sumatra. This business is still not well known by the public and there has been no increase in sales. Seeing the increasing number of culinary industry SMEs in the city of Bandung, it is necessary to have strong and effective promotional activities in offering products to many audiences in order to be superior than the others. Overcoming the problems above, then the design of promotional media is carried out by using data collection methods through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature and the analytical method used is a comparison matrix to form the design concept. After getting conclusions from the method, the promotional media that created are applied to the name card, ambient media, brochures, e-posters and other supporting media. This design was made by combining two concept which is illustration and product photography. This design is expected that the problems faced will be resolved

In providing legal certainty for the control and ownership of community land parcels, the government carries out a program of registration and data collection of land parcels or what is called Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL). In its implementation, the city government of Semarang is targeting as many as 50,000 certificates to be registered with a total of 55,000 land parcels so that with a high quantity output, many problems will occur and a strategy is needed to solve it. Based on these problems, it is necessary to study related problems and the completion of the Semarang City PTSL Program 2021. The research was carried out using a juridical approach by obtaining the results of research in the field. Especially in the area of ​​Bendan Duwur and Sampangan urban villages, Semarang City in implementing the PTSL program in 2021 in the City of Semarang. Through this research, the obstacles to implementing PTSL Semarang City 2021 lie in the implementation of socialization, data collection and asset registration as well as in digitizing PTSL data.
