COVID-19 has had a negative impact on family caregivers, whether the care receivers lived with the caregiver, in a separate community home, in supportive living, or in long-term care. This qualitative study examines the points of view of family caregivers who care in diverse settings. Family caregivers were asked to describe what could have been done to support them during the COVID-19 pandemic and to suggest supports they need in the future as the pandemic wanes. Thorne’s interpretive qualitative methodology was employed to examine current caregiver concerns. Thirty-two family caregivers participated. Family caregivers thought the under-resourced, continuing care system delayed pandemic planning, and that silos in health and community systems made caregiving more difficult. Family caregivers want their roles to be recognized in policy, and they cite the need for improvements in communication and navigation. The growth in demand for family caregivers and their contributions to the healthcare system make it critical that the family caregiver role be recognized in policy, funding, and practice.

"Community systems are created, maintained, or modified by human behavior and interaction," say Berger and Luckman. Society and social institutions are objectively realistic, but in reality they are all subsumed into subjective definitions through a process of interaction. New objectivity emerges through repeated affirmations given by other people who have the same subjective definition of that definition. At the highest geological level, humans created the world in a universal, universal and symbolic sense. In short, in a holistic view of life, Suluk Gus Dur's teachings of Sufism are Islamic teachings that focus on awareness whole self. Awareness and self-centered understanding of Islam as a whole. Awareness of having a noble personality, and personality creates a personality based on self-awareness that emerges from social attitudes and becomes a highly socially conscious social personality.

Ubuntu is the current theme for the Global Agenda for Social Work and Social Development and represents the highest level of global messaging within the social work profession for the years 2020–2030. This article presents an in-depth description of Ubuntu as a philosophy of social development that can strengthen social work theory and practice in its global aims of supporting community systems of social protection and social justice. The article concludes with advancing proposals on how the learnings from Ubuntu can strengthen international social work ethics, principles and practice.

This paper researches the role of the port authorities in port governance, and the role of the port authorities in Port Community System implementation. The authors provide the theoretical frameworks of seaports, port authorities, port governance, and Port Community Systems. The literature review was carried out using the Web of Science database and additional relevant sources. The authors concluded that although different port governance models exist (regarding the type of port authority), there is no evidence as to which governance model is universally preferable, as it is specific to each seaport. In addition, the research has shown that port authorities play a very important role in the implementation of a Port Community System, increasing the sustainability of seaport operations. Its implementation enables the port authorities to evolve into real digital hubs and neutral data managers, which ultimately leads to the optimization of seaport processes and more efficient use of transport infrastructure.

Repeated stress-related diarrhea is a kind of functional bowel disorders (FBDs) that are mainly stemming from dysregulation of the microbiota–gut–brain axis mediated by a complex interplay of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HT). Intestinal content and intestinal mucosa microbiota belong to two different community systems, and the role of the two microbiota community systems in repeated stress-related diarrhea remains largely unknown. In order to ascertain the difference in composition and the potential function between intestinal content and intestinal mucosa microbiota response on repeated stress-related diarrhea, we collected intestinal contents and mucosa of mice with repeated stress-related diarrhea for 16S rRNA PacBio SMRT gene full-length sequencing, and with the digital modeling method of bacterial species abundance, the correlations among the two microbiota community systems and serum 5-HT concentration were analyzed. We found that the microbiotal composition differences both in intestinal contents and mucosa were consistent throughout all the phylogenetic ranks, with an increasing level of resolution. Compared with intestinal content microbiota, the diversity and composition of microbiota colonized in intestinal mucosa are more sensitive to repeated stress-related diarrhea. The PICRUSt2 of metagenomic function analysis found that repeated stress-related diarrhea is more likely to perturb the intestinal mucosa microbiota metagenomic functions involved in the neural response. We further found that the mucosal microbiota-based relative abundance model was more predictive on serum 5-HT concentration with the methods of machine-learning model established and multivariate dimensionality reduction (R2 = 0.876). These findings suggest that the intestinal mucosa microbiota might serve as a novel potential prediction model for the serum 5-HT concentration involvement in the repeated stress-related diarrhea, in addition to focusing on its mechanism in the gastrointestinal dysfunction.

The existence of Hindus in the archipelago was mostly centered on Java at first. This can be seen historical evidence in the form of a temple that is still remaining. However, actually the temple is a continuation of the sacred buildings in the previous civilization. There was a change in the treatment of the temple at that time because the worshipers had changed their understanding as a result of the new theological understanding he was introducing. Humans in carrying out religious traditions coupled with their level of intelligence, they will always reduce what exists and will create new civilizations to free them from the confinement of previous traditions. Likewise, the reappearance of the use of temples as part of Hindu religious life in Banyuwangi, which he had long abandoned as a means of rituals as a sign of revival. So it raises problems that need to be researched related to "What is the Basis for the Resurrection of the Use of Temples in Banyuwangi". The theory used in this research includes; Talcot Parsons' Structural Functional, Van Genneb's of Life Needs, Symbolic Interactionism, Theory of Religion. The methods used in qualitative research on the revival of the use of temples for the Hindi people in Banyuwangi include; In-depth Interviews, Participatory Observations, Documents, visual materials and data tracing published online. This study has the following results, including the basis for the revival of the use of temples: 1) There is a relationship between community systems, 2) the influence of reciprocal systems, 3) social integration, 4) social systems, 5) cultural revival, 6) agreement Together, 7) Historical Journeys.
