This paper covers research whose goal was to analyse affective changes in the process of change in the labour relations model that was consolidated throughout the 1990s. Based on a case study, the focus was on the emotional content expressed by the protagonists inrelation to this collective bargaining framework. In conducting the analysis, we used the wide range of procedures provided by Discourse Analysis (DA). Part of this analysis focused on the protagonists’ emotional management of the early stages of the negotiation. The results let us delve deeper into the affective nature of this process, thereby expanding the light shed by other theoretical and methodological perspectives on this change in the labour relations model.

Electronic medical record (EMR) data vary between institutions. These data should be converted into a common data model (CDM) for multi-institutional joint research. To build the CDM, it is essential to integrate the EMR data of each hospital and load it according to the CDM model, considering the computing resources of each hospital. Accordingly, this study attempts to share experiences and recommend computing resource-allocation designs. Here, two types of servers were defined: combined and separated servers. In addition, three database (DB) setting types were selected: desktop application (DA), online transaction processing (OLTP), and data warehouse (DW). Scale, TPS, average latency, 90th percentile latency, and maximum latency were compared across various settings. Virtual memory (vmstat) and disk input/output (disk) statuses were also described. Transactions per second (TPS) decreased as the scale increased in all DB types; however, the average, 90th percentile and maximum latencies exhibited no tendency according to scale. When compared with the maximum number of clients (DA client = 5, OLTP clients = 20, DW clients = 10), the TPS, average latency, 90th percentile latency, and maximum latency values were highest in the order of OLTP, DW, and DA. In vmstat, the amount of memory used for the page cache field and free memory currently available for DA, OLTP, and DW were large compared to other fields. In the disk, DA, OLTP, and DW all recorded the largest value in the average size of write requests, followed by the largest number of write requests per second. In summary, this study presents recommendations for configuring CDM settings. The configuration must be tuned carefully, considering the hospital’s resources and environment, and the size of the database must consider concurrent client connections, architecture, and connections.

The article presents the design of a model environment for penetration testing of an organization using virtualization. The need for this model was based on the constantly increasing requirements for the security of information systems, both in legal terms and in accordance with international security standards. The model was created based on a specific team from the unnamed company. The virtual working environment offered the same functions as the physical environment. The virtual working environment was created in OpenStack and tested with a Linux distribution Kali Linux. We demonstrated that the virtual environment is functional and its security testable. Virtualizing the work environment simplified the organization’s security testing, increased resource efficiency, and reduced the total cost of ownership of certain devices.

Abstract Proxy Re-Signature (PRS) complements well-established digital signature service. Blaze-Bleumer-Strauss discussed PRS in 1998 for translating a signature on a message from Alice into a signature from Bob on the same message at semi-trusted proxy which does not learn any signing-key and cannot produce new valid signature on new message for Alice or Bob. PRS has been largely ignored since then but it has spurred considerable research interest recently for sharing web-certificates, forming weak-group signatures, and authenticating network path. This article provides a survey summarizing and organizing PRS-related research by developing eight-dimensional taxonomy reflecting the directional feature, re-transformation capability, re-signature key location, delegatee involvement, proxy re-signing rights, duration-based revocation rights, security model environment, and cryptographic approach. Even though multi-dimensional categorization is proposed here, we categorize the substantial published research work based on the eighth dimension. We give a clear perspective on this research from last two-decades since the first PRS-protocol was proposed.

The developed software model environment allows to estimate the power characteristics of background radiation. A method of this model implementation makes it possible to obtain solar radiation indicatrices taking into account scattered radiation from the water surface. The high level of versatility of the model environment enables us to make calculations for any aircraft under different conditions of the water surface in several spectral ranges.

Years after years, there is an increased number of senior citizens in Malaysia. As the result, senior citizens become one of the society segments that given a priority focus by the government. Many programmes are planned by the government to help the senior citizen. But, issues on senior citizen still occurred, such as financial/economy, social, emotion/psychology, religious spiritual, education/knowledge, health, environment, family, and others. Today, technology grows rapidly and used in many sectors, including education, health, security, and in daily activities. Harnessing technology makes  life easier and productive. Mobile application can be found easily and utilized by everyone. The researcher believes that this technology/smart application can help the senior citizen to be productive and have a good life. Literature Review, Business Model Environment Map (EM), Business Model Canvas (BMC), and Value Preposition Canvas (VPC) used as the method of this paper. Therefore, this research paper proposed a conceptual solution to realize the well-being of Senior citizen through Smart Application.

The influence of the BM 199 model environment on the structure and properties of composite materials with Doxorubicin based on polyurethanes (PU) with isocyanurate branching nodes, in which the content of 2,4,6-triisocyanate(trishexamethylene)isocyanurate (HDT-90) was 0.25.0 , 5, 0.75 mol, and the content of the drug Doxorubicin is 0.5% wt. It was found that the obtained materials exhibit the ability to biodegradation in vitro. In a study by IR spectroscopy of changes in the structure of polyurethane composites with Doxorubicin under the influence of BM 199, it was found that, in the series of polyurethanes, with an increase in the residence time in the model environment, a decrease in the number of weakly bound (νNH 3516 cm-1) and strongly bound bonds of NH groups ( νNH 3515 cm-1), which can occur both due to the biodegradation of the polymer base, and as a result of the release of Doxorubicin. For all the samples under study, during their stay in the biological medium, there is a decrease in the strength at break by 1.5-1.9 times and an increase in the relative elongation by 1.1-1.4 times. According to the data of physical-mechanical tests for all studied materials, the process of biodegradation in vitro is accompanied by an increase in elasticity during the entire study period. According to the results of the study of the dynamics release of Doxorubicin, it was found that from polyurethane composites with isocyanurate branching nodes containing 0.75 mol of HDT-90 in the structure, Doxorubicin is released within 21 days in an amount of 17.6%, which is 4 times more than for samples compositions with 0.5 mole of HDT-90, from which 4.4% of Doxorubicin is released, which may be related to the packing density of the macrochain of the polymer base. Composite materials based on polyurethanes with izocyanurate fragments and Doxorubicin can be proponated for medical and biological tests as material for stem implantation of tissue with prolong medicinal action.

The article presents data on veterinary and sanitary and hygienic assessment of the polymer material «Penoplex». The above material is made of Styrofoam and used in many areas of production, including to reduce heat loss of livestock facilities. Cattle and pig manure was used as a contact medium with the material under study. The duration of contact with the material (exposure) was 30 days. To study the resistance of the material to disinfectants, we used: 10 % sodium hydroxide solution (80 °C); 5 % solution of soda ash (70 °C); clarified solution of bleach containing 3 % active chlorine; 40 % solution of formaldehyde; 2 % solution of hydrogen peroxide. Studies of samples of the polymer material «Penoplex» for resistance to animal secretions and disinfectants have shown that the polymer material is resistant to them. During the experiment and after its completion, the «Penoplex» material had no visually visible changes on the outer layer. The used disinfectants and the model environment did not violate the structure of the polymer material «Penoplex». A slight change in the color of the «Penoplex» was found on the 20th day of exposure to 10 % solution of sodium hydroxide with temperature of 70 °C. For sanitary and bacteriological evaluation of «Penoplex», the disk method was used. Discs with a diameter of 10 mm were prepared from the material under study; wood discs were used as a control. Studies have found that Penoplex has no effect on sanitary-indicative microorganisms and is neutral in relation to their growth, which indicates the absence of release of substances from it into the environment that can delay or stimulate the growth of test cultures. The veterinary and sanitary and hygienic assessment of the polymer material «Penoplex» is the basis to recommend it for use in the construction of livestock buildings and inclusion as an addition to the current «List of polymer materials and structures permitted for use in the construction and technological equipment of livestock facilities» in the prescribed manner.
