This research deals with the possibility for construction of the database on the braking friction coefficient for actual roads from the viewpoint of traffic safety especially for automated driving such as level 4 or higher. In an automated driving such levels, the controller needs to control the vehicle, but the road surface condition, especially the road friction coefficient on wet roads, snowy or icy roads, changes greatly, and in some cases, changes by almost one order. Therefore, it is necessary for the controller to constantly collect environment information such as the road friction coefficients and prepare for emergencies such as obstacle avoidance. However, at present, the measurement of the road friction coefficients is not systemically performed, and a method for accurately measuring has not been established. In order to improve this situation, this study examines a method for continuously measurement for the road friction characteristics such as μ-s characteristics.

The government has made many laws and regulations, but corruption issues cannot yet be controlled. Police and Prosecuting Attorney Institutions have not yet functioned effectively and efficiently in eradicating corruption. Therefore, the public hopes Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK)/the Corruption Eradication Commission eliminates the crime. KPK is considerably appreciated by the public due to Operasi Tangkap Tangan (OTT)/Red-handed Catch Operation to many government officials involved in bribery action, but the subject matter thereof is whether the OTT is in line with the fundamental consideration of KPK founding pursuant to Law Number 30 of 2002 as updated by the Law Number 19 of 2019 in order to increase the eradication of corruption crime causing the state's financial loss with respect to people welfare particularly KPK powers pursuant to the provision of Article 11 thereof, among others, specifying that KPK shall be authorized to conduct inquiry, investigation and prosecution on corruption crime related to the state financial loss of at least Rp 1,000,000,000 but in fact many OTTs performed by KPK have a value of hundred million Rupiah only and even there are any cases below Rp 100,000,000.-, and bribery action control through OTT being more dominant if compared to the state's financial corruption is not in line with the primary consideration of KPK founding, and similarly the OTT below 1 billion Rupiah doesn't conform to the provision of Article 11 thereof.

A review of the academic research and practitioner best practices literature highlights how little we still know about the role that ownership control plays in the continuity of founder-controlled and family-controlled firms. Founder-controlled firms have been shown to financially outperform other firms. Allowing for more nuanced findings given the heterogeneity of family businesses, a similar advantage has been found in family-controlled firms around the world when their performance is contrasted with that of management-controlled firms. Research points to generational and family participation effects that may contribute to a gradual decline in this advantage over the generations. Still, controlling families of family firms face the prospect of leading a family-controlled firm across generations that continues to derive the financial and noneconomic benefits of such control or to squander that opportunity by not having ownership control be a fundamental consideration in their owners’ strategy when facing a generational transition. Statutory ownership control, psychological ownership and family unity approaches are all considered in an exploration of a future ownership development perspective and approaches that controlling families can take to preserve ownership control and the resulting comparative advantage evidenced in higher financial and noneconomic returns over generations.

From a fundamental consideration of the efficiency (eta = P_out / P_in) it already follows that the power-specific fuel consumption, PSFC or c_P of an aircraft engine should be approximately constant, while c = c_P * V applies to the thrust-specific fuel consumption, TSFC or c in a first approach. Obviously, fuel is consumed already at static thrust (V=0). For this reason the thrust-specific fuel consumption needs an extended approach c = c_a + c_b * V. Breguet's range equation can certainly be described with a constant thrust-specific fuel consumption c, if c is determined for the cruise speed in question. However, this leads to an error if you want to use it to calculate an optimal flight speed in a flight performance calculation. It is recommended (for a first simple consideration) to write Breguet's range equation for jets with a constant power-specific fuel consumption c_P. This then leads to an optimal cruising speed for maximum range at minimum drag (md) V_md instead of 1.316 * V_md as it is determined with the "classic" derivation. For more detailed considerations, the "Herrmann model" should replace the simple equation c = c_a + c_b * V.

Surely, it's an uncommon phenomena when a foundation of intuition, regardless of whether in history or the other control, gets among the Western institute with such a fundamental consideration that has been allowed to the Subaltern staff of antiquarians whose work spins dominantly around the pilgrim seasons of Indian history from a possessed country that remaining parts resoundingly covering the accumulation. Antiquarians may remember that even the American Historical Review, that is never a main hypothetical diary, or in any case helpless against the post-modem overabundances, dedicated the majority of the pages of one of its ongoing issues to Subaltern Studies and its horribly wide effect not exclusively on recorded examinations among the American institute, anyway also in the far side a geographic district bunch of inferior investigations referring to the moving work of Indian students of history, the Subaltern Studies Community has proclaimed its goal to introduce the inferior at the focal point of Latin American examinations, though it's noteworthy that their automatic presentation occurs all through a diary of social examinations. In bound circles among the American world, there's a serious aroma of avuncular love among the overall quite comfortable gathering given to Subaltern Studies: taught almost exclusively in British colleges, the underlying centre of inferior antiquarians stick out, generally it's commonly dear notional, as living declaration to the proceeded with intensity of the 'homeland' to rule its external limit.

Ultra-compact electric vehicles has excellent environmental performance and are extremely convenient for short-distance travel. However, owing to cabin space limitations, it is difficult to mount power steering. Therefore, there is a need to increase the gear ratio of the rack and pinion to change steering angle because such vehicles need light torque to steer. However, increasing the gear ratio requires more rotations of the steering wheel. Our research group focused on developing a steer-by-wire system (SBWS) that freely controls the steering torque. Although we evaluated the burden when a driver rotates the steering wheel in one direction in a previous study. This study assumed the actual steering operation in an SBWS. And then we evaluate muscle burden when a driver steers with continuous changing of the steering direction.

Periodical properties of elements are not a new topic for students in science education department for they have studied this topic previously in senior high school and in General Chemistry course. However, teaching experiences for the past two years in Basic Inorganic Chemistry course revealed that many students still failed to master the expected learning outcomes for this topic. Therefore, this explorative study was conducted to figure out what kind of difficulty that students perceived in learning this topic. One hundred and twelve students in science education department of Universitas Negeri Padang enrolled in Basic Inorganic Chemistry course in the academic year of 2017/2018 were involved as subjects in this study, and data of students’ perceived learning difficulties were collected with a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics technique to map out our findings which will become the fundamental consideration in discussing attempts to overcome students’ perceived learning difficulties. Our findings revealed that the sources of students’ perceived difficulty came from several factors, namely: the characteristic of content, personal learning style, condition of classroom learning, availability of relevant learning resources and previous learning experiences. Based on these findings, attempts for better learning of periodical properties of elements were suggested.
