The paper gives a characteristic of a complex project for the development of the territory of Aerotropolis Tolmachevo, provides forecast estimates of the necessary capital expenditures for its implementation. In the course of the study, the advantages of placing business facilities in the airport zone for the main economic entities were identified, an assessment of the most important economic indicators of the Aerotropolis zone is given. The most important conditions for the implementation of the project have been formulated. It is concluded that the implementation of the complex project Aerotropolis Tolmachevo will become an important step in the spatial development of Russia, cementing its economic space and increasing its competitive position in the world economy.

The formal description of the languages has become more and more practical; however, it should be noted that the full formal description of the Armenian language has not yet been done. However, the fact that certain attempts have been made is undeniable. The Electronic database of the Armenian word-formation (https://formlang.am/) is the first stage of the complex project in the full formal description of the Armenian language. In the current article, we want to present the advantages of the electronic database of the Armenian word-formation. The electronic database containing the word-formation analysis of thousands of words can search for words and morphemes within them. It means that searching for any root or affix appears all the simple, compound, derived and derived-compound words made up of them. It enables us to reveal the regular structures and the variative forms, deflections, and irregularities with frequency data with their automatic analysis and the possibility of derivation. The database gives a great opportunity to study the Armenian word-formation on synchronic and diachronic points, to discover the basic patterns of the formation of new words, by the thousands of examples to find out the principles and ways of word-formation in the Armenian language, to have the full list of the distinguished simple, compound, derived and derived-compound Armenian words. The current database has not only practical great value to involve the Armenian language in the domain of the modern informational technologies as the communicative mean, but also significant theoretical value to present the accurate description of the vocabulary structure. Thus, it will give an excellent perspective for solving the problems of theoretical linguistics and the practical -applied tasks. It can be significant for the further development of Armenology.

Purpose is the development of mathematical models to evaluate deformation of parameters of the rock mass-well geological and engineering system within the anisotropic media. Methods. Both mathematical and neural modeling of a stress state of the rock mass-well system under conditions of geological uncertainty has been applied for the studies. From the viewpoint of mathematical modeling, analysis of probability of factors, complicating drilling, should involve a number of assumptions for strength and deformation characteristics of rock mass layers corresponding to particular hole-making conditions. Findings. A mathematical model of horizontal wellbore and geological layers, occurring along the structure under the conditions of permanent comprehensive stresses, has been developed. An analytical and graphical form has been applied to implement one of the basic aspects of aggregation principles of strength changes in each particular lithological layer for identification of an ideal value of horizontal/inclined wellbore length relative to the rock mass depths scheduled by mining. Regularities of changes in deformation and spatial well stability within the complex reservoirs depending upon various process duties have been determined. A neural simulation-based model has been proposed to analyze deformation of rock mass layers having different strength characteristics. Originality. Interaction between geomechanical characteristics of rock mass as well as deformation and spatial stability of well design has been evaluated both qualitatively and quantitatively. Practical implications. An opportunity has been presented to forecast deformation of well walls taking into consideration different strength as well as structural and geological rock mass characteristics on the basis of neural simulation. The represented approach has been included on the register of the best scientific-based practices according to “Methods to recover low-pressure gas of Cenomanian producing complex” Project.

Digital media make it possible to move from a conventional storytelling medium to other avenues that allow open stories to be told, maintaining the traditional basis of narratives while also adding other elements that enrich and deepen storytelling innovation. Therefore, it is important to analyze how the characteristics of digital storytelling work together in order to create meaning through new narratives. Recent documentary projects show how new ways of telling stories involve new ways of relating meaning and form, multiple platforms, and strong interaction and engagement from the side of the viewer. Interactivity and participation change the way in which a story is told and received, thus changing its nature as a narrative. To delve deeper into this field, I will analyze Highrise. The Towers in the World. World in the Towers, (http://highrise.nfb.ca) by Katerina Cizek. This is a complex project produced by the National Film Board of Canada, a multiyear, many-media collaborative documentary experiment that has generated many projects, including mixed media, interactive documentaries, mobile productions, live presentations, installations and films. I will develop a textual analysis on part of the project, the interactive documentary Out My Window, by focusing on its ways of meaning-making and the specific narrative implications of the relationship between meaning and form. The project is ambitious: Cizek's vision is "to see how the documentary process can drive and participate in social innovation rather than just to document it, and to help reinvent what it means to be an urban species in the 21st".

<p>This thesis documents a two year journey to design and build a most unconventional kiwi bach. It reports on the applied research undertaken in order to meet the specific requirements of a particular construction project: the development of a transportable, modular, demountable, entirely solar-powered house built in New Zealand to compete in the US Department of Energy’s 2011 Solar Decathlon, held in Washington DC. This challenge was initially taken on by a small team of undergraduate students with very little previous experience in the construction process. The team faced a set of technical and logistical hurdles that would have been daunting for even the most experienced practitioner to negotiate, let alone a group for whom an architectural career was just beginning. Such challenges included: - Creating a house design that would comply with two sets of building codes, endure 18,000 kilometres of transport over two months, expedite assembly by a team of unskilled labourers, and enable comfortable inhabitation after seven days; - Optimising the thermal performance and liveability of one building for two climates in two hemispheres; - Using architecture, landscape and interior design to explain New Zealand and its lifestyle to an American audience of 200,000; - Realising an entire and complex project that required 100% external funding and in-kind support from as-yet unknown parties. By predisposition, then, the project was not going to be simple: very little of the process and very few of the construction details were going to be standard in any way. This thesis focuses on the critical design developments of the house interior, from a hypothetical design to the full-scale assembly of a ‘kiwi bach’ in the heart of Washington DC. The research and outcomes presented here are not necessarily all precedents for future building projects, but rather ‘best-fit’ solutions for the highly particular and constrained design situation brought about by the interaction of the range of logistical, legislative and economic controls, the dynamics of the wider team, and the demands of the Solar Decathlon competition. The project as a whole can, and should, act as a valid precedent for future architectural projects with regard to research into modular construction, prefabrication, and the collaborative building process. The students that were involved will embark on their professional careers with the Solar Decathlon experience as a foundation for their future contribution to the construction industry.</p>

The whole world is making unremitting efforts to ensure the security of global cyberspace. The European Union (EU) has always regarded cyberspace security as the core competitiveness of regional integration and is committed to improving the cyberspace security legal system’s construction. Now it has been at the forefront of the world. Through the analysis of the EU cyberspace security governance mechanism and legal framework, this study concludes that the construction of cyberspace security is a complex project that requires long-term exploration and development. Besides, a sound cyberspace-security governance mechanism and a perfect legal system of cyberspace security should have a clear hierarchy, and specific effectiveness and system, updating the laws and regulations.

AbstractIntravenous recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rtPA) is, besides mechanical thrombectomy, the highest class evidence based reperfusion treatment of acute ischemic stroke (AIS). The biggest concern of the therapy is symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH), which occurs in 3–7% of all treated patients, and is associated with worse functional outcome. Finding a method of the powerful identification of patients at highest risk of sICH, in order to increase the percentage of stroke patients safely treated with rtPA, is one of the most important challenges in stroke research. To address this problem, we designed a complex project to identify blood, neuroimaging, and clinical biomarkers combined for prospective assessment of the risk of rtPA-associated ICH. In this paper we present results of blood proteomic and peptide analysis of pilot 41 AIS patients before rtPA administration (the test ICH group, n = 9 or the controls, without ICH, n = 32). We demonstrated that pre-treatment blood profiles of 15 proteins differ depending on whether the patients develop rtPA-associated ICH or not. SWATH-MS quantification of serum or plasma proteins might allow for robust selection of blood biomarkers to increase the prospective assessment of rtPA-associated ICH over that based solely on clinical and neuroimaging characteristics.

Abstract: Smart-Sheet is a project management software product, developed and sold by Smart consultancies. It is designed to assist a project manager in developing a plan, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, managing the budget, and analysing workloads. Smart sheet can be used as a standalone tool for tracking project progress or it can be used for tracking complex project distributed in many geographical areas and managed by a number of project managers. Smart Sheet is designed to assist a project manager in: 1) Developing a plan, 2) Assigning resources to tasks, 3) Tracking progress, 4) Managing budget and 5) Analysing workloads.
