The analysis of offshore fishing capacity is of great significance and practical value to the sustainable utilization and conservation of marine fishery resources. Based on the 2004–2020 China Fishery Statistical Yearbook, data envelopment analysis (DEA) was applied for measuring fishing capacity using a number of fishing vessels, total power, total tonnage, and the number of professional fishermen as the input measures and the annual catch as the output measure. Capacity utilization had a calculated range from 80.7 to 100%, and its average is 93.5%. In the first four years of 2003–2007, the excess investment rate of fishing vessels, total tonnage, total power, and fishermen was low (<5%). There was a consistent sharp upward trend in 2007, a gradual downward trend from 2007 to 2015, and an upward trend after reaching a low point in 2015, with the highest gross tonnage of fishing vessels reaching 25.5%. Four regression models that incorporate machine learning algorithms are used, including Lasso, Ridge, KNN, and Polynomial Features. The goodness of fit for the four models was used as the evaluation index, and the offshore annual catch based on the evaluation index was proposed. The forecasting annual catch of the polynomial model can reach 0.98. Furthermore, a comparative simulation of the DEA incorporating the polynomial model was carried out. The results show that DEA can evaluate input factors under the conditions of a given range, and the polynomial model has more advantages in forecasting annual catches. Furthermore, the combined application of DEA and polynomial model was used to analyze and discuss the management policies of China’s offshore fishery, which can provide help and reference for future management.

The frame is the main component of the chassis that functions to withstand shock, pressure and vibration when operating on the road. The chassis frame is made of SS400 material which has a good level of strength to withstand static loads, the Frame Chassis formation process uses a cold working process. This writing aims to determine the production process of the Frame Head on the Frame Chassis category 3 as well as knowing the machines used in the Frame Head production process and knowing the total tonnage required for the 400 ton Stamping machine in the blanking and piercing process on the Crossmember 0101 part, from observations that have been made. it was done that to carry out the Frame Head production process on Frame Chassis category 3, through the process of forming material or forming with the blanking, piercing, and bending methods using a 300 ton to 500 ton stamping machine, then continued with the unification process using a GMAW welding machine ( Gas Metal Arc Welding), then continued with the painting process using powder coating with the dipping method for 2 minutes, and in the Crossmember 0101 forming part process using a 400 ton Stamping machine, the total tonnage of the blanking and piercing cutting force was obtained on the Crossmember 0101 part (added with backup/strippin style g force) is 470.069 Tons.

Vietnam currently has 39 container shipping ships with a total tonnage of about 30,000 TUE; Vinalines has 11 ships. Thus, Vietnam's container fleet annually transports between 1.2 and 1.3 million TUE. Thus, compared with the total volume of imports and exports through the port each year about 18 million TUE, the container fleet of Vietnam is less than 10%. According to the report of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, up to now, Vietnam's fleet has 1,568 ships with a total tonnage of about 7.8 million tons, ranking 4th in ASEAN (after Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia) and 30th In the world. The average age of Vietnam's fleet is currently 15.6, younger than 5.2 years of the world (20.8 years old). The structure of Vietnam's fleet has also grown towards specialization, especially, Vietnam's container fleet has grown quite well from 19 ships (2013) to 39 ships (2019).

Purpose : the determination of tendency in boxer to a certain style of fight is important at all stages. Material : The special capacity in boxers with different styles of fight were studied. The special capacity and the impact force were studied by special training equipment among 23 boxers of higher qualification. The absolute and the relative strength of serial and single strikes were studied. Results : the results indicated that the absolutely impact force, the total tonnage and the relative strength of his right hand of strikes in boxers-“strongman” are more higher than in boxers with different styles. In boxers-“player” the power-hitting left-handed is more increasing for different styles. This fact indicates the presence among boxers-“player” the left-handed persons. Conclusions : the presented data are indicated about more higher of special endurance in boxers-“fastest”. This group of boxers differs from other of more higher development speed endurance

In order to widen the officials reports on dog feed trading, a data base was created including amounts, costs, package and formulas, for the period 1998 - 2000. Between 1995 - 1998, national production increased by 90.4% and imports for the period 1996 -1999 had a lesser increase of 42.6%. National production accounted for, in these years, 72% of the total tonnage and 70% of its value. It was not possible to determine which of feed package was most largely sold, but it is clear that pelleted products rank first and that the puppy – adults diets was mostly reported. 0fficial declarations to reporter formulas, lack information in order to make market surveys, suggests the need for better controls due, more guaranties belongs separately to puppies and adults stages. It is also worth mentioning that the guarantees registered report higher crude protein values with respect to AAFCO recommendations and that at least 36 formulas are recommended for specific sanitary conditions and have not been officially reported as such.

Primary vine lengths of `Crimson Sweet' watermelon direct-seeded on 25 March and 24 April 1992 were 62 and 58 cm within 7 and 5 weeks, respectively. Lengths of replacement vines direct-seeded on 20 April and 14 May in the respective plantings were 6% and 5%) while transplants were 46% and 52% of these lengths. Total number of marketable fruit and total tonnage yield from late March plantings (suboptimal soil temperatures) in 1992 and 1993 were enhanced when missing hills were replanted either by direct seeding or transplanting. However, these measurements from late April plantings (optimal soil temperatures) were not influenced by missing hills or replanting methods in either year. Distribution of fruit sizes varied for the two years and there was no consistent pattern to indicate how fruit size influenced total number of marketable fruit or total marketable tonnage yield.

One of the special characteristics of naval warfare is its aggressive nature and the speed of its resolution. Unless combat is avoided, naval warfare is invariably swift and decisive. Armies may stand face-to-face for days or months, both up to their shoulders in mud. When warships meet on the high seas, usually one side will soon be celebrating a victory, It is not often that a nation's sea power comes to rest on a single warship, but in the contest between Chile and Peru (1879-1883) this was the case, because this war occurred during the change from wooden ships to ironclads.Naval strength is customarily measured by counting guns and the weight of the metal they discharge, total tonnage of all combatant ships, thickness of armor plate, and the number of the crews. Before fighting commences this is the only convenient way to assess the strength of opposing forces. But hardware is only one factor of naval power. Once the cannons have been unlimbered an unmeasurable factor can change all calculations, a factor best expressed by the venerable naval maxim: “Men, not ships, win battles.”

Although only a small percentage of the world's total tonnage is involved, the number of collisions which take place at sea each year is large. There must also be a fairly large number of ‘near misses’, and, daily, officers have to consider the implications of situations which could give rise to collision. It is by no means certain that all seafarers put the same interpretation on the Collision Regulations or on such phrases as ‘the ordinary practice of seamen’, ‘ample time’ &c. Indeed, with some 1600 to 1850 collisions each year, it is almost certain that they do not.
