Children facing life with chronic illness and disability are increasing in number. There are multiple factors which are responsible for that. Most of the children survive well into adulthood with early intervention, treatment and care. Pediatric nurses may create excellent professional roles caring for children with special health care needs and their families. The main responsibility will be to provide the children medical care and developmental training so that they can handle basic daily functions and lead happy, healthy lives. The role of a pediatric nurse in this field is not fixed. They may have to carry out different kinds of responsibilities based on the type and extent of special need. Pediatric nurses are responsible for helping children adapt to a hospital setting and prepare them for medical treatment and procedures. These nurses have special training to provide expert care to the child with special needs while working with the family to address their concerns, problems and help them to understand different treatment options and services available for the child with special needs. Pediatric nurses not only focus on the child with special needs but involve themselves in the wellbeing of other family members. They have special training in caring of children, good interacting skills, good empathy, immense love for children, flexibility, having control over their own emotions and stress management skills.

The Effect of Intensive Training Program On The Development of Some Motor, Physical, Functional Abilities and Fighting Efficiency Of Special Iraqi Forces

The researcher aimed at identifying the effect of a training program on the development of fighting efficiency. The researchers used the experimental method on (32) fighters from the Iraqi special forces. The researcher designed special training that develops some functional and physical abilities as well as the fighting efficiency of Iraqi forces fighters. The program is applied for two months with (22) training sessions in a month with 5 – 6 sessions per week. The data was collected and treated using proper statistical operations to come up with conclusions.

Pemberdayaan penyandang disabilitas melalui community development KSM batik percik

The existence of Persons with Disabilities with Diversity of Deafness and Mental Limitations is still often regarded as weak, helpless, unable to work and can even be said to be troublesome for others. With this assumption, a negative assessment emerges which causes some people with disabilities to feel inferior and lack self-confidence. When in fact they have skills that if developed will have a positive impact on them, for example to meet their needs. One of the efforts to improve the economic welfare of persons with disabilities is empowerment through community development of Batik Percik KSM. With this KSM, it will help people with disabilities to meet their daily needs. Persons with disabilities at this KSM will be given special training to create a product, namely batik percik. In the batik training, people with disabilities will be guided by the assistants at the Harapan Makmur KSM. Abstrak Keberadaan Penyandang Disabilitas dengan Ragam Tuna Rungu dan Keterbatasan mental ini masih sering dianggap sebagai kaum yang lemah, tidak berdaya, tidak bisa bekerja bahkan bisa hanya dikatakan menyusahkan orang lain. Dengan adanya anggapan tersebut muncul penilaian negatif yang mengakibatkan sebagian penyandang disabilitas ini merasa minder dan kurang percaya diri. Padahal sebenarnya mereka mempunyai keterampilan yang jika dikembangkan akan memberikan dampak yang positif bagi mereka misalnya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi penyandang disabilitas ini adalah pemberdayaan melalui community development KSM batik percik. Dengan adanya KSM ini akan sedikit membantu penyandang disabilitas tersebut untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Penyandang disabilitas pada KSM ini akan diberikan pelatihan secara khusus untuk menciptakan sebuah produk yakni batik percik. Dalam pelatihan membatik penyandang disabilitas akan dibimbing oleh para pendamping di KSM Harapan Makmur tersebut.

The Effect of Movement Speed Exercises in Learning the Skills of Rolling and Controlling Soccer for Players Aged 15 Years

The aim of the research is to prepare skill with restrictive rubber bands for football players of 15 years of age. As well as learning about the effect of these exercises on improving the skills of rolling and controlling football for players aged 5 years. The research sample was conducted by the players of the National Center for the Care of Sports Talent in Football. They were divided into two equal experimental groups, one of which is subject to special training and the other is left for regular training. (8) Weeks, two training units per week, and after that the post-tests were conducted, and the researchers reached skill training with tied ligaments that positively affected the development of the ball control skill and the ball rolling skill. Also, the use of exercises developed by the researcher and developed in a manner consistent with the capabilities of the players and their ages.

A Biometric Recognition Method Using Deep CNN

Face is perhaps the first biometric trait of a person that catches one’s eye and it remains in memory for a long due to its uniqueness created by almighty. Recognizing a person using his/her face, is very natural to us and we do not need any special training for identification. But computers are programmed for analyzing things and making predictions almost in similar fashion that our brain does. Then, the recognition takes place by using some techniques and trainings. The recognition system which uses biometric properties is itself a secure and trusted technique but use of neural networks make it highly accurate and add more worth to it. A CNN model works in a fully supervised or guided environment and performs all the tasks in a robotic manner. The convolutional layer which lies in CNN model performs the complex calculation and extracts all the unique and useful features without any human involvement. I preferred to adopt Transfer learning in my work, by importing a pre-trained CNN model and I found 97.5% accuracy in recognition when I tested the model with my test samples. Link of cognitive functions from special training of qualified boxers

Purpose: to establish links of cognitive functions from special training of qualified boxers. Material and methods. Preceding victorious methods have been used: analysis of scientific-methodical information and dzherel to the Internet; chronodynamometry; psychophysiological methods of education; methods of mathematical statistics. There were 26 qualified boxers in bulo, 18-24 years old. According to the index of creatine phosphate preceding of all boxers, there were two different groups. The first group with a high level of performance (from 200 and above conventional units) and a group with a low level of special performance (below 200 conventional units). Before the first group, 12 individuals were consumed, before the other – 14 athletes. Results: on the basis of the analysis of scientific-methodical information, the Internet connection and communication of the advanced practical information in the field of sports was established, and the structure of sports martial arts, and especially boxing, is characterized by the call of synchronization between the two sportsmen and the conversion For an effective reception of information, analysis and acceptance of the solution of a similar response to the supernatural, it is necessary to activate cognitive functions, such as: verbal and non-verbal intelligence and memory. A correlation analysis was carried out for the development of the peculiarities of the links in the special prasezdatnost and the cognitive characteristics. Conclusions. The results of a correlation analysis between special training and indicators of the cognitive test «Establishing Regularities» allowed for the emergence of reliable links among boxers because of the high level of precision of special performance indicators and efficiency. Boxers due to the decrease in the level of special praise rate help to achieve a reliable correlation without being an indicator of productivity. An analysis of the results in the field of special training and indicators of the cognitive test «Correspondence of numbers» has shown the prevalence of correlation in boxers due to the high level of special training. Boxers due to the decrease in the level of special performance help to promote the appearance of reliable links due to the indicators of efficiency, latency and stability. Carrying out a correlation analysis between special training and indicators of the cognitive test «Memory for words» has shown in the absence of one basic connection between special training and performance indicators among boxers due to low reduction. Analyzing the causes of the current crisis in sanitary organization, the speaker came to the following conclusions. 1. We do not have a specific cadre of sanitary workers and are forced to often fill the ranks of sanitation with random material. 2. The crisis of sanitary organization depends primarily on the fact that the medical faculty cannot, within the limits of its curriculum, give two guidelines to future doctors the setting of prevention and the doctor, since an in-depth study of preventive disciplines requires special training. 3. More than 1/3 of the time according to the curriculum of the medical faculty is devoted to clinical subjects, and only 1/10 to prophylactic subjects. There is little reason for a young doctor to turn from a medical to a preventive path, especially since the student will not actually give this tithe to prevention, and, on the contrary, devotes much more time to clinics than is indicated in the curriculum. In the proposed curriculum of the professional faculty, 1/10 of the preventive disciplines is also allocated, the same is allocated to the clinic, but a number of disciplines are introduced that help to better assimilate the preventive sciences and, of course, this 1/10 will be fully used. The lack of practical training in preventive disciplines will be filled up during the 6th year internship. 4.
