ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to identify a SWOT analysis and formulate a business strategy using the IFE and EFE matrix, as well as the Grand Strategy matrix at the Café and Angkringan Nu Laharjo Mojokerto. The benefits of the research are identified SWOT analysis and strategy formulation can be used as a measure in future business planning. The research used is qualitative research, while the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, namely  describing the data collected using SWOT analysis, IFE and EFE matrix, and the Grand Strategy matrix. The results show that the SWOT analysis is identified, the IFE and EFE matrices have a positive total score, and the Grand Strategy matrix shows that Nu Laharjo Café and Angkringan are in a strategic and good position.   Keywords : Strategy Formulation, SWOT Analysis, IFE and EFE Matrix, Grand Strategy Matrix

The purpose of this study was to study the    non-optimal causal factors and the work system of PLTS 15 kWp as a power plant on Sabira Island. This study used qualitative research methods. The subjects of this study were search results that were not optimal in PLTS 15 kWp on Sabira Island. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with data collection techniques, namely field observations. The results of the study indicated that the 15 kWp PLTS on Sabira Island was deactivated (not charged). This is because the optimal performance of PLTS 15 kWp which is caused by damage to some components inside. The conclusion of this study is the factors that cause no optimal photovoltaic output system on PLTS 15 kWp are differences in the character of 4 solar modules on 2 strings, shading, snail track, hot spot and dust buildup on solar modules, incompatible interconnections and damage to inverter modules due to lack of maintenance and regular monitoring of the components of the PLTS. This shows that the importance of periodic maintenance and monitoring of all components of PLTS. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor penyebab tidak optimalnya dan sistem kerja dari PLTS 15 kWp sebagai pembangkit listrik di Pulau Sabira. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah  pencarian penyebab tidak optimalnya kinerja PLTS 15 kWp di Pulau Sabira. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa PLTS 15 kWp di Pulau Sabira dalam keadaan dinonaktifkan (tidak dikebebankan). Hal ini karena tidak optimalnya kinerja PLTS 15 kWp yang disebabkan oleh kerusakan pada beberapa komponen di dalamnya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah faktor – faktor yang menyebabkan tidak optimalnya photovoltaic output system pada PLTS 15 kWp adalah perbedaan karakter 4 modul surya pada 2 string, shading, snail track, hot spot serta penumpukan debu pada modul surya, interkoneksi yang tidak kompatibel dan kerusakan pada modul inverter akibat dari kurangnya perawatan serta monitoring secara teratur terhadap komponen-komponen PLTS tersebut. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pentingnya perawatan dan monitoring secara berkala terhadap seluruh komponen PLTS.

Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual. This article aims to describe the implementation of Nahwu learning by using the Qiyasi method in XI grade class of MA Ibnu Qoyyim Putra as well as students' responses regarding the Qiyasi method in nahwu learning. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with field research, the research subjects used are the students of XI grade, amounting to 42. While the data collection technique is observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The data obtained are sourced from nahwu teachers, XI grade students and other parties concerned. The result in this research shows that the Qiyasi method is suitable for the intermediate level because this method is practical and understanable for recognizing “Nahwu” but this method also has to be supported by the interaction of teachers and active students. Factors that influence learning are the enthusiasm of the teacher and his motivation in conveying. The inhibiting factor is inadequate facilities, especially the absence of an education manual and only relies on material from teachers.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had various impacts on all aspects of human life. One aspect that is affected is the education aspect. The Covid-19 pandemic has led to a transformation of learning methods. Learning that was originally carried out face-to-face has been transformed into distance learning, namely through online learning. The learning transformation certainly has obstacles that can hinder the implementation of the learning process. This study aims to describe educational problems that occur during the implementation of online learning. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. This study provides an overview of the implementation of online learning as well as solutions and efforts to optimize learning both online and offline. Data collection was carried out using the literature study method, namely reviewing references in the form of books and scientific articles related to the topic being studied. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that during the Covid-19 pandemic, online learning can be carried out combined with offline activities for students. The implementation of these activities is of course by implementing strict health protocols and carried out in their respective homes.

This study aims at describing how the teachers teach reading comprehension of narrative text to the tenth grade students in Sibolangit and revealing the underlying reasons of why do they do that way. This study was conducted by using qualitative research design. The subject of this study were two english teachers who taught at tenth grade students of two SMA in Sibolangit they are : SMA Negeri  1 Sibolangit  and SMA RK Deli Murni Bandar Baru in academic year 2016/ 2017. The data were analyzed by using Miles and Huberman data analysis technique. The  technique of collecting the data was recorded from the classroom process in teaching reading comprehension of narrative text. The findings of the study show that most of teachers’ ways are not yet focusing on teaching reading comprehension but rather focusing teaching the knowledge of genre. The underlying reason of the teachers’ ways in teaching reading comprehension did not facilitate reading comprehension. It was due to the misperception of the concept of teaching reading comprehension.  Keywords : Teaching,Reading Comprehension,Narrative Text.

Think-Pair-Share technique is one of the cooperative learning strategies that promote student involvement in the classroom. This strategy makes students engaged in in-class activities such as discussions and provides opportunities to share their ideas with others. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share strategy in teaching speaking skill for secondary students. A qualitative method with a descriptive analysis was undertaken in this study. The sample was twenty students of eighth grade. The data was collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The data analysis technique used was presented in a descriptive form. The results indicated the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique during the learning process took place following the stages that have been stated in the learning process plan made by the teacher. Appreciation for the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique both from students is quite good. Students stated that they can overcome the constraints in the learning process of speaking activity through Think-Pair-Share.

  The aim of this study is to examine the current research trends in graduate theses on preschool inclusion in Turkey. Document analysis technique, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research. It was carried out on 31 graduate theses, which were obtained as a result of scanning the thesis archive of the Higher Education Council (YÖK) and were open to access between 2016 to 2020. The search was carried out by typing "pre-school integration" into the search engine of the Higher Education Institution's thesis archive. The theses included in the study were analyzed using the thesis analysis form prepared beforehand by the researchers. In the prepared form, the theses were analyzed according to the year, thesis level, university, institute, department, thesis supervisor title, research model, number of participants, data collection tool, data analysis method, and domestic and foreign references. The findings obtained within the framework of the examination were interpreted with percentage and frequency tables, and recommendations were made for future research. Pada era milenial saat ini masyarakat membutuhkan suatu iklan baik melalui media elektronik maupun cetak. Salah satu iklan yang digandrungi masyarakat Indonesia adalah toko jasa jual beli online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menelaah struktur iklan “tokobagus.com” menggunakan struktur model Van Dijk. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah iklan “tokobagus.com”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, superstruktur, yang terdiri atas struktur headline (kepala iklan), illustration (ilustrasi), body copy (isi iklan), dan signature line (logo). Kedua, struktur mikro, yang terdiri atas unsur verbal dan unsur nonverbal. Ketiga, struktur makro, yang terdapat unsur makna iklan dan pesan iklan. Struktur wacana iklan tokobagus.com telah menggunakan struktur wacana iklan yang lengkap, sehingga pembaca dapat menirunya untuk memasarkan produk atau jasa dan mampu menarik minat pembeli untuk membeli produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan.(In the current millennial era, people need an advertisement either through electronic or printed media. One of the advertisement that is loved by the people of Indonesia is online buying and selling shop. The purpose of this study is to describe and examine the structure of the Tokobagus.com advertisements by using the Van Dijk model structure. The type of this research is qualitative research. The data analysis technique is done qualitatively. The object of this research is Tokobagus.com advertisement. The analysis results show three points. First, superstructure consists of the headline, illustration, body copy, and signature lines. Second, microstructure consists of verbal elements and nonverbal elements. Third, the macrostructure, there are elements of the meaning of  advertising and advertising messages. The discourse structure of the advertisement for Tokobagus.com store has used a complete structure of advertising discourse, so that it can emulate it to market a product or service and be able to attract buyers to buy the product or service offered.)

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori postkolonialisme Gayatri Spivak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini  mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data novel Arok Dedes  yang berkisah tentang kudeta di Tanah Jawa. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, paragraf, yang terdapat dalam novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori poskolonial Ggayatri Spivak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi atau pustaka. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisia deskriptif. This research was conducted to determine the price and product quality towards consumer loyalty in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze how the price and quality of products provided by Xiaomi to its consumers, as well as the magnitude of the effect of product quality and price simultaneously and partially on consumer loyalty in Bandung. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling type, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis with SmartPLS software, it was found that the price and product quality factors together had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in Bandung..
