The results of computer visualization of the biomechanics of the shoulder joint are presented. Possibilities of using biomechanical robotic mechanotherapy, implemented using the CON-TREX complex, in the rehabilitation of patients after arthroscopic shoulder surgery. The possibilities of clarifying visualization using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using spectral decomposition methods (shearlet transform and contrasting with color coding) have been studied. The relationship between MRI data and CON-TREX protocols in planning and carrying out rehabilitation procedures has been shown. The relationship between MRI data and CON-TREX protocols in planning and carrying out rehabilitation procedures has been shown. A method is described that makes it possible to improve the quality and availability of MRI data when studying the biomechanics of the shoulder joint during rehabilitation.

The article presents a clinical observation of infective endocarditis of the tricuspid and aortic valves in a patient suffering from intravenous drug addiction. A feature of this observation is the developed multiple complications — ischemic stroke, pneumonia, spleen infarction. The diagnosis of infective endocarditis became possible after the appearance of the clinical picture of ischemic stroke. Clinical observation demonstrates the need to take into account all possible etiological factors in the event of a picture of ischemic stroke in the process of diagnosis.

based on the experiments, the article provides data on the possibility of using solutions of protatran 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetate (chlorocresacin) as a stimulator of both static and dynamic working ability of striated muscles. A new property of the protatran representative has been revealed, which opens up new prospects for its use.

The aim of the study was to reveal the effect of sodium hypochlorite (HCH) solution at concentrations of 0.022%, 0.045% and 0.09% on the morphology of the intestinal wall and peritoneum during peritonitis in the experiment. Materials and methods. The study was carried out on 72 infertile sexually mature rats of both sexes weighting 190-250 g. The animal under ether anesthesia was performed laparotomy and modeling peritonitis according to the method by M.A. Magomedov. On day 1, all rats were irrigated with sodium hypochlorite solution at different concentrations (5 min). Selection of the material for study (part of the intestine) was carried out on the 1, 3 and 7th day of the experiment. Results. Sodium hypochlorite (0.022% and 0.045%) have not a proper antiseptic effect on microorganisms in secondary peritonitis. The HCH solution (0.09%) produces a sufficient bacterial and detergent effect, but contributes to secondary damage to abdominal tissues. Conclusions. 1. As an antiseptic can be recommended 0.09% solution of sodium hypochlorite with an exposure of 3-5 minutes to prevent the development of peritonitis 2. The use of low concentrations of sodium hypochlorite is possible for the purpose of mechanical cleaning of the abdominal cavity.

The article continues the series of publications developing the new general approach to data clustering. Here proposed method is applied for searching clusters of increased or decreased frequencies in two dimensional frequency tables (histograms) of population-based data. The observed frequency table can be compared either with the expected one (for instance uniform) or with some table corresponding to the previous moment of time. The regions with significantly changed frequencies are revealed. It allows performing statistically based control of the dynamic of epidemiological process or ecological monitoring. The groups of neighboring cells of frequency tables with the same direction of changes are unified in clusters which are checked to be statistically significant with account on multiple comparisons. Each group of cells is characterized with two parameters – its size (the number of cells) and the intensity of changing. If the size of group or (and) its intensity are too pronounced then such group is considered to be statistically significant cluster. No a priori suggestions concerning the number or shape of potentially existing clusters are made. Method can be generalized to multidimensional tables, not needs Monte Carlo simulations and can be used while comparing any frequency tables being supplemental to global nonparametric criteria such as Pearson chi-square criteria.
