In this research paper, a new modified approach is proposed for brain tumor classification as well as feature extraction from Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) after pre-processing of the images. The discrete wavelet transformation (DWT) technique is used for feature extraction from MRI images and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is used for the classification of the type of tumor according to extracted features. Mean, Standard deviation, Variance, Entropy, Skewness, Homogeneity, Contrast, Correlation are the main features used to classify the type of tumor. The proposed model can give a better result in comparison with other available techniques in less computational time as well as a high degree of accuracy. The training and testing accuracies of the proposed model are 100% and 98.20% with a 98.70 % degree of precision respectively.

This manuscript is the outcome of detailed research. A novel metamaterial structure is proposed in this paper to improve the directivity of the antenna. In this research paper a method of implementing metamaterial over the patch is used to enhance the directivity of rectangular microstrip patch antenna. From the results proposed expectation has been achieved, it is noted that in the presence of the LHM, the antenna is more directive and has a higher gain. This proposed patch is designed at the frequency of 2.75 GHz. The proposed structure is a combination of circular rings by virtue of its backward wave propagation property and negative reflection it improve the parameters of antenna.

These techniques introduce eye position state and it is parameter as a feasible means of sleepiness recognition. It has been recommended that an increase of eye sleepy state might indicates sleepiness. Thus this method can be used to caution the driver’s risk if driver drives the vehicle. These suggestion were derived from investigative an example of driver’s in attentive and sleepy situation. The gadget evaluate is base on tracking of the eye retina pupil (circular area) to calculate rate of eye sleepy condition. In this research study, individual change in the path of growing sleepiness from a drivers’ eye retina is examined. Data analysis study is interest on the improvement of a prepared display of sleepiness based on an arrangement of eye white and eye black measure values. This will use very accurate operational indicator of drowsiness. However, the main constraint of measure is that driver’s may not show this eye state until they are purely sleepy and/or weaken.

In the information society, no human activity stands still, including the electric power industry. As a result, there has been a shift from a traditional grid architecture to a new information and communication technology architecture. The object of the study of this article is a smart power supply system. The purpose of the study is to consider problems for implementing the concepts of "Smart Grid" and "Internet of energy." To do this, a brief overview was made of the traditional electricity supply system, as well as promising renewable energy sources and its promising directions. In order for several RSE to exist in the same power grid without any problems, it is necessary to use energy routers that are able to connect several power grids operating on different sources. The received system monitor by the power grid management systems (SCADA, distributed control system). There are also discussed the SCADA tasks and features. The above all leads to the implementation of two innovative concepts in the field of energy: Smart Grid and Internet energy.

Widely used patch in circular shape has been cut in two semicircular shapes and joined together, arc to arc to same feed in dipolar form, produces a butterfly shape. In this paper each semicircular shapes are remodeled as bi-circular shapes for enhancement of gain so that it can be operated at a frequency of 15GHz which is applicable for 5G communication. This antenna is placed on a substrate of FR4-epoxy material. The design of the shape is based on the minimum distance of the two extreme arcs of the two parts which becomes the wavelength of the required resonant frequency. This design is compatible with all antenna requirements including S11 plot from which the resonant frequency and return loss have been determined. The software used in HFSS, by which antenna parameters like antenna gain, directivity etc. have been checked. The patch and the ground plane is of same material, copper.

Generally computer applications use digital images. Digital image plays a vital role in the analysis and explanation of data, which is in the digital form. Images and videos of outside scenes are generally affected by the bad weather environment such as haze, fog, mist etc. It will result in bad visibility of the scene caused by the lack of quality. This paper exhibits a study about various image defogging techniques to eject the haze from the fog images caught in true world to recuperate a fast and enhanced nature of fog free images. In this paper, we propose a simple but effective the weighted median (WM) filter was first presented as an overview of the standard median filter, where a nonnegative integer weight is assigned to each position in the filter window image .Gaussian and laplacian pyramids are applying Gaussian and laplacian filter in an image in cascade order with different kernel sizes of gaussian and laplacian filter .The dark channel prior is a type of statistics of the haze-free outdoor images. It is based on a key observation - most local patches in haze-free outdoor images contain some pixels which have very low intensities in at least one-color channel. Using this prior with the haze imaging model, we can directly estimate the thickness of the haze and recover a high-quality haze-free image. Results on a variety of outdoor haze images demonstrate the power of the proposed prior. Moreover, a high-quality depth map can also be obtained as a by-product of haze removal and Calculate the PSNR and MSE of three sample images.

This paper is an outcome of a wide research on RF energy harvesting techniques presented so far along with the development and implementation of the new idea of using a matching network with and without including parallel capacitance. While working with variable signal power in RF energy harvesting there is always a problem with nonlinear behavior of rectifying diode in harvesting circuit, to overcome the same a variety of matching networks are proposed in this manuscript with the variable RF power along with the variable load. Simulation results shows that output has been achieved upto 1.8Volts with maximum power conversion efficiency up to 79% at -10 dBm input power. Experimental results represented DC output of 1.62 volts at a frequency of 900 MHz with -10 dBm input power. Optimization technique is used to select parameters value which maximizes output voltage and efficiency. Variation of load resistance and input power plays a major role in output voltage and conversion efficiency. Comparison of the same is also presented in this particular research paper.
