The future of work is shaped by technological progress, globalisation and glocalisation, and societal and institutional change. As a result of recent developments, a diverse world of work with significant differences in working conditions by industry and occupation will develop, with a focus on creative, interactive and more complex activities with essential skills. At the same time, demands on companies with regard to innovation and flexibility are growing. To understand the future of work, we believe it is essential to explore four major factors that will impact on the future of work: 1) Technological progress, IT platforms, the sharing and knowledge economy; 2) Demographic, social and environmental changes; 3) Globalisation and glocalisation; and 4) Labour flexibility. Our aim is to gain a better understanding of the dynamics of the future of work by examining these four key factors that influence today’s labour market, because this market is agile, since people can work anywhere at any time. In summary, seeing automation as synonymous with job losses is not correct. We contend that it is a mistake to believe that globalisation and technological advances lead to a reduction in the demand for human employees. However, it is possible that the opposing viewpoints of those who agree and those who disagree with this opinion are causing a polarisation of the workforce. Changes in our society, such as the constantly evolving demography, as well as environmental issues and ICT, have an influence on the way we work, and when, how and where we work.

Machine learning and recommendation systems are tools used to improve the search indices of the most relevant items in large amounts of data that can be applied in the health area. To present a systematic mapping in the area of neurorehabilitation that uses machine learning. Analyze the references of the work carried out involving the theme on the application of machine learning in the area of neurorehabilitation. Search for studies enrolled in databases through logical operators for the selection of peer-reviewed journal articles. In addition, it was verified that the application of the systematic mapping in the elaboration of the bibliographic review allows to identify the main gaps for the development of new research, and to direct to the main publications related to the study. Therefore, it is necessary to promote this area of research to offer this public access to the techniques of neuro-rehabilitation as a form of treatment, acquisition of knowledge, motivation or even inclusion. In this way, it will be possible to obtain a greater maturity in the obtained results and, thus, to promote a systematization in the use of neuro-rehabilitation in the promotion of the well-being of these people.

O presente artigo destaca soluções alternativas para a tecnologia blockchain visando os princípios da Segurança da Informação e aplicando esses conceitos para o registro e validação de documentos digitais na rede do Bitcoin. Desta forma os documentos podem ter sua integridade validada e visível de maneira pública para qualquer usuário com acesso à Internet. O objetivo é o desenvolvimento de uma solução que visa abstrair toda a complexidade dos algoritmos e técnicas criptográficas e utilizá-las em conjunto com a tecnologia blockchain, potencializando o registro e a autenticidade de um documento digital em um ambiente público e descentralizado. Com a solução desenvolvida é possível o registro de documentos digitais no blockchain do Bitcoin, garantindo a validação da autenticidade dos arquivos digitais de maneira cronológica e criptográfica. Desta forma a ferramenta consegue garantir a autenticidade de arquivos sem a necessidade de uma entidade certificadora para garantir a legitimidade do mesmo.

The economic administration and procurement system of public sector structures are composed of a series of management units whose staff assigned to them needs to be optimized. In order to achieve this, the work analyzes the concept of performance evaluation presented in the Spanish Public Administration, similar to other countries of the EU and Latin America. A methodology has been designed to evaluate performance using systemic analysis and organizational behavior, taking as a case study the Spanish Air Force. Traditional performance evaluation models are based on the psycho-sociological research of workers, which are static and require a lot of management effort. Faced with these limitations, a new dynamic and interdisciplinary model has been designed and implemented to evaluate performance and measure workload that can be used with high periodicity and requires little management effort. The model in question focuses mainly on the generation of strategic intelligence through the exploitation of the databases of the economic management information system. This strategic intelligence serves to guide decision-making regarding the reallocation of jobs and personnel to identify training needs and the necessary changes in organizational culture and leadership. In general, this model allows an improvement in the effectiveness, efficiency, economy and service level of the system, and can be applied to other Spanish military organizations or those belonging to other countries of the international community as well as other structures of the public administration dedicated to economic management and procurement.

Applications of robotics have been steadily expanding in recent years, and robotics is evolving every day. Currently, robotics is seen as an important area in many applications. Robotics and computational intelligence are increasingly working in parallel with the goal of better performance and productivity. This work has the objective of making an modeling of a robotic arm with three phase induction motor through machine learning techniques to obtain a better model that represents the plant. The techniques used were Articial Neural Network (ANNs): MLP and ELM. The techniques obtained a good performance, and they were evaluated through the multi-correlation coecient for a comparative analysis.

Conflitos são inerentes às organizações e podem ter consequências funcionais e disfuncionais aos objetivos organizacionais. Conflitos podem ser relacionados à tarefa, ao processo ou ao relacionamento, sendo este último, na maioria das vezes disfuncional$^{6}$. A resolução destes conflitos pode ser realizada de várias maneiras, tendo a gestão de conflitos como mecanismo importante neste processo. A gestão de conflitos tem com princípio fundamental a negociação, que em todas as suas etapas, exige aptidões de inteligência emocional. Neste sentido, a inteligência emocional tem provocado uma ruptura em relação à demanda de competências profissionais, às quais são fortemente ligadas à aptidões de Inteligência Racional. Ambos os tipos de inteligência não devem ser consideradas de maneira excludente, mas sob a ótica da unificação de suas utilidades em prol do desenvolvimento de um profissional mais íntegro. Tal fundamentação torna-se de grande importância em relação ao profissional de TI, em especial à gestores de TI, tendo em vista a essencialidade da TI nas organizações modernas e seu potencial estratégico organizacional. Nesta perspectiva, este trabalho visa apresentar uma reflexão, realizada a partir de uma revisão bibliográfica, sobre a relação de importância da aquisição de competências e aptidões emocionais por profissionais de TI para o êxito na gestão de conflitos profissionais nas organizações.

This article introduces SportWoman, a telematic application aimed at giving support in the form of recommendations to women who practice sports, whether professional or amateur or even sporadic practitioners of sports or fitness activities. The platform tries to cover the gap of woman personalization left by mobile applications supporting sports and fitness that currently exist in the market by taking into account the menstrual cycle of women and how this cycle affects them individually. SportsWoman was designed as an Expert System in which information is stored in a Knowledge Base using semantic technologies. In the proposed platform, the knowledge of specialists (physicians and researchers of sports science) is expressed using a particular ontology and a set of rules that, in turn, determine the daily recommendations for each user. SportsWoman has been tested and evaluated by 34 athletes through the well-known System Usability Scale, obtaining a value of 86, which corresponds to an acceptable level of usability with a grade B.

Este artigo apresenta uma pesquisa sobre os principais problemas de segurança que afetam os protocolos de comunicação no contexto da Internet das Coisas, a fim de identificar possíveis ameaças e vulnerabilidades. Os protocolos, para uma melhor organização, foram categorizados em camadas de acordo com o modelo de referência TCP / IP: (i) camada física e de ligação; (ii) camada de redes; (iii) camada de transporte; (iv) camada de aplicação. No final, um resumo é apresentado em forma tabular com os modos de segurança usados para cada protocolo utilizado.

Cloud computing offer IT services to the users worldwide based on pay-as-you-go model. Furthermore, architectures and services that are provided by cloud computing system must have high availability, scalability, security and furthermore be fault tolerant. Plan these environments is not an easy task, it is necessary to ensure that undesirable situations or errors do not occur or can be minimized. The use of Sensitivity Analysis combined with the use of modeling hierarchy and the study of models for representing redundancy mechanisms arise in order to investigate the possible changes that these systems suffer and identify their shortcomings and propose improvements solutions for the planning of these systems. The use of redundancy techniques has been used to improve availability. In this work the redundancy mechanisms is a solution to improve the performance of environments in cloud computing.

The billing process of an energy distributor in Brazil is connected to reading energy consumption logistics. An efficient, balanced and capacity enabled process has benefits with cost reducing and quality perception of the service provided. In capacitated clustering, the elements are associated with weights for construction of groups with limited capacities. This paper presents an approach to the capacitated clustering problem, applied to the consumer unit measurement groups organization in Brazil's energy distributors companies. The process of creating those measurement groups, in general, is carried out manually by expert analysts. The purpose of this problem modality is to create partitions that minimize the internal dispersion of the associated group. In this work, the RCMeans method, which is based on the K-Means technique applied to data groupings with the inclusion of the capacity constraint for the group definition, is presented. The obtained results show a comparison between the current situation and the result with the proposed method, under the cohesion analysis, separation, number of groups, silhouette index, and consumer units measurement mean time of the groups.
