In wireless communication, more than one signals are transmitted in the channel by using the concept of Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) which efficiently handles the inter symbol interference and utilizes the frequency and available bandwidth efficiently. Whereas for OFDM transmission technique is integrated with MIMO channel which contains multiple transmitter and receiver antenna at both ends. By using MIMO-OFDM system, different signals can be transmitted at the same time by utilizing same frequency and get separated in the space.  As the transmitting antenna transmit signal in the noisy channel so, it is required to estimate the noise in the channel. The channel estimation technique in noisy channel helps in analyzing the effect of noise on the transmitted data. In this paper, a brief review is presented for channel estimation techniques for MIMO-OFDM.

Emotion plays an important role in the daily life of man and is an important feature of human interaction. Because of its role of adaptation, it motivates people to respond quickly to stimuli in their environment to improve communication, learning and decision making. With the increasing role of the brain-computer interface (BCI) in user-computer interaction, automatic recognition of emotions has become an area of interest in the last decade. The recognition of emotions could be facial expression, gesture, speech and text and could be recorded in different ways, such as electroencephalogram (EEG), positron emission tomography (PET), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), etc. In this research work, feature extraction feature reduction and classification of emotions have been evaluated on different methods to recognize and classify different emotional states such as fear, sad, frustrated, happy, pleasant and satisfied from inner emotion EEG signals.

Renewable energy is the energy created by sources, which are naturally replenished such as sunlight, rain, wind and tides. Although there is much debate about how  to define and distinguish renewable energy from non-renewable, other energy types such as biomass, biofuel and anaerobic digestion are also widely considered as renewable energy. Microbial fuel cells(MFCs) that generate electricity by the break-down of organic matter(e.g. wastewater) have a great potential for the future energy and environmental challenges. MFCs are often compared with anaerobic digestion, which also uses microbial activity for breaking down organic matter in the absence of oxygen. Unlike anaerobic digestion, which is relatively well understood and already widely used in municipal wastewater treatment plants, MFCs have received far less attention and funding, hence the technology is still at laboratory level in its development.
