The needs of land transportation grows rapidly each year, along with the increasing population and mobility. It threatens the safety of road users if not handled appropriately. From 2015 to 2018 accidents in the city of Surakarta were relatively increased by the number of accidents in 2018 was 834 events. 55% of accident events caused by road users are not orderly. There is already handling done, but not effective. No one has overcome the blackspot with technology. Si Waja application is designed to reduce traffic accidents. Si Waja application serves to improve the driver's attention. The process of designing this application using methods of research and development. Application design Si Waja uses Android Studio integrated with Firebase. There are two tests conducted to test the Si Waja application Black Box Testing and Usability Testing. All elements in the application go well, evidenced by the Black Box Testing. This usability test uses the System Usability Testing (SUS) method which provides adequate results based on the consideration of small sample quantities, time, and cost. The SUS calculation result will be converted to certain values. This conversion result will give the app information that is made worthy or unfeasible to implement. From the 100 total value, Si Waja obtained 71,833, with index B. It means that this application is eligible to be applied in Surakarta.

Covid-19 data governance has reached the stage of integrating data into one covid data using ‘Bersatu Lawan Covid’ (BLC) application or the website https://data.covid19.go.id. However, there are many obstacles in its implementation, such as data that is not fully integrated, slow delivery of data from users, user data is not updated, and lack of human resources for data entry. On the other hand, compared to other countries, Indonesia has a low PCR test rate. This paper focuses on finding challenges in the covid-19 data governance mechanism that has been integrated in the BLC application. This type of research is qualitative research, with primary and secondary data collection. Researchers interviewed the public communication sector of the COVID-19 response task force. The results show that the procedural mechanism challenge was to equalize regional and central Covid-19 data by intensifying socialization and mentoring as well as fulfilling human, financial and supporting resources. Meanwhile, the challenge of the relationship mechanism is to grow the willingness of users to report actively every second of the progress of Covid-19 data. We can improvement with  strengthening socialization, training, coordination, and fulfilling data entry personnel.

Along with the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) had been growing more advanced. It encourages students to be technology savvy in order to make them easier in learning. One of the technology benefits in learning process is in a way of e-learning system development. The portrait of education in Indonesia in utilizing Internet, the fact showed the educational facilities and infrastructures are not well distributed to all societies, the quality of education is still low, and also the level of utilizing ICT is quite low too. The Ministry of Education and Culture which has responsibility in education developed a Learning Management System (LMS) by releasing a distance learning portal called Rumah Belajar. Rumah Belajar is an innovation that aims to improve the quality of education that allows students to study anytime and anywhere. However, Rumah Belajar is still not fully understood and accepted. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the adoption of Rumah Belajar in Karawang. This research used five perceptions of the factors that influence the innovation adoption by using Rogers’ Diffusion of Innovation Theory such as: relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents from high school students in Karawang. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed the factors that significantly influence the adoption of Rumah Belajar are compatibility, trialability, and observability. From this research, the writer hopes that all parties involved in learning process such as schools, teachers, and students have to support the utilization of Rumah Belajar.

The industry of financial technology, also known as the fintech industry, is one of the sectors that are currently developing in Indonesia. Even though this industry is one of the fastest-growing industries, there are some challenges faced by players in the industry. The purpose of this study is to map the problems and challenges. Besides that, this study also aims to define the strategies that can be used to solve the issues. This study is using a qualitative method, with FGD, in-depth interview, and literature study as data collection methods. The results of this study indicate that the challenges faced by the fintech industry derived from the technology itself, the condition of society in Indonesia, and coordination with related stakeholders. Strategies that can be taken to overcome these challenges are the development of policies through the 5Ps scheme based on business development strategies, and also the development of the ecosystem of the financial sector in Indonesia.

The Tangerang Live application is a communication hub in helping the government achieve organizational goals and communicate with the community. With the existence of e-government can provide public services more effectively and efficiently. In its implementation, there is a need for a combination of institutions, humans and technology. This research focuses on institutional factors in managing the Tangerang Live application and aims to be able to see the capabilities of the city of Tangerang and make it easier for the public to obtain information. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The data were processed from the results of interviews and observations and then analyzed. The results show that there are several things that are of concern, such as human resources who are not yet competent, services handling is yet optimal and there is no standard operating procedure (SOP) related to the application used. The application is not as expected, it has been socialized but it depends on the level of awareness of the community.

This study discusses the concept of city branding and personal branding. City branding typology which has been analysed is smart city. Then the personal branding which has been investigated is the leader of city. This research analyses the influence both of two concepts through quantitative research approach with explanative design. Respondents were 400 citizen in Coblong, Cicendo, Bandung Wetan, and Sumur Bandung District, which selected by quota sampling techniques. Techniques of data analysis, such as descriptive data analysis and linier regression to verify research hypotheses. While factors analysis is used to find the factors which influencing conformation Ridwan Kamil’s personal branding as the Mayor of Bandung city. The results showed a positive and significant influence of The City Branding’s Factors of Bandung Smart City towards Ridwan Kamil’s Personal Branding. On the other hands, this research show 2 (two) factors in city branding Bandung smart city conformation, such as place brand assets and values.

Open Government Data (OGD) implementation provides benefits for government performance and public services. Based on the Indonesian government's openness action plan 2018-2020, the importance of monitoring and evaluation of OGD implementation for sustainable development is emphasized. This study aims to prioritize criteria and provide recommendations for OGD evaluations at the Jakarta Open Data. Through the mix method approach, expert interviews have been conducted to test the validity of the criteria which then carried out the distribution of questionnaires to eleven expert respondents from five departments. The data is processed using the fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine each weight on twenty criteria in four dimensions. The results of this study indicate that in the short term, OGD internal evaluations in the DKI Jakarta provincial government can be done by assessing eight main priority criteria, namely accuracy, completeness, compliance, understandability, timeliness, openness, functionality, and reliability which are then based on overall criteria. These results are the basis for discussion in the Data Forum and the establishment of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to assist and accelerate the process of collecting, processing, verifying and validating data from 51 regional work units. Externally, the Jakarta Open Data team can pay attention to the conditions of citizen engagement in the OGD and the existence of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between relevant ministries or agencies that does not yet have data officers or information and documentation management officers for effective and efficient data processing

Institusi Finansial XYZ merupakan sebuah lembaga penelaah transaksi keuangan yang memiliki tugas dan kewenangan untuk menerima laporan transaksi keuangan dari para pihak pelapor, melakukan analisis terhadap laporan transaksi keuangan, dan meneruskan hasil analisis kepada aparat penegak hukum. Insiden hilangnya data pernah terjadi di Institusi Finansial XYZ pada tahun 2018 yang mengindikasikan Data Operations Management masih belum berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur Maturity Level pada Data Operations Management di Institusi Finansial XYZ dengan menggunakan Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) dan Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBoK). Penelitian ini melakukan asesmen terhadap Maturity Level pada Data Operations Management di Institusi Finansial XYZ dan dari hasil asesmen tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan Data Operations Management. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada dua belas sub-aktivitas Data Operations Management yang berada pada Maturity Level 2 dan ada tiga sub-aktivitas Data Operations Management yang berada pada Maturity Level 3. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk dua belas sub-aktivitas yang masih berada pada Maturity Level 2. Rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Maturity Level pada Data Operations Management sehingga Institusi Finansial XYZ dapat menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik untuk menelaah transaksi keuangan dan menghasilkan hasil analisis yang akurat.

Apotek Tongkonan merupakan salah satu apotek yang berada di Tana Toraja, aktivitas persediaan obat-obatan di apotek Tongkonan semakin tinggi dan intens. Apotek Tongkonan Toraja dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya telah menggunakan teknologi komputer sebagai alat bantu penginputan dan pengolahan data. Walaupun hingga saat ini aktivitas pelayanan dan persedian obat-obatan belum mengalami kendala yang berarti, tentu keadaan ini suatu saat menjadi faktor penghambat dalam meningkatkan pelayanan seiring semakin banyaknya jenis item dan itemsets persedian obat-obatan yang terjadi dan tersimpan dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Adapun masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana merancang sistem data mining pada database persediaan item obat-obatan di apotek Tongkonan Toraja, bagaimana menerapkan algoritma Apriori untuk sistem persediaan obat-obatan di apotek Tongkonan Toraja dan bagaimana merancang sistem yang berbasis web untuk mempermudah pihak apotek Tongkonan Toraja dalam mengolah data persedian obat-obatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode algoritma Apriori untuk sistem data mining dengan teknologi yang berbasis web. Hasil dari penelitian adalah dengan adanya sistem yang berbasis web untuk pengolahan data persediaan obat-obatan di apotek Tongkonan Toraja maka dapat membantu mengolah data persediaan dengan baik dan dengan adanya data mining serta diterapkannya algoritma maka pihak apotek Tongkonan Toraja dapat mengetahui dan menentukan persediaan obat-obatan dalam kurun waktu tertentu, berdasarkan hasil pengujian fungsional sistem diperoleh hasil yang valid.

One important feature of IT HelpDesk, such as HaloSIS, is knowledge base. This feature disseminate knowledge about problem solving knowledge. This knowledge base goals were to assist service desk for giving fast solution to problem reported by user call and to facilitate learning about problem solving for new member of technical support team. To improve problem solving performance, technical support team can update or add this knowledge base with new problem solving knowledge. However, until this day this knowledge base was not updated. This can lead HaloSIS into tacit knowledge problem. This tacit knowledge remain in technical support head and not documented to knowledge base. To identify new knowledge that was not yet transferred to knowledge base, HaloSIS team need to identify knowledge gap that happen in HaloSIS knowledge base. There is a tool of knowledge management that can be used for identifying knowledge gap. This tool is knowledge mapping. Knowledge map can be used to representing the incompleteness of the current knowledge network that will enable to attain a sustainable future. This study propose knowledge map building from troubleshooting log in HaloSIS. This study build current knowledge map based on FAQ knowledge and merge it with knowledge found in troubleshooting log. The methodology to build knowledge map was the 6-step method from Kim's research. The data analysis method used is qualitative data analysis method using thematic analysis. From this knowledge map this study found 15 new know-how knowledge and recomendation to update 7 know-how knowledge. However, there are some limitations of this study which only maps the online presence system. For future research, it is necessary to build a knowledge map for all services in HaloSIS comprehensively to maintain, renewal, and seeking for knowledge.
