Religion is a phenomenon associated with many dimensions, including the social dimension. Social thinkers such as Durkheim, Marx, and Weber also imply that religion is essentially more of a social aspect than a purely individual thing. Hence it can be said that there is an inevitable connection between religion as one of the social phenomena with many aspects of community life. Religion can also be said to be inseparable from the influence of the context of the society in which the religion develops. These influences can then be carried away in tradition and it is not uncommon to find that the content of religious interpretation has already contained a tendency of certain political interests.

Konstruksi Islam Rahmah Li Al-‘Alamin K.H. Ahmad Hasyim Muzadi

The problems raised in this paper are; how Islamic idea rahmah li al-'alamin K.H. Ahmad Hasyim Muzadi; and this paper reveals that the Islamic idea of rahmah li al-'alamin is a term that is contained in the Qur'an. This idea emerges as a form of reaction or response, in order to wean the lara that is engulfing the Islamic community, especially stigmatization addressed to Islam, as a religion contained in the teachings of seeds that can foster a Muslim to commit acts of violence. As a manifestation of the universalization of Islam, in the context of Indonesia, Islam rahmah li al-'alamin takes its form as presented by Walisongo, the pattern of Islam which is propagated by means of peace-building and wisdom to the existence of local culture (Indonesia). The definition of Ahl al-Sunnah Wa al-Jama'ah resulted from the construction of Kiai Said Aqil Siroj's thought ie Ahl al-Sunnah Wa al-Jama'ah as manhaj al-fikr al-din al-syamil 'ala syu'un al-hayat wa muqtadhayatiha al-qaim 'ala asas al-tawassuth wa al-tawazun wa al i'tidad wa al-tasamuh (a method of religious thought that encompasses all aspects of life and stands on the principle of equilibrium in aqidah, mediator and adhesive in social life, and justice and tolerance in politics). Kyai Said Aqil Siroj's typology of thought is an inclusive (open) religious typology and the Ahl al-Sunnah Wa al-Jama'ah perspective of Kiai Said can be said of the inclusiveness of Ahl al-Sunnah Wa al-Jama'ah. So Ahl al-Sunnah Wa al-Jama'ah must contain tawasut, tasamuh, tawazun and i'tidal in acting or thinking. So as to respond to new things in modern life such as human rights. Kartosuwiryo was known by many as the plagiarist of the Islamic State of Indonesia, on August 7, 1949 in West Java. Being Nidzam al-Mulk some have high education and be popular about the knowledge. So that’s Nidzam al-Mulk is very popular in that’s countries and high knowledge until he have wanted to building the boarding school.
