The organization of the effective application of psycho-regulation methods during preparation and competitions allows the athletes extremely taking the advantages of physical and tactical preparation. It should be noted that abilities and skills lose the effect not being used for a long time. It is necessary to maintain the scope of the psycho-regulation acquired, regularly using it in the educational and sports activities.

The difficult process of combining old and new realities creates a precondition for the formation of a dichotomous worldview and dual social positions. The article analizes the model of traditional sociocultural values and society interaction. Sociocultural values provide interaction with the society by the means of feedback as a result of which the central cultural circle has value of collecting, saving, reproducting, handing over and programming functions. Modern society becomes more and more piuralistic and alternative and creates such moral-psycological atmosphere, when a person does not only feel cultural inferiority, but also becomes more adaptable to new attitudes and lifestyles. Of course, all this serves as a precondition for the society to function and reproduce, because the dynamism of life, the strengthening of intergration tendencies, the spread of telecommunications make life more comfortable, uniform and accessible. However, in modern society there are large masses of peple who do not interact with traditional culture. Modern civilization has created new educational system, which even teaches masses the besics of using new technology is not able to deak with educational issues and convey the meaning and content of the culture and morality of great historical problems- though being accesable and mass.

As a result of survey conducted among the high qualified greco-roman, freestyle and judo wrestling coaches the use of other sports to enhance technical tricks of young wrestlers was turned out to be most important. In this regard, 94% of surveyed coaches give preference to certain elements of sports like swimming, acrobatics, athletics and weightlifting. The majority of coaches are convinced that alongside particular elements from other sports the purposeful improvement of various movement parametres control accuracy will contribute to effective instruction and perfection of wrestlers' technical tricks through special (psychomotor) exercises. We are planning to check this assumption during the pedagogical experiment.

The article addresses the issues of physical training of chess players, as an athlete’s mental health needs are as important as their physical health needs, and both are likely to contribute to optimising the athlete’s overall wellbeing in conjunction with performance excellence. In this regard, it is necessary to study the raised problem, identify opinions and approaches of coaches.

High level of legal culture is a key component for sophisticated development of a person. Legal education of schoolchildren strengthens their position in life, increases their civic engagement. The physical education process of schoolchildren, consistent with complex physical development, adequate physical preparedness and ensuring the development of special knowledge, creates quite favorable conditions for the legal education of pupils. The survey results indicated that schoolchildren have poor understanding of the role and importance of physical culture in the midst of multifaceted personality development. They do not consider the process of physical education as a tool of moral, intellectual, aesthetic, ideological and legal education.

CrossFit trainings tend to have a noticeably positive impact on the physical and functional preparedness of athletes, as well as on the harmonious development of motor abilities which are endurance, strength, flexibility, agility and coordination. Considered one of the best training systems for improving general physical preparation, CrossFit exercises carry noticeable benefits in the harmonious development of athletes' physical and functional preparedness comprising several motor skills. Along with the obvious advantages, CrossFit also has its drawbacks necessary to take into account when drawing up training plans.

Student assessment is an integral part of any teaching learning process. Assessment practices have a large number of functions to perform in the context of the teaching, learning process. This article challenges several myths about student assessment: that we know what we're grading, that we know what the results mean, that we can agree in practice on various criteria, which is possible to establish and apply unanimously. Despite these seeming difficulties, this article argues for the validity of assessments developed within particular academic environments in the higher learning institutes of Armenia. Do contemporary assessment practices perform these function: it is a critical question to be analysed. In this paper, an attempt has been made to analyse the myths and realities of the assessment practice in the higher education sector.

The aim of the research is to theoretically clarify some of the issues related to the place of Asana in the system of yoga and physical culture in the modern historical stage of formalization of knowledge. This was preceded by research and analysis of ancient resources in yoga, which describes the phenomenon of "Asana"; establishing the place and significance of the Asana in the studied ancient sources; upgrading the term Asana and its explanation from a modern point of view of the achieved degree of formalization of scientific knowledge; theoretical substantiation of the characteristics of Asana as a mandatory component of Yoga by studying its systemic place in the studied sources; pointing out and identifying the general and especially specific characteristics of Asana as a component of yoga, distinguishing it from other means of physical culture, physical education, training and therapy. Research methods include theoretical analysis and synthesis - distinguishing one of the components of yoga, namely: Asana and its study as an independent element and as part of the whole.

Since there is no special program for organizing physical education for schoolchildren with SEN, in 2018-2019 academic year, at the secondary school No. 5 after M. Martirosyan, in Ijevan, it was decided to organize and conduct specially designed classes and extracurricular physical activities for students with SEN. During the classes, the students performed GDE, they were given exercises for posture, concentration, balance and coordination. Extracurricular activities included basketball, volleyball, and table tennis. All 18 students fully participated in both physical education classes and extracurricular activities, which helped to improve their physical and emotional state. At the end of the academic year, the school held an event “Learning Together, Training Together”, the purpose of which was to show the physical progress of students with SEN and their ability to cooperate with classmates. The transition to inclusive education sets the task of developing content and new methodological approaches for teaching of "physical culture" taking into account the physical capabilities of students with special educational needs.

One of the ways to improve the training system of athletes is a wider use of game method and motor games in the training process. In the training process the motor games are used to develop physical abilities, to master and improve technical skills, to form tactical thinking. It is also used as an effective tool for developing willpower and moral values of athletes. Through motor games special motor skills are strengthened and improved. During competitions the first ideas about taking an advantage and achieve a victory are formed. Motor games give an opportunity to diversify the training as well, and have a great impact on the retaining athletes.
