High level of legal culture is a key component for sophisticated development of a person. Legal education of schoolchildren strengthens their position in life, increases their civic engagement. The physical education process of schoolchildren, consistent with complex physical development, adequate physical preparedness and ensuring the development of special knowledge, creates quite favorable conditions for the legal education of pupils. The survey results indicated that schoolchildren have poor understanding of the role and importance of physical culture in the midst of multifaceted personality development. They do not consider the process of physical education as a tool of moral, intellectual, aesthetic, ideological and legal education.

The article analyzes modern approaches to the development of children of primary school age coordination. According to most scientists, the younger school-age is sensitive to the formation and improvement of coordination. Therefore, the physical education curriculum for children in grades 1-4 was analyzed for coordination tools. А questionnaire was conducted among a physical culture specialists on during the research. The answers received by the respondents indicate the following: the development of coordination should be given special attention during the primary school age; in practice, specialists use many different means to develop coordination; exercises to develop the ability to differentiate the spatial and temporal characteristics of movements are almost never used but can make classes more interesting and As a result, some differences were found between the coordination development methodology described in the program and the survey results. The need to improve the methods and means of developing coordination in physical education classes, in particular, paying attention to the ability to differentiate the spatial and temporal characteristics of movements, was proved.

The subject of the article is the presentation of the role of physical education teacher in selected books published in Poland after 1989 year. Physical education teacher is played an important role in contemporary pedagogy. His tasks include not only the development of physical fitness of his students, but also the harmonious development of their personality, specially the moral and social sphere, in accordance with the principle of holistic pedagogy. The teacher should care for the right image of himself. He have to introduce the students into the world of the values of physical culture and be the guide to the values of sporting activity. The research used the bibliographic, analytical, descriptive and axiological methods and the technique of content analysis guided by the content and interpretation potential of the axiological dominant of books. The interpretation of axiological contents has shown the role of physical education teacher in the education process.

At the present dynamic development of education, distance learning is increasingly popular due to its mobility and a variety of different information. There are certain difficulties in organizing the educational process using electronic educational resources. The article describes the modeling of the physical education process in non-sports institutes of Udmurt State University. The developed e-learning system at the University based on the Moodle platform allowed us to simulate the process of physical education and create an e-learning course based on it. The training course has a block system for organizing the physical education model. Using the e-learning system in the educational process of higher education allows to modernize the process of students’ physical education non-sports institutions, and lay a solid foundation for further self-education. This material is useful for University teachers who have an electronic educational environment.

The article analyzes the current state of professional training of future physical education teachers in higher education institutions of Ukraine for local lore on the basis of a competent approach. The criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of future physical education teachers for local lore in the course of their professional training are highlighted. A number of different approaches to the evaluation of the criteria for the formation of readiness of future specialists have been investigated. The correspondence of each criterion of readiness of future teachers of physical culture to local lore activity is established by the indicators reflecting qualitative and quantitative characteristics of its competences. On the basis of the analysis of the psychological and pedagogical literature, the indicators of the readiness of future teachers of physical culture for local lore are determined, namely: motivational, cognitive and activity. The boundaries of the level of preparedness of future physical education teachers for local lore are clearly defined on the basis of the competence approach: insufficient, sufficient and high. The criterion of formation of future physical education teachers' readiness for local lore is an objective characteristic that reflects its essential features and by means of which they make comparative assessment of the effectiveness of its formation in traditional and isolated pedagogical conditions. The structure of future physical education teachers' readiness for local history activities included a motivational component, a cognitive component, and an activity component. The level of readiness for local lore activity of future physical education teachers has been determined: insufficient level (low, reproductive), sufficient level (average, productive), high level (creative). The readiness of physical culture teachers for local lore is determined by the functions: cognitive, communicative, developmental, adaptive, informative, reflexive.

The peculiarities of the appearance of faculties of physical education at pedagogical and classical higher educational institutions of socialist Romania are considered. The reasons for the government's choice of those 12 higher educational institutions in which in the 60's of the twentieth century. faculties of physical education and sports were opened, the motives of the then authorities for active support of the newly formed training network were singled out, and demonstration at the international level of successes in training a high-level athlete was singled out as a priority. The author notes that foreigners entered the faculties of physical education at the universities of communist Romania - more than 10% (144 people) were foreigners from Cyprus, Colombia, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Egypt, Gabon, Libya, Portugal, Syria, Sweden and Tunisia (University of Cluj-Napoca). The changes in higher education in the field that took place in the 70s of the XX century are analyzed: the restructuring of the faculties of physical education and sports in the structure of pedagogical faculties is determined, and later their replacement by sections; changes in the duration of training - reduction to 3 years and further introduction of the year of specialization. It is proved that in 1983 all departments were liquidated and training for children's and youth schools and sports clubs, educational institutions of all levels, physical culture and sports societies was entrusted only to the Institute of Physical Education and Sports of Bucharest.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the nature and importance of the pedagogical culture of specialists in physical education and sports, and ways and methods of its formation in the educational process of their professional training. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of information sources, research and publications. The issue of the pedagogical culture is considered from various scientific aspects. The relevance of the issue is that the new requirements for higher education institutions oblige teachers to have a high level of competence in order to create positive conditions for the development of the personality of the future specialist in physical education and sports. Against the background of the growing role and importance of physical culture and sport in public life, the phenomenon of influence of specialists of this important sphere on other people, especially on the youth, is considered. It is shown that this influence can be in both ways positive and negative. It is proved that for the positive influence the subjects should have the developed general and professional culture, in the structure of which the pedagogical culture occupies an important place. It is able to transform the influence into the education and personal development of the objects of influence, and into the formation of a system of humanistic vital values. It is emphasized that the formation of pedagogical culture should become an important component of their educational and professional training by using innovative pedagogical technologies. The development of pedagogical culture of the future specialists in physical culture and sports is an integral part of the general culture and it increases the quality of education, the level of education of children, the training of young athletes, thus increasing the socio-cultural situation in the country. The analysis of the study allowed us to draw conclusions and perspectives for further scientific research.

The quality of the directed usage of physical culture in education values, comprehensive and complex reproduction of the personality, demands a system organization of physical education processes management, which, in its turn, makes it necessary to create and realize a system of complex control of physical culture translators processes and the results of its assimilation. Complex control in this case is a system of management, organization, diagnostics and estimation actions to define the effectiveness of physical education process (processes of physical culture assimilation) and the quality of its correspondence to the established purposes-demands. The system of complex control is represented by two components - directions of its organization and realization: control of a physical education system (including control of external environment factors; physical education competences; educational environment) and the control of a physical education object (including medico biological, psychological and pedagogical forms of control concerning the basic and physical culture of the personality separately). Psychological and pedagogical control is realized with regard to total sizes of the body, physical, technical, behavior, mental and theoretical readiness as well as with regard to each component of the basic culture of the personality (ethical, aesthetic, civil, labour, intellectual (cognitive), communicative). The medico biological form of control comprises diagnostics and evaluation of physical growth data (total sizes of the body, first of all), correspondence of the passport age to the biological and functional readiness (the state of the vascular and respiratory systems), physical working capacity and physical adaptation as well as general state of health.

The subject of the article is the presentation of the values of physical education in selected books published in Poland in the last thirty years. The values of physical education are very important element of sports pedagogy. They give a new quality to education and occupy a significant place in it. Different values are implemented by sporting activity. It nfluences the formation of proper moral attitudes and socially valuable behaviors, teaches the principles of fair play, conscientiousness, diligence, perseverance, courage, overcoming weaknesses, comradeship, cooperation skills, loyalty, and also helps in resocialization young people. It increases physical fitness and health. The research used the bibliographic, analytical, descriptive and axiological methods and the technique of content analysis guided by the content and interpretation potential of the axiological dominant of books. The interpretation of axiological contents has shown the values of physical education and sport in the education process and the development of the personality of children and adolescents contain in that books.

The article deals with the classification characteristics of the content and structure of modern fitness technologies. It has been found out that the use of modern fitness technologies is an important part of improving health and physical fitness level of students, since educational and training activities have ample opportunities for modeling the conditions and situations that can contribute to improvement of physical education process in higher institutions of pedagogical education. It is determined that in the physical education process, fitness technology is used through fitness programs as forms of motor activity, specially organized within group or individual (personal) classes. They can have a health- conditioning orientation or they can be aimed at developing physical qualities of students to solve motor and sports tasks at a high level of performance. It was investigated that the main condition for fitness technologies application is to achieve the efficiency and complexity of health improvement, that is, to increase the level of physical, mental and social health of students. Fitness technologies can be considered as a new stage of educational process in physical education. They are modernized taking into account the demands of modern society in the latest and most promising direction. The use of fitness programs in the physical education process of students will significantly improve its efficiency due to a strict differentiation of loads, the choice of means and methods of conducting classes. This enables teachers to improve physical development of students, to use the considered fitness programs with a health-improving purpose.

The quality of school education as a system of the directional usage of the physical culture values is conditionally provided through the effectiveness of the teachers activities (as well as by all the schools subjects) in realization of the management actions with regards to this system functioning optimization, its integrity and stability in the process of the base aim achievement - students physical culture education. Meanwhile the management activity itself as a system stipulates, in its turn, for the definite stages of the management work with regards to the fulfillment a corresponding content of the management actions. So, based on the existing notions about the internal school management system as well as on the experience in management the process of physical education in the bringing up a students physical culture, the following management activities stages and their main content are defined: collection and processing (analysis, synthesis) information about the object of management (physical education); diagnosis of the state of the object (subject) of management and the activity forecast, establishment of the aim (the anticipation of the results in physical culture and sports activities), private goals in the process of students physical culture teaching, management decision taking (the combination of the mental operations and actions, that define a problematic situation, its transfer to the task, formation of the physical culture and sports activities motives and hypothesis about the means of its decision); planning (foreseeing the way how the physical education process will be developed in time); working out a physical culture and sports activities content (system regulation of the elements and processes, that form the subject or phenomenon; the content of physical culture and sports activities - the system of knowledge, movement abilities and skills, experience of the creative value-oriented activity, that provide for the personalitys physical culture formation); activity organization (as a combination of actions for regulation and co-ordination of subject-object physical culture and sports activities in teaching, education and development of the personality); control (complex) of education activity (its biomedicine and psycho-pedagogical forms); collection and processing of education activities results; correction of the aim, planning, content and the processes of physical culture and sports activities and physical education organization.
