The aim of the research is to theoretically clarify some of the issues related to the place of Asana in the system of yoga and physical culture in the modern historical stage of formalization of knowledge. This was preceded by research and analysis of ancient resources in yoga, which describes the phenomenon of "Asana"; establishing the place and significance of the Asana in the studied ancient sources; upgrading the term Asana and its explanation from a modern point of view of the achieved degree of formalization of scientific knowledge; theoretical substantiation of the characteristics of Asana as a mandatory component of Yoga by studying its systemic place in the studied sources; pointing out and identifying the general and especially specific characteristics of Asana as a component of yoga, distinguishing it from other means of physical culture, physical education, training and therapy. Research methods include theoretical analysis and synthesis - distinguishing one of the components of yoga, namely: Asana and its study as an independent element and as part of the whole.

The relevance of this study is justified by the necessity to investigate the tasks for the improvement of musician’s professional skills. Artistic perception of the surrounding world is based on active artistic and conceptual thinking. The purpose of this study is to define artistic and conceptual tasks of a musician. In addition, the primary purpose of this research is to consider and analyze the tasks of a performing musician. The methodological background of this study is shaped by theoretical methods of scientific knowledge. For this, the study involved such research methods as analysis and synthesis of information, as well as analytical, cultural and comparative methods. The first stage of the study was a theoretical analysis of academic literature. For the sake of this study, the types of musical performances and interpretations of works as well as the main tasks of the performing musician were considered. It was determined that musical performance is a form of art that involves the reproduction of music in a variety of ways. As a result, it was established that the task of a musician is to decipher the emotional and sensual image created by the author of the work.

The purpose of the research is to ground the organizational and pedagogical conditions of use of innovative game practice in extracurricular physical education of 5th graders (by the example of SNAG). Research methods. Theoretical analysis and collation of literature sources, sociological analysis, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Research results. The introduction of a minigolf section in the extracurricular work at Kharkiv gymnasium No. 144 brought about the 64% increase in the number of pupils of the experimantal class attending extracurricular forms of physical education, while the pupils of the reference class increased in numbers only by 7%. Some pupils attended with pleasure both the dancing club and the SNAG section. The results reliably showed that, compared to the beginning of the research, the experimental group manifested improvement (almost 2.5 times) of the state of special physical readiness (increased minigolf target hit rate). The indicators of the overall intermuscular coordination improved too, showing better results than in the reference group (by 15.65%) in hitting the target with a small ball (p < 0,05).

Is provided theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature and legal framework, the relevance and ways to optimize the health function of education. Thepurpose is a theoretical analysis and general practical recommendations for physical culture and health work in the structure of educational institutions. Research methods: analysis, comparison, generalization; pedagogical observations, interviews, sample surveys, questionnaires; quantitative analysis of research data using methods of mathematical processing. Research participants: students and teachers of secondary schools of the city. The research was conducted in the context of educational activities of students in physical education lessons and extracurricular activities. Results.The system of physical culture and health and sports activities provided for the organization of extracurricular and extracurricular health, preventive educational activities, active recreation, relaxation, taking into account the workload, age and psychophysical development of students. Possibilities of pedagogical influence of the educational and improving environment and recreation are considered. There is a general description of the quest “Steps to Health”, the purpose of which is to involve students in active and regular physical education, education of a harmoniously developed, socialized personality. It is proposed to use in educational work the existing natural objects, historical monuments of the region for sports and recreation activities. The given examples of optimal forms of work, which have a positive effect on the formation of students' healthy worldview, confirm the data obtained from the study. The generalized practical recommendations concerning the organization of physical culture and improving work in general educational institutions in extracurricular time are stated.Conclusions. The use of various forms of measures for physical culture and health work, taking into account the psychophysical features provides a positive dynamics of the formation of a conscious attitude of students to physical culture, healthy lifestyle, health culture.Key words: physical culture and recreation work, technologies, forms, methods, recreation, health culture, extracurricular hours. У статті надано теоретичний аналіз науково-методичної літератури та законодавчої бази, визначено актуальність і шляхи оптимізації здоров’язберігаючої функції освіти. Мета статті полягає в теоретич-ному аналізі та загальних практичних рекомендаціях щодо фізкультурно-оздоровчої роботи в структурі діяльності навчальних закладів. Методи дослідження: аналіз, порівняння, узагальнення; педагогіч-ні спостереження, бесіди, вибіркове опитування, анкетування; кількісний аналіз даних дослідження з використанням методів математичного опрацювання. Учасники дослідження: учні й учителі загаль-ноосвітніх закладів міста. Дослідження проводилися в умовах навчально-виховної діяльності учнів на уроках фізичного виховання та заходах позакласної роботи. Результати. Наведено дані опитування щодо отримання необхідних знань з формування рухової активності, здорового способу життя, осо-бистісного ставлення учнів до фізкультурних і спортивних заходів спонукали до оптимізації роботи в школі. Система фізкультурно-оздоровчих і спортивних заходів передбачала організацію позаклас-них і позашкільних оздоровчих, превентивних виховних заходів, активного оздоровчого відпочинку, релаксації з урахуванням навчального навантаження, вікових особливостей і психофізичного розвитку учнів. Розглядаються можливості педагогічного впливу освітньо-оздоровчого середовища та рекреації. Надано загальний опис квесту «Кроки до здоров’я», мета якого – залучення школярів до активних і регулярних занять фізичною культурою, виховання гармонійно розвиненої, соціалізованої особисто-сті. Пропонується використання у виховній роботі наявних природних об’єктів, історичних пам’яток регіону для спортивно-оздоровчих заходів. Наведені приклади оптимальних форм роботи, які позитив-но впливають на формування в учнів здоров’ятворчого світогляду, підтверджують отримані дані прове-деного дослідження. Викладено узагальнені практичні рекомендації щодо організації фізкультурно-оз-доровчої роботи в загальноосвітніх навчальних закладаху позаурочний час. Висновки. Застосування різноманітних форм заходів з фізкультурно-оздоровчої роботи з урахуванням психофізичних особли-востей забезпечує позитивну динаміку формування свідомого ставлення учнів до фізичної культури, здорового способу життя, культури здоров’я.Ключові слова: фізкультурно-оздоровча робота, технології, форми, методи, рекреація, культура здоров’я, позаурочний час.

The amortization charge leads to an improvement in the quality of accountability and public finance statistics. Accounting analysis is part of the information function of accounting. The aim of the publication is to analyze depreciation in municipalities and to propose a synthesis of properties and a summary of common features, trends and laws. The ontological nature of depreciation in accounting science presents the main problems solved by accounting for depreciation. Epistemological coverage of depreciation covers its origin, scope and peculiarities. The research methods are analysis and synthesis, comparison, analogy, modeling, systematization and summary, comparative and group accounting analysis. The results obtained are presented in tabular form. The conclusion is that by switching from a smaller range of the signage coverage of the unit to the depreciation in municipalities, we are targeting a wider range of sign coverage, pointing out the qualities of the different categories of depreciation in the municipalities as an internal definition and an external manifestation.

Purpose: to study the dynamics of the cardiorespiratory system indicators of 13-14-year-old pupils under the influence of the differentiated content of physical education lessons. Material and methods: 103 pupils of the comprehensive school No. 150 of Kharkov took part in the research. The methods were used in the research: theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific-methodological literature; biomedical methods (tonometry, pulsometry, and spirometry); pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. Results: the level of functioning of the cardiorespiratory system of 13-14-year-old pupils is below average. Taking into account the indicators of the functional state of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of 13-14-year-old pupils, the content of physical education lessons is differentiated; the development and implementation of physical exercise complexes aimed at increasing the above indicators. Conclusions: as a result of the introduction of the developed physical exercise complexes in indicators characterizing the state of cardiovascular and respiratory systems of pupils of experimental groups, there were reliable positive changes in all the studied parameters (p<0,05-0,001). As a result, the state of the cardiorespiratory system of 13-14-year-old pupils increased from below average to average. El presente trabajo tiene la finalidad resaltar la importancia teórica del constructivismo como modelo de desarrollo que permita al docente de Educación Física reconocer y propiciar una práctica activa y significativa de la asignatura desde la visión global de mejorar la experiencia del aprendizaje. Para ello, la metodología aplicada consistió en un conjunto de métodos teóricos como: el método comparativo, que permitió comparar las diferentes teorías entorno al constructivismo, estableciendo similitudes y diferencias, la modelación científica favoreció el análisis estructural y funcional del constructivismo desde la enseñanza de la cultura física, la abstracción científica desempeñó un rol importante en la determinación de los aspectos esenciales del constructivismo a través del análisis y la síntesis y con el análisis de documentos aplicando el análisis de temas y de dominio se establecieron los aspectos esenciales en relación con la bibliografía empleada en el estudio, propiciando la reflexión de los contextos que atañen a la aplicación de la práctica constructivista en el sistema educativo actual. La investigación fue concluyente en recalcar que el dominio del docente en la aplicación del constructivismo conlleva a la diversificación de estrategias pertinentes y actividades prácticas que permiten dinamizar el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, propiciando un aprendizaje significativo y funcional en el educando. THEORETICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF CONSTRUCTIVISM FOR THE TEACHING OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to highlight the theoretical importance of constructivism as a development model that allows the Physical Education teacher to recognize and encourage an active and meaningful practice of the subject from a global perspective of improving the learning experience. For this, the applied methodology consisted of a set of theoretical methods such as: the comparative method, which allowed to compare the different theories around constructivism, establishing similarities and differences, the scientific modeling favored the structural and functional analysis of constructivism from the teaching of the physical culture, scientific abstraction played an important role in determining the essential aspects of constructivism through analysis and synthesis and with the analysis of documents applying the analysis of topics and domain were established the essential aspects in relation to the bibliography used in the study, encouraging the reflection of the contexts that concern the application of constructivist practice in the current educational system. The research was conclusive in emphasizing that the teacher's mastery in the application of constructivism leads to the diversification of pertinent strategies and practical activities that allow to dynamize the teaching-learning process, promoting a meaningful and functional learning in the learner. The purpose of the study is to analyze evolution of the system approach as the fundamental methodological area of modern scientific knowledge and to discover the practical experience of physical education and sport experts. We studied the experience of implementation of the system approach principle in physical culture and sport activities aimed at the improvement of indicators of human physical wellbeing. Research methods and organization. Theoretical and methodological research background is based on the gener- al philosophical, general and individual levels of scientific knowledge. The paper contains outcomes of the study of theoretical and empirical system concepts, and it contains an overview of major educational technologies. Research results and discussion. Introduction of the system approach to scientific concepts affected various scientific areas. Objectification of a person as a complex functional system has a number of essential outcomes. We are able to obtain more reliable information about its functioning mechanisms, to identify and systematize external and internal relationships, to determine and assess body characteristics and properties. Conclusion. We can affirm that the comprehensive approach of experts to the issue of human rehabilitation and physical excellence shows its effectiveness, and the differentiation and integration of scientific knowledge enhance the expansion of the range of activities that contribute to the effective solution of applied problems in the field of physical education and sports.
