 This study is aimed to analyze Indonesia’s foreign policy changes toward Iranian nuclear issue in The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) from 2007 to 2008. The Iranian nuclear issue became international focus when UNSC in 2006 decided the future of Iranian nuclear program. Nuclear proliferation’s threat was debated in UNSC due to a new nuclear program launched by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to build nuclear arsenal as soon as possible. As a non-permanent member of UNSC, Indonesia should participate in any decision within two years whether to support, abstain or to reject any resolutions decided. The research used qualitative method with a case study type. Data was collected based on qualitative method through literature study and interviews in order to gain understanding why the changes occurred in Indonesia’s foreign policy with domestic and international factors as consideration. The research concluded that Indonesia’s foreign police changes was on international pressure to support new sanction on Iranian nuclear program in 2007. Indonesia’s policy was criticized in domestic. After domestic pressure, Indonesia finally took abstain policy in a new resolution on Iran nuclear in UNSC on March 2008. In other words the Indonesian foreign policy changes can be classified in adjustment changes to appease domestic pressure and in the same time to avoid confrontation with major powers interests.

Forest and Negative Peace; An Effect to the Global Peace The presence of global peace likewise the conflict could be triggered by the environment such as forest degradation of some states. As presently, climate change has been occurred all over the globe and causes conflict. However, this study used the Galtung thought of peace to discover the peace side through qualitative methodology with all the complexity. Therefore, it revealed some classifications of peace notably each characteristic of the peace as far as the metapsychology of peace. Furthermore, it showed how the environment naturally can lead to global peace.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada dampak yang ditimbulkan dari perubahan iklim secara global, proses dari pertemuan yang terjadi di Paris tahun 2015 yang mana pertemuan tersebut merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi perubahan iklim. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan konsep diplomasi lingkungan, konsep MNC, dan rezim internasional. Konsep MNC merupakan dapat dilihat dari upaya Coca-Cola dalam mengatasi perubahan iklim. Melalui analisis konsep diplomasi lingkungan, upaya negosiasi dilakukan dalam COP21 di Paris dan menghasilkan Paris Agreement. Paris Agreement sebagai acuan untuk mengatasi perubahan iklim, mengingat rezim internasional ialah seperangat aturan, nilai dan norma internasional yang disepakati oleh negara-negara yang menyepakatinya dan dapat berlaku bagi aktor internasional. Coca-cola sebagai MNC dalam upaya mengatasi perubahan iklim menggunakan acuannya ialah Paris Agreement, dan Coca-Cola dalam hal ini melakukan berbagai upaya dalam mengatasi perubahan iklim misalnya ialah melakukan revolusi terhadap bisnis, sehingga akan terbangun perkekonmian yang ramah lingkungan. Indonesian political and strategic relations are quite good with the United States, especially since the New Order regime in Indonesia, namely in the 1960s. But economic ties the two sides have not grown enough in comparison with the United States economic relations with neighboring Indonesia, Singapore and Australia. In terms of political and strategic aspects in the relationship between the two countries produced in the United States and Indonesia are less developed the economic potential between the two. Both countries have significant potential to further enhance the bilateral relations to the mutual interest through the establishment of a comprehensive partnership (Comprehensive Partnership) is a strategic step in improving relations of cooperation in politics, economy, security, environment, energy, education and other areas of life other. Efforts to improve relations between the two sides appeared in recent years because of the encouragement of the government of Indonesia and US efforts to seek larger markets in order to restore its economic crisis. In November 2010 the leaders of both countries signed the US-Indonesia Compherensive Partnership Agreement (US-Indonesia CPA) which is a long-term commitment of both countries to enhance and deepen bilateral relations. One sector that is the focus of the cooperation is the economic sector.

This study aims to determine how the developing country, Indonesia, affected Saudi Arabia to protect the domestic workers. Researcher are trying to understand and analyze how this cooperation in the agreement that related in placement and protection based on the moratory to overcome the violence to indonesian domestic workers. This study used qualitative research type. The research method used is descriptive analysis techniques. Most of the data collected through the literature and websites searching.Those data were analyzed by theory approach based on International Relations, International Cooperation, International Agreement, International Labour Regulation, National Interest and Negotiation Diplomacy. The results of this study show the cooperation between Republic of Indonesia and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the placement and protection of indonesia labours post informal sector workers moratorium, during the process until invent to Memorandum of Understanding.

This study focuses on the impact of censorship policy implementation with Tiongkoknese government activities against Google Inc. in Tiongkok. The Tiongkoknese government has enforced strict censorship of google which is a multinational corporation with its main product of web-based search engine that provides information and news in general and is freely accessible to Internet users, but the information must be done first through a screening process conducted by the Tiongkoknese government, if the keyword in the input in the search engine service contains a negative view of the government, then the information will be in search is blocked by the Tiongkoknese government and disappear from google search.

This study aims to determine how the impact of the disputed Dokdo Island / Takeshima between South Korea and Japan on the development of Hallyu in Japan Year 2012-2015. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the disputed Dokdo / Takeshima between South Korea and Japan on the development of Hallyu in Japan after re-simmering dispute over Dokdo Island / Takeshima by the visit of South Korean President Lee Myung Bak in 2012. Methods The study was qualitative. Most of the data were collected through interviews, literature study, observation, documentation, and online data searches. The study was conducted at the Korean Cultural Center, The Japan Foundation, Library and Documentation Centre of Scientific Information LIPI, and the Embassy of Japan to Indonesia. The results showed that the development of Hallyu in Japan after re-simmering dispute over Dokdo Island / Takeshima between South Korea and Japan in 2012 experiencing barriers. Problems island disputes between countries worsen bilateral relations, in the case of disputed Dokdo / Takeshima also have a negative impact on the cultural development of Hallyu in Japan.

This study aims to determine the extent to which the South Korean Cultural Diplomacy Bilateral and Implications South Korea-Indonesia. So the researchers tried to analyze the objectives, constraints, conditions before, after and the prospect of future conditions. The research method is qualitatively using descriptive analysis. Most of the data collected from interviews and literature as well as supported by the literature study and search the website. The study was conducted South Korean Cultural Center in Indonesia and the Embassy of Indonesia in South Korea. The results showed a change in the meaning of Hallyu before and after enforced as part of the South Korean diplomacy. From the 2005-2013 period the relationship between the two countries ever closer as facilitated by the cooperation in the field of culture. But now South Korea worried because in Indonesia began appearing parties that are difficult to accept the presence of Hallyu.

Indonesian (Bahasa) experiences development in its function and position since it is set as the national language in which Indonesia improves the function of Indonesian (Bahasa) as an international language since 2009 by Act No. 24 year of 2009 where in Indonesian (Bahasa) showed has great opportunities and prospects to become an international language in Southeast Asia, which is supported by the number of domestic and foreign speakers of Indonesian and some other aspects. Yet, to make Indonesian as an international language, Indonesian experiences obstacles coming from the country and abroad. In this study, the researcher tried to analyze what the measures of Indonesia are, what the constraints faced by Indonesia in making Indonesian (Bahasa) as an international language in Southeast Asia are, and how Indonesian (Bahasa) to be international language in Southeast Asia are. The method in this research was qualitative method. Most of the data were collected from interviews and literature and supported by the literature and website searches. The study was conducted in the Development and Language Improvement Department, the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia and Indonesian Institute of Sciences The result showed that Indonesian (Bahasa) has great opportunities and prospects to become an international language in Southeast Asia, which is supported by the number of domestic and foreign speakers of Indonesian and some other aspects. Yet, to make Indonesian as an international language, Indonesian experiences obstacles coming from the country and abroad.
