The work examines the process of functioning of the hydrodynamic system "reservoir-well" taking into account the dynamic process of shutting down and starting a group of production wells. A mathematical model for determining system states, an algorithm for solving an applied problem and the results of computational experiments in the form of graphs are given.



The paper describes the development of the "Complex-analytical information system of scientific degrees" for electronic document exchange and digitization of the attestation process for scientific degrees in the field of attestation of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, modules that make up the system, their functions, also information security of the system, requirements for functions performed by the system, client-server architecture of data processing in information system.



Modeling as a research method is a powerful cognitive tool throughout the history of human development. The article describes the methodology for the development of mathematical models of information systems, based on materials from various literary sources, author's developments on the system approach, mathematical modeling and programming. The mathematical model of the information system is described and all the characteristics of the IS are given.



The paper proposes a model for managing the distribution of university graduates from the point of view of meeting the demand of the population for educational services and providing the regional economy with specialists with higher education, formalizing the task of employing a university graduate in a specialty, defining the nature of the functional dependence of the university's throughput on the student's professional self-determination, using real data to obtain a system of production rules, which makes it possible to formulate recommendations for adjusting the professional self-determination of prospective employment of future graduates.



The methodology for calculating the total area of the warehouse of the carriage depot and the optimal size of the stock of inventory items in the carriage depot of the Joint Stock Company "Uzpasstrans". Defined formulas for determining the costs of placing and receiving all orders, costs of storing stock for a certain period, total costs. A logical data scheme is proposed that reflects the main entities necessary to automate the process of determining the inventory of goods and materials in the warehouse of the carriage depot.



The article describes an implementing a real time speaker identification system by voice for embedded and general purpose computers. A review and analysis of existing speaker identification algorithms are made. The speaker's input speech is recorded in the system, go through the preprocessing stage, extract features and voice parameters for further identification. To recognize the speaker by voice parameters, the Vector quantization and Hidden Markov model algorithms are used. The VQ and HMM algorithms showed recognition accuracy of 96% and 98%, respectively.

The article deals with the problems of determining the main quality indicators of a telecommunications network with different types of communication channels and the time-varying structure of their functioning to ensure the specified reliability and time of delivery of protected messages to information consumers. The main method of solving this problem is using analytical and simulation methods on personal computers. Comparison of the obtained simulation results with the results of analytical models are also given. The developed algorithms for simulation of the process of transmitting messages in various transmission modes allow obtaining distribution of time for message delivery in the system, waiting times for messages in the communication center and many other benefits.



A review of the fundamental studies conducted in 2010 - 2020 is given in the article to develop a mathematical model related to the fluid and gas filtration processes in porous media. To conduct a comprehensive study of the process of unsteady filtration of fluid in multi-layer porous pressure media and to make a management decision, a mathematical model described by a system of partial differential equations with corresponding initial and boundary conditions and a conservative numerical algorithm were developed. On the basis of the developed software of the problem posed, computational experiments were conducted on a computer; the calculation results were presented in the form of tables and graphical objects. The schemes of location and capacity of vertical drainage wells to protect irrigated and non-irrigated areas from flooding were proposed on the basis of the developed software. Using the proposed mathematical tool, it is possible to obtain the prognostic groundwater levels for any area for the required period of time, considering a number of factors, for example, the formation heterogeneity in plan, the gradient of the permeability barrier, and other hydrogeological, hydro-technical, and natural conditions; to calculate the capacity and optimal drilling pattern of vertical drainage wells to protect the territory and to develop oil and gas fields.
