Purpose, - The purpose of this research is to find out and obtain a study of the influence of career development, motivation and competence on the performance of employees of the Department of Food Security of Central Kalimantan Province.Design/methodology/approach - This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total of 60 respondents. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. While the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test and R2.Findings - The results showed that career development had a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance, Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, self-development, motivation and competence has a significant positive effect together on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Transparency, Community Participation, and Accountability on Village Fund Management (DD) in Ponorogoregency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the type of data, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study was conducted on villages in Pulung and Ngebel Subdistricts, this is because the two sub-districts were not on time in submitting the Realization Report on the Use of DD in the 2017 Budget year to Ponorogoregency DPMD. The population of this study is the Village Chief, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Kasi Development, Kasi Community Empowerment, and Chairman of the BPD. The sampling method used was saturated sampling. Based on the population and the sample determination method obtained 156 respondents. Effects of Transparency, Community Participation, and Accountability on DD Management in Ponorogoregency using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Test the quality of the data used is the test of validity and reliability. Furthermore, hypothesis testing using t and F test. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis, namely transparency, has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogoregency. The second hypothesis of community participation has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogoregency. The third hypothesis of accountability has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogo.Regency. The fourth hypothesis obtained results that transparency, community participation, and accountability had a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogo.This was supported by the results of the recapitulation of respondents' answers and real conditions in the field. Kata kunci :   Transparansi, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Akuntabilitas, Pengelolaan   Dana Desa.

The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of the independent variables, namely competence, reward and career development, on the dependent variable, namely the performance of Lecturer STIE Trisna Negara simultaneously and partially. The methodology of this research uses quantitative descriptive. The research was conducted at STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang with a population of 55 and a total sample of 45 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated samples. Measurement in the questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this research is instrument test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS version 24 program. The results of this study indicate that the competency variable, Rewards and career development have a positive effect simultaneously on the lecturer performance of STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang. Competence partially has a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, rewards and career development partially do not affect the performance of STIE Trisna Negara lecturers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Career Development and Work Discipline on the work of Programming employees at PT. X. The subject of this research is PT. X, which is one of the private TV stations in Indonesia and located in Jakarta. The population of this study was 116 people, and the sampling method used was saturated sampling, so the number of samples in this study was also 116 people. This research used the multiple linear regression analysis method in analyzing research data. The results showed that Career Development and Work Discipline had a significant positive effect on work, either separately or simultaneously. This implies that if there is an increase of career development and/or employees’ work discipline, the job satisfaction felt by employees will also increases.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of vigor, dedication and absorption on the employee performance of PT Garuda Indonesia Cargo. The object of this study is the employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate, which is located in the Cargo Area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The population of this study is 93 employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate. The sampling method used is a census sample. Therefore, the sample of this study is 93 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in this study with the help of the SPSS application version 26. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, vigor, dedication and absorption have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, both vigor and dedication have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, absorption has no effect and is not significant. The magnitude of the influence (R Square) of vigor, dedication and absorption on employee performance is 48,1%.

ABSTRACT This study aims to look at "The influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees". The total population and sample in this study were all employees in the North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh City through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale model then tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using the SPSS program. In this study leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study are a). Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees that is equal to 0.222 with a significance level of 0.026 <0.05. b). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees that is equal to 0.782 with a significance level of 0,000 <0.05, leadership and motivation together have a significant positive effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh City employees at 51,623 with a significance level of 0,000 <0 .5. Based on the conclusions obtained, it is recommended to further researchers, if you want to do similar research, it is expected to add other factors that can affect employee performance such as incentives, work environment, and others. Keywords: Leadership; Performance; Motivation

The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Supervision and Work Environment to Employee Performance of Secretariat Office of Election Commission of Lahat Regency. The respondents were all employees of the secretariat office of Lahat district electoral commission as much as 33 respondents. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. From the value of regression equation obtained value equation Performance = 5.673 + 0.107 Supervision + 0.766 Work Environment + e. Monitoring and work environment variables together affect the performance with the value of determination coefficient of 67.4%. This means that 67.4% of the performance of the Lahat Regency Electoral Commission (KPU) is influenced by supervision and work environment while 32.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The result of partial test shows that the control variable has no significant effect on the performance, while the work environment variable has a significant positive effect on the performance.

Employees have a big role in fulfilling fluency in the field of organization. Organizations need human resources to develop their businesses. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. The phenomenon of performance instability that can be seen from the achievement of the company's targets caused by lack of competence and employee work discipline and a decrease in employee job satisfaction is the background of this study. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The study sample was 83 employees. The results of this study prove the existence of a significant and positive influence on competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. This study aims to find out) The effect of work experience and motivation variables on employee performance of PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Deli Serdang District This research is categorized as associative research. Samples taken were 55 employees of PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Deli Serdang District. Data analysis techniques in this study are multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research data comes from primary data and the process of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. From the results of the study obtained Work experience has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where t is equal to 3,714 > t table 1.67469 with a significance of 0.000 <0.005. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance where t count is 3,511 > t table 1.67469 with significance 0.001 <0.005. Work experience and motivation influence simultaneously on employee performance where F count is 38,575 with a significance level of 0,000 < 0.005. The calculated F value is 38.575 and F table 3.18. Significance value 0.001 < 0.005.

ABSTRACTThis research entitled Effect of Shariah Marketing and Coorporate Image on Customer Satisfaction JasindoOto At PT Asuransi JasindoSyariah Medan Marketing Office. This research used a quantitative approach which purposed to answer the question about whether there is the influence of sharia marketing and corporate image partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 74 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis. The research showed that the validity and reliability test are declared valid and reliable. Sharia marketing hypothesis test a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the significant value of 0.0000.05 with a strong correlation of 0.575 and the image of the company and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the significant value of 0.000.05 with enough correlation of 0.333. Then for simultaneous test of 26.134 with a significance of 0.000. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang apakah terdapat pengaruh syariah marketing dan citra perusahaan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 74 responden dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji validitas dan reliabilitas dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Uji Hipotesis Syariah marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,0000,05 dengan korelasi yang kuat sebesar 0,575 dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,0010,05 dengan korelasi yang cukup sebesar 0,333. Kemudian untuk uji simultan sebesar  26,134 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Hal ini berarti secara simultan variabel bebas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yakni kepuasan nasabah.Kata Kunci: Syariah Marketing, Citra Perusahaan, Kepuasan Nasabah
