AbstractPain is one of the most common problem experienced by post caesarean section (SC) patients. Pain can lead to other impacts, such as decrease the comfort levels, impair patient mobilization, and interfere mother-baby bonding process. There are several nonpharmacological interventions to deal with pain, one of which is by doing massage, where there are several variations in the implementation of post SC maternal massage. The purpose of this literature review is to evaluate the literature on the effect of massage on decreasing intensity in post section caesarean mothers. Literature search is carried out electronically through google scholar pages, Cochrane, BMJ and Pubmed databases. The keywords used are massage, pain, caesarean, post SC, or post cesarean section. There are 11 research articles that discuss massage for decreasing maternal pain. The literature search results show that massage in post section caesarean mothers has an impact on decreasing the pain scale, providing comfort, and reducing stress. Massage is a safe and effective intervention performed in post caesarean section mothers. Keywords: massage; pain; post section caesarean  AbstrakNyeri merupakan salah satu masalah utama yang dialami oleh ibu post section caesarea (SC). BACKGROUND The emergence of digital technologies over the past decade has presented a novel opportunity to address healthcare challenges associated with COVID-19 and accelerate progress towards achieving the health-related goals under the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda. Public-private partnerships (PPPs) have played a vital role in scaling up digital health solutions and disseminating curated scientific information in the face of the infodemic. However, several challenges remain around the effectiveness of PPP-related digital solutions and antagonistic viewpoints of engaging the private sector. We sought to evaluate the role of public-private partnerships in the digital public health space during COVID-19 and identify key lessons learned and challenges in the uptake of digital health solutions globally. OBJECTIVE Electronic and grey literature search results from PubMed, Google, and Google Scholar were screened by one reviewer through a two-stage process. We included all relevant systematic reviews, interventional, observational, and descriptive studies published in English published from January 2020 to June 2021. Two case study analyses on digital health chatbots, informed by expert opinion, were also performed to assess for the role of public-private partnerships in advancing digital public health solutions. METHODS Electronic and grey literature search results from PubMed, Google, and Google Scholar were screened by one reviewer through a two-stage process. We included all relevant systematic reviews, interventional, observational, and descriptive studies published in English published from January 2020 to June 2021. Two case study analyses on digital health chatbots, informed by expert opinion, were also performed to assess for the role of public-private partnerships in advancing digital public health solutions. RESULTS Forty-five articles met the inclusion criteria for qualitative analysis, the majority of which were secondary research. Results of the publications can be broadly categorized into three groups: (1) models and definitions of public-private partnerships used in the healthcare space; (2) purposes of and motivations of public-private partnerships in global public health; and (3) and facilitators, barriers, and challenges to date. CONCLUSIONS The literature review as well as the case studies analysis reveal that PPPs can represent a valid option for tackling global healthcare issues with a digital health approach. Further research is needed to complement the initial findings of the present paper, as well as to assess a wider pool of case studies and the different features that they might present.

Background: Symptoms of sleep disorders, such as disturbances in sleep initiation and continuity, are commonly reported in patients with schizophrenia, especially in the acute phase of illness. Studies have shown that up to 80% of patients diagnosed with schizophrenia report symptoms of insomnia. Sleep disturbances have been shown to increase the risk of cognitive dysfunction and relapse in patients with schizophrenia. Currently, there are no medications approved specifically for the treatment of insomnia in patients with schizophrenia. Methods: A literature search was performed through OVID and PubMed to compile publications of pharmacotherapy options studied to treat insomnia in patients with schizophrenia. Articles were reviewed from 1 January 2000 through 1 March 2018 with some additional earlier articles selected if deemed by the authors to be particularly relevant. Results: Pharmacotherapies collected from the search results that were reviewed and evaluated included melatonin, eszopiclone, sodium oxybate, and antipsychotics. Conclusions: Overall, this review confirmed that there are a few evidence-based options to treat insomnia in patients with schizophrenia, including selecting a more sedating second-generation antipsychotic such as paliperidone, or adding melatonin or eszopiclone. Further randomized controlled trials are needed.

AbstractThere are more than 26 million peer-reviewed biomedical research items according to Medline/PubMed. This breadth of information is indicative of the progress in biomedical sciences on one hand, but an overload for scientists performing literature searches on the other. A major portion of scientific literature search is to find statements, numbers and protocols that can be cited to build an evidence-based narrative for a new manuscript. Because science builds on prior knowledge, such information has likely been written out and cited in an older manuscript. Thus, Cited Statements, pieces of text from scientific literature supported by citing other peer-reviewed publications, carry significant amount of condensed information on prior art. Based on this principle, we propose a literature search service, SciRide Finder (finder.sciride.org), which constrains the search corpus to such Cited Statements only. We demonstrate that Cited Statements can carry different information to this found in titles/abstracts and full text, giving access to alternative literature search results than traditional search engines. We further show how presenting search results as a list of Cited Statements allows researchers to easily find information to build an evidence-based narrative for their own manuscripts.

Hypothyroidism is one of the challenging disorders and the burden of this disorder has been growing. The prevalence of the hypothyroidism is 11% in India. This is alarming situation, and it has made many researchers to find solutions in Ayurveda. There are many research articles published on the diagnosis & management of Hypothyroidism as per Ayurveda. It was needed to update the Ayurvedic drugs, procedures proved efficacious in the management of hypothyroidism. Therefore, we made a literature search using certain keywords in various search engines. Total 12 research articles, case studies/series were included. They were summarized, analyzed for search results, and concluded that most of the studies on Hypothyroidism had too low sample size. Secondly, there should be multicentric clinical trials of Ayurvedic drugs. It is also needed that; the research should be done on, if the Ayurvedic medicines to surpass the research on modern medicines for hypothyroidism or can be prescribed as supplementary medication.

Abstract The proliferation of online digital libraries offers users a great opportunity to search their desired literatures on Web. Cross-library search applications can help users search more literature information from multiple digital libraries. Duplicate literatures detection is always a necessary step when merging the search results from multiple digital libraries due to heterogeneity and autonomy of digital libraries. To this end, this paper proposes a holistic solution which includes achieving automatic training set, holistic attribute mapping, and weight of attribute training. The experiments on real digital libraries show that the proposed solution is highly effective.

The COVID-19 pandemic, which has plagued since the beginning of this year, has shifted life habits, including study habits. They have changed from using hard file-based media (books, paper, pens, and pencils) to soft file media (network-based media) because students must learn from home. The purpose of this paper is to describe the concept of learning habits integrated with Islamic Learning Habituation through the implementation of the Al-Qur'an verses, containing the Prophet's parenting style by presenting a sense of muraqabah (the supervision of Allah SWT). This research method used text study. The research's nature was descriptive analysis research with idealistic patterns in reducing the Al-Qur'an verses and other literature to find solutions to research problems. The literature search results found that muraqabah's feelings in children would result in Islamic learning habits, namely learning practices that prioritized honesty, trust, and responsibility when studying online without parents' company.
