In this study, the authors makes an attempt to understand the aspirations of the new generation employees in tour operation business and allied areas. It is being attempted with the presumption that the takeover of information technology seeded the concept of micro enterprises in tourism which functions with the business model of low investment and good turnover. The focus was in identifying employee specific factors of encouraging and discouraging in nature in the fast growing tourism sector, especially job attrition and the dynamics of human resource management practices. Factor Analysis, independent sample t-test, multiple regression have been used to establish various relationships. The findings of the study are considered to be relevant since it quantitatively establish the dynamics of employment in tourism in India.

Urgency of the research. The need to improve the ter-minology of the recreation and tourism sector is due to the emergence of new forms of business organization and the emergence of innovative institutions that significantly affect the processes of socio-economic development. Target setting. There is a scientific problem with the disclosure of the content of innovation in tourism, the innova-tion policy in the recreation-tourism sector, the definition of the innovation policy components, the mechanisms for its formation and implementation. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The literature reflects the evolution of the concept of "innovation in tourism." There are typologies and examples of such innovations. The examples of application of the latest innova-tive technologies at the Ukrainian tourism market are ana-lyzed and presented. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. The accumulated theoretical material requires the synthesis and development of methodological recommendations for the formation and implementation of innovation policy in the rec-reational and tourist sector of Ukraine. There is not a single standardized definition of innovation and innovation policy in tourism in the scientific community. The research objective. To reveal the meaning of the definitions: "Innovations in tourism", "Innovation policy in the recreation-tourism sphere". To generalize existing typologies of innovations in tourism. Identify the main factors hampering the implementation of information technology in the recrea-tion-tourism sector of Ukraine. To reveal the main directions of information support of the innovation policy realization process in the recreation-tourism sphere. The statement of basic materials. The article presents the existing definitions of the terms "innovation in tourism", "innovation policy in tourism". The author's interpretation of these terms is given. The existing classification of innova-tions in tourism is generalized. Examples of such innovations are given. The most common information technologies of-fered for use in tourism are presented. These factors re-strain the effective implementation of information technology in tourism. Conclusions. The effectiveness of state innovation poli-cy can be estimated by the impact on the pace of entrepre-neurship, the level of harmonization of innovation policy in society and stimulation of scientific development.

The application of information technology in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has provided great convenience and impact on various sectors of life in a country, including the ease of promoting tourism. One of the topic that is developing in the world of modern tourism is digital tourism. The use of digital technology is one of the methods developed by the Ministry of Tourism in promoting tourism in Indonesia. This study produces an outcome regarding the implementation of local government policies in the tourism sector in Lhokseumawe City and the strategies used in promoting tourism towards the tourism era 4.0. Data collection techniques in this study by making observations (observations), interviews (interviews), and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions / verification. It is hoped that the Lhokseumawe City government will cooperate with all elements of tourism actors, both private and public, so that every policy can run well and the benefits of tourism can be felt by all people.ABSTRAKPenerapan teknologi informasi dalam era Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah memberikan kemudahan dan dampak yang sangat besar bagi berbagai sektor kehidupan dalam sebuah negara, termasuk kemudahan dalam mempromosikan pariwisata. Salah satu topik yang berkembang dalam dunia pariwisata modern adalah digital tourism. Pemanfaatan teknologi digital ini merupakan salah satu metode yan gdikembangkan oleh Kementerian Pariwisata dalam mempromosikan pariwisata di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menghasilkan luaran tentang implementasi kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah dalam bidang pariwisata di Kota Lhokseumawe dan strategi yang digunakan dalam mempromosikan pariwisata menuju era pariwisata 4.0. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan pengamatan (observasi), wawancara (interview), dan dokumentasi. Sementara teknik analisa data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Diharapkan kepada pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe agar bekerjasama dengan semua elemen pelaku pariwisata baik itu pihak swasta maupun masyarakat agar setiap kebijakan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan manfaat pariwisata dapat dirasakan oleh semua kalangan masyarakat.

Republic of Indonesia The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology in Tuban Regency inmanaging tourism sector is still minimal because it still displays a less attractive website to attract travelers when theywant to vacation in Tuban Regency. The purpose of this program is to develop the Tuban Regency Tourism systemby using website because this can make it easier for people who really need it in finding tourism objects in Tuban.We used an observation as the first instrument by observing Tuban regency from many sides, interviewedsome tourists which visited Tuban more than once, and read some articles from journals and books.The role of Communication and Information Technology Department in Tuban Regency is a key to successin Tuban Smart City in 2021. Tuban as City Smart, making integrated applications in both the tourism sector and other parts, this activity has become increasingly important in order to meet the twenty-first century which is all digital.

The concept of eTourism is a concept that implements information technology into the tourism sector. The key to eTourism is the integration of information that has the information collaboration capabilities and business processes of tourism entities making it possible to share information and business processes. Banyuwangi Regency that has begun to adopt the concept of eTourism is already time to apply the concept of information sharing by using web tourism managed by Disbudpar Banyuwangi as a source of tourism information. Tourism entities in Kabupaten Banyuwangi still have the opportunity to develop this potential and increase the potential for turnover and profit for tourism industry actors and increase local revenue through the tourism sector. The web utilization training provided has been able to provide the insights and skills of these entities, both from government and tourism industry actors.

The Hospitality industry is increasingly improving its services to be able to grow as a tourism sector grows. The indication of the growth of the industry can be seen from the rise of international chains that enter or participate in developing their business in Indonesia. In principle, the Chain Hotel is a group of Hotels that is a hotel chain with services that are equal after star hotel equivalence. For that hotel owners who will join a chain of hotels that have been formulated by the chain hotels and usually refer to standards that apply globally / globally. The terms of information technology, chain hotels have implemented standards that follow World standards. This is a technology that is leading to the information system. This is a concern of every hospital industry player to implement. Thus this research is expected to provide infrastructure standards for hotels, especially according to the appropriate ANSI / TIA / EIA standards. The Research Methodology used a continuous development improvement cycle where the cycle is formed into 4 stages, namely Research Formulation and Requirements Analysis, Problem Design and Solutions, Analysis and Discussion of Formulation of Solutions and Suggestions in Framework of Continuous Improvement. The results of this study formulate a template and the contents of a network infrastructure project document in the form of a structured caling system (SCS) and ANSITIA /EIA
