E-learning has become a global phenomenon and it is the central theme of many industries and organizations for the additional method of training which can complement traditional methods of learning. The practices of E-learning and Learning management system (LMS) in the banking sector make the drastic changes in the employee performance and their knowledge regarding job in the modern banking structure. This study provides a comprehensive body of knowledge about LMS and e-learning, in general, within the public and private bank in India. The main objective of this paper to understand and analyze the attitude of employees towards E-learning practices in banking sector in Shivamogga district. The data was analyzed by using exploratory factor analysis, based on the responses received from a random the sample 50 of the bank employees working in the private sector banks.

Because bank employees have been found to be especially susceptible to burnout and depression, we explored the relationship between these variables, and examined the moderating effect of perceived employability on the burnout–depression relationship in a sample of Chinese bank employees. As we expected, burnout and perceived employability were, respectively, positively and negatively associated with depression. The results of hierarchical regression and structural equation modeling indicated that perceived employability moderated the relationship between burnout and depression; higher perceived employability was associated with a weaker relationship between burnout and depression. Interventions aimed at developing the perceived employability of Chinese bank employees may help to improve mental health in this group.

In different epidemiological studies, an association between sedentary life style and incidence of cardiovascular diseases has been demonstrated. Dyslipidaemia is one of the important risk factors of cardiovascular disease. An association of dyslipidaemia with sedentary life style has been considered. This study was carried out among 50 sedentary workers (teachers, office staffs, bank employees) at Pabna District and 50 individuals with non-sedentary jobs matched for age group and sex for the control group to see the association. Body mass index (BMI), blood pressure (BP), plasma level of glucose, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein (LDL), and triglycerides (Tgs) were found to be significantly higher whereas high density lipoprotein (HDL) was found to be significantly lower among the sedentary workers as compared with the control subjects. From the study, it appears that dyslipidaemia is more common in sedentary workers and the relative risk for cardiovascular disease is increased among them due to the sedentary nature of their jobs. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Cabang Singkawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Cabang Singkawang berjumlah 63 orang. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan maka disimpulkan bahwa hasil regresi berganda menjelaskan variabel X1. adalah motivasi kerja dan X2 adalah lingkungan kerja, yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja variabel Y adalah kinerja karyawan. Besaran hasil uji simultan (Uji F) diperoleh nilai F sebesar 53,336 dengan probabilitas signifikan sebesar 0,000, hasil uji parsial (uji-t) diperoleh variabel motivasi memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 2,362> t tabel 1,99897 dan nilai signifikansi 0,021 <0,05. H1 adalah motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki nilai t sebesar 5,926> t tabel 1,99897 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 <0,05 H2 yang berarti lingkungan kerja diterima, artinya variabel individu dinyatakan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.
