The article analyzes the problems of the manifestation of risks of shadow and criminal activity in the life support system of citizens of the Russian Federation, the dissemination of which requires the development of effective measures to prevent and eliminate them. The most important issue is the formation of an effective economic security system with an emphasis on the new quality of life support for citizens of the Russian Federation in an adequate combination with the high growth rate of NTP in the Russian economy. The new technological structure emerging from the new achievements of scientific and technological progress involves the harmonization of the pace of scientific and technological development, combined with an adequate improvement in the quality of life support for citizens performing such achievements. Owing to this fact formation of new quality of the housing and communal services (HCS) as bases of life support of citizens becomes a prerequisite of increase in performance and intellectualization of human work. With this in mind, early recognition, prevention and elimination of risks of shadow and criminal activities in the housing and communal services system (housing and communal services) is considered as a significant mechanism to increase the effectiveness of the system of comfortable life support for citizens of the Russian Federation. The existing lag in the development of a high-quality and comfortable system for providing citizens of Russia on the basis of housing and communal services, the subject of which is the provision of quality and comfortable services, influenced by numerous risks of shadow and criminal influence, becomes a condition for intensifying economic development and increasing labor productivity on this basis. The need to develop and use modern scientific and technical achievements, especially in the field of digitalization, is emphasized in order to increase the efficiency of the economic security system of housing and communal services organizations based on innovative control mechanisms - internal control, audit, compliance control, taking into account financial investigations in order to prevent and eliminate the risks of shadow and criminal activities in the housing and communal services system.

Abstract Background Being two medical doctors (family practitioner and pediatric surgeon) with a son born with a rare type of esophageal atresia we felt the need to explore the nonmedical side of this disease. Aim The aim of this study was to emphasize the role of emotional support for parents with children born with all types of esophageal atresia and to realize the importance of the nonsurgical side—the flip side of the coin, to explore the need for support not only for the patient but also the family. Literature Review and Personal Experience The epidemiology, surgical management, and biological outcome of esophageal atresia with/without trachea-esophageal fistula are well known. The softer, more humane side of this condition, the flipside of the coin, being the cause of PTSD children with OA (mothers > fathers).2 Severe anxiety also seems to be present in some of these parents. A meta-analysis done in 2013 concluded that psychological morbidity associated with esophageal atresia has important implications for clinical practise3; namely, if psychological support is being offered to parents during the neonatal period and continues as part of the long-term follow-up for both parents and the patients, the overall outcome is improved and the biopsychosocial morbidity of the parents decreases. Personal experience has taught us that a good support system is a critical part of a child's clinical treatment plan. Parents need good emotional support in order to be there for their child when he or she needs them. Conclusion Surgeons look at diseases from a technical point of view. They ask how they can surgically fix the problem and improve the patient's quality of life. They often forget the other side that parents need emotional support, someone to be there for them and to listen to their experience in hospital and at home. The family as another patient needs to be treated and included in the overall treatment plan if the intention is to improve the quality of life for both the patients and their families. There is a need to develop a multidisciplinary support system in South Africa to aid patients born with OA and their caring families. This includes the entire family and is not limited to the mothers but also includes fathers and other siblings often overlooked.

Introduction. Currently, Russia does not have a scientifically grounded medical and psychological support system for disabled children (DC), which allows involving them in classes in children and youth schools of adaptive physical education, preparing the country’s Paralympic DC reserve. Aim of the study. To develop and create a medical support system for the Paralympic DC reserve, capable of improving their quality of life and forming a medical and social lift. Materials and methods. Children aged from 1 year to 18 years had cerebral palsy (CP) with impaired motor functions of levels I and II according to the global motor function assessment system and the Manual Abilities Classification system and their families were monitored. A comprehensive assessment of the somatic, neurological, mental and nutritional status of CP children) was carried out, and a wide range of comorbid pathology was described. After the rehabilitation treatment with the use of complex personalized rehabilitation programs, dynamic monitoring of the condition of patients with cerebral palsy was carried out, followed by an assessment of the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment and the impact on it the psychological readiness of patients, their parents to engage in Paralympic sports, as well as the socio-economic level of the family. The attitude of CP children and their parents to participate in the Paralympic movement was studied. All patients underwent a comprehensive study of somatic, neurological, orthopaedic, psychological and nutritional status. The socio-hygienic characteristics of families and the rehabilitation potential of DC and their families have been determined. Results. Children with cerebral palsy have a wide range of comorbid pathology, which requires the involvement of specialists of different profiles in the curation of patients. The use of complex personalized rehabilitation programs allows achieving positive dynamics after 14 days of rehabilitation treatment. Early introduction of botulinum therapy in the rehabilitation program of CP patients provides higher efficiency of rehabilitation treatment. Treatment of protein-energy deficiency in CP children should include correction of the diet using specialized products, metabolic therapy, enzyme and complex vitamin preparations. Differentiated medical, psychological and pedagogical counselling of parents of CP children will allow optimizing the solution of the state problem regarding the timely inclusion of persons with disabilities in adaptive physical education classes. Conclusion. The development and creation of a comprehensive medical and psychological support system solve an urgent medical and social problem, ensuring the integration of DC into society and improving the quality of life of both a sick child and his family members.
