This study aims to know to know and analyze the pricing of purchasing decisions on UD. Sentosa Gunungsitoli. Population determination in this study is as many as 450 people per day. With average visitor details of 15 people per day multiplied by one month (30 days). The sample to be taken is 10% of 450 people that is 45 people. Sample collection method used is stratified random sampling (random sampling study). Researchers use Likert scale as a measuring tool. From result of calculation of correlation coefficient between variable X (price determination) influence to variable Y (decision of purchase) obtained rhitung (rxy) = 0,818 if consulted at price critics table r product moment for 5% confidence interval after counting it r count = 0,818> from rtabel = 0,514. Thus it can be concluded that there is a strong or positive influence between the pricing of purchasing decisions on building materials at UD. Sentosa Gunungsitoli. The contribution of working price determination to purchase decision is = 66,91%.

Abstract Scaling up SARS-CoV-2 testing and tracing continues to be plagued with the limitation of the sample collection method, which requires trained healthcare workers to perform and causes discomfort to the patients. In response, we assessed the performance and user preference of gargle specimens for qRT-PCR-based detection of SARS-CoV-2 in Indonesia. Inpatients who had recently been diagnosed with COVID-19 and outpatients who were about to perform qRT-PCR testing were asked to provide nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal (NPOP) swabs and self-collected gargle specimens. We demonstrated that self-collected gargle specimens can be an alternative specimen to detect SARS-CoV-2 and the viral RNA remained stable for 31 days at room temperature storage. The developed method was validated for use on multiple RNA extraction kits and commercially available COVID-19 RT-PCR kits. Our developed method achieved a sensitivity of 91.38% when compared to paired NPOP swab specimens (Ct < 35), with 97.10% of patients preferring the self-collected gargle method.

The variables used in this study was the dependent variable is the intensity in using the e-filing and it’s independent variable is perceived ease to use and as well as experince. The data used in the search is the primary data using questionnaries. The number of sample used in this 100 private person that taxpayers have NPWP and use e-filing. This sample collection method was purposive sampling. The data analysis techniquese is multiple linear regression analys. Based on the result of the search showed that perceived ease to use and as well as experince of significant to the intensity of taxpayers in using the e-filing.

This research was motivated by the covid pandemic which not only had an impact on the economic sector but also had an impact on people's behavior. In terms of behavior, it is the tendency of people to carry out non-cash transactions, including in terms of zakat management. Zakat with cashless can be applied by building the digitization of zakat. Digital transformation needs to be done, in order to be able to optimize the potential of zakat in Kalimantan. This study aims to determine the extent to which zakat institutions have started digital transformation, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and to determine the digital management gap between zakat institutions in the Kalimantan Region. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The object of research is zakat institutions in Kalimantan. Sample collection method using cluster sampling. Research data in the form of primary data collected through questionnaires. Researchers found that in general zakat institutions have implemented the digitization of zakat management. South Kalimantan applies the best digital management, while the largest digital divide is North Kalimantan.
