A new flame-retardant protein viscose fiber with safely wearing performance has been prepared through blending protein solution, flame retardant (hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene) and viscose spinning solution, in which wool protein was used and added to spinning solution on the basis of 16% flame retardant, and the properties of the fiber were investigated. The product has more compact structure inside the fiber and evenly scattered small pores on the surface. Flame-retardant protein viscose fiber can reach the flame-retardant standard both before and after 30 times wash test, and the mechanical strength of the fiber was also improved. The introduction of hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene lowered the primary decomposition temperature of viscose fiber, reduced its weight loss. The flame-retardancy of the fiber can be improved by the introduction of protein. In thermal processes, the major product of thermal decomposition was CO2, no hazardous and noxious gases were released. Due to the introduction of protein, moisture regain of the fiber is a little lower than that of viscose fiber, but higher than flame-retardant viscose fiber. Warmth retention property was also improved. Friction coefficient of the product is lower than that of flame-retardant viscose fiber. Bulking intensity was increased, which is better than that of viscose fiber.

A diet high in whole grains, dry beans, and certain vegetables that contributed dietary fiber, plant protein, and B vitamins resulted in high short chain fatty acids, while a diet high in diary and processed meats that provided cholesterol and little fiber resulted in high branched chain fatty acids and ammonia during fecal fermentation of inulin.

In the proposed work, the possibility of using a hybrid coagulant based on a polymer cationic electrolyte-VPK – 402 (poly-N,N-dimethyl-N, N-diallylammonium chloride) in combination with viscose fiber in the technological process of separating SKS-30 ark rubber from latex is considered. The influence of the consumption of a hybrid coagulating agent, viscose fiber and its dosage, as well as the process temperature on the reduction of the aggregate stability of styrene-butadiene latex is considered. The influence of viscose fiber on the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates is established. At the same time, a number of features were noted consisting in a decrease in the aggregate stability of latex butadiene-styrene rubber during its coagulation with a hybrid coagulant. It was found that the use of a hybrid coagulant can reduce the consumption of cationic polyelectrolyte by up to 30%. It is shown that in the multicomponent system under consideration, several processes can occur simultaneously, which lead to the destabilization of latex dispersions. The use of a hybrid coagulant, including cationic polyelectrolyte, provides a combined effect of the bridging and neutralization mechanisms of violation of the aggregate stability of the dispersion. The presence of viscose fiber in the dispersed phase leads to an additional coagulating effect-adagulation, which is a kind of heterocoagulation. This may be due to the difference in surface potentials between the latex globules and the fiber additive. It is established that the temperature regime of the process of isolation of rubber from latex does not significantly affect the completeness of the extraction of rubber from latex. A decrease in the content of components of the emulsion system in wastewater discharged from the shops producing rubbers by emulsion polymerization was noted. According to the main physical and mechanical parameters, rubbers, rubber mixtures and vulcanizates prepared on their basis meet the requirements.

In this article we successfully prepared calamine / sodium alginate viscose fiber. Good dispersion and stability of the modified solution was prepared by dispersing calamine in alkaline solution of sodium alginate, and then mixed it with viscose spinning solution by spinning injection methods. Moreover, the stability of calamine / sodium alginate solution, the effect of concentration of calamine on the fiber properties is studied in this paper. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and physical mechanical performance are test to characterize the structure and the performance of the calamine / sodium alginate viscose fiber.
