AbstractSome truths cannot be accessed ‘cold’, from a detached and impersonal standpoint, but require personal commitment and even moral change in order for the relevant evidence to come to light. The truths of religion may be of this kind. Moreover, recent work in psychology and neurophysiology suggests that our knowledge of the world comes in different forms, the detached critical scrutiny associated with ‘the left-brain’ and the more intuitive and holistic awareness mediated by the ‘right brain’. Much contemporary philosophy privileges the former kind of knowledge, but in areas such as religion this may be a mistake.1

The World Wide the net is very great place where things are stored and it is growing exponentially. It has in it sizeable amount of news given which is growing and bringing up to the current state quickly. Different organizations, institutes, government agencies and support centers bring up to the current state their news given regularly. The World Wide the net provides its services to the ranges of the net users. The net users may have different interests, needs and back knowledge. Clustering into groups is one of the most important tasks in the action-bound areas of the net record mining. It says without any doubt to grip the trouble of news given over-weight on the net while many users are connected on the meeting thing by which something is done. Clustering into groups is made use of for grouping news given into by comparison way in design for making discovery of person for whom one does work interest. There are two bad points of FCM algorithm, firstly the requirements of no. of clusters C and secondly giving to the first relation matrix. Because of, in relation to these two bad points the FCM algorithm is hard to come to a decision about the right no. of mass, group and this algorithm is unsafe. The strong decision of desirable first stage mass, group is an important hard question, therefore a new expert way called PDFCM algorithm is made, was moving in.

Abstract: This paper aims to highlight some end of the world mythologies and their problematizations in contemporary culture, starting from the discussions presented by Eduardo Viveiros de Castro and Déborah Danowski in the book Is there a world to come? Essay on fears and ends (2017). Taking as poetic object the recent work of singer Linn da Quebrada, the essay discusses the reality of the Brazilian transsexual population in order to understand how such a feeling of immanent catastrophe appears more marked in populations that have already faced the end of the world for some years. Finally, the analysis also focuses on critical works such as those by Donna Haraway (2009) and Jacques Derrida (2011), in order to propose a reality to come only with the breakdown of the gender barrier and with the resources accessed by the poetic tools. Keywords: Linn da Quebrada; end of the world; cyborg.

The British accusing Russia of the use of the binary-type neuro-paralytic agent in «Skripal case» has resulted in publication by the British media of declassified materials and documents about the experiments on people in Porton Down secret laboratory from 1945, about the experiments in the 1960s on dispersal of bacteria in London Tube and in tunnels under Whitehall government buildings, as well as diffusion of military-destruction viruses and bacteria on the UK territory with the population of over one million people. The article analyzes the ethical and legal consequences of the British programme of biological and chemical warfare in the period between 1945 and 1989, on the basis of the declassified archives containing research materials on the biochemical weapons used over humans in Porton Down laboratory. The author refers to the materials of the hearings held at the British Parliament in 2005 and to the documented evidence of the victims of the secret military laboratory, as well as to the materials of experts in the sphere of medical ethics, British military experts and historians. The world faced the impunity on the part of the system of neglect of the international law, the international rules of conduct and the fundamentals of diplomacy. Accusing Russia of poisoning Russian citizens on the territory of the UK is considered as a violation of the principle of supremacy of law, of the right to fair trial, the presumption of innocence, which includes the right to collect evidence, access to primary and relevant evidence in accusation and inadmissibility of using unacceptable evidence.

SummaryRecently, there has been a proliferation of international agreements imposing minimum standards on states in respect of their treatment of foreign investors and allowing investors to initiate dispute settlement proceedings where a state violates these standards. Of greatest significance to Canada is Chapter 11 of the North American Free Trade Agreement, which provides both standards for state behaviour and the right to initiate binding arbitration. Since 1996, four cases have been brought under Chapter 11. This note describes the Chapter 11 process and suggests some of the issues that may arise as it is increasingly resorted to by investors.

A country needs to make contact with each other based on the national interests of each country related to each other, including among others economic, social, cultural, legal, political, and so on. With constant and continuous association between the nations of the world, it is one of the conditions for the existence of the international community. One form of cooperation between countries in the world is in the form of international relations by placing diplomatic representation in various countries. These representatives have diplomatic immunity and diplomatic immunity privileges that are in accordance with the jurisdiction of the recipient country and civil and criminal immunity for witnesses. The writing of the article entitled "The Application of the Principle of Non-Grata Persona to the Ambassador Judging from the Perspective of International Law" describes how the law on the abuse of diplomatic immunity, how a country's actions against abuse of diplomatic immunity and how to analyze a case of abuse of diplomatic immunity. To answer the problem used normative juridical methods through the use of secondary data, such as books, laws, and research results related to this research topic. Based on the results of the study explained that cases of violations of diplomatic relations related to the personal immunity of diplomatic officials such as cases such as cases of persecution by the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Indonesian Workers in Germany are of serious concern. The existence of diplomatic immunity is considered as protection so that perpetrators are not punished. Actions against the abuse of recipient countries of diplomatic immunity may expel or non-grata persona to diplomatic officials, which is stipulated in the Vienna Convention in 1961, because of the right of immunity attached to each diplomatic representative.

This book provides an introduction to algebraic cycles on complex algebraic varieties, to the major conjectures relating them to cohomology, and even more precisely to Hodge structures on cohomology. The book is intended for both students and researchers, and not only presents a survey of the geometric methods developed in the last thirty years to understand the famous Bloch-Beilinson conjectures, but also examines recent work by the author. It focuses on two central objects: the diagonal of a variety—and the partial Bloch-Srinivas type decompositions it may have depending on the size of Chow groups—as well as its small diagonal, which is the right object to consider in order to understand the ring structure on Chow groups and cohomology. An exploration of a sampling of recent works by the author looks at the relation, conjectured in general by Bloch and Beilinson, between the coniveau of general complete intersections and their Chow groups and a very particular property satisfied by the Chow ring of K3 surfaces and conjecturally by hyper-Kähler manifolds. In particular, the book delves into arguments originating in Nori's work that have been further developed by others.

Analysis of linguocultural aspect of temporal nominations is impossible without involving the problems of hrononymic lexics. Chrononyms is an important information resource of a certain linguaculture, some distinctive peculiarities of conceptual picture of the world. The aim of the experimental analysis is a complex examination of the linguacultural aspect of temporal nominations that function in Chinese and Turkish languages reflecting the concepts of the world. The research was based on the material of the novels “Imperial woman” by Pearl Buck and “Roxolana” by Pavlo Zagrebelniy. The analysis of recent scientific publications allowed us to come to the conclusion that the investigation of hrononymic lexics can involve different theoretical and practical principles. Being guided by the existing classifications of chrononyms (N. Podolskaya, M. Torchinsky, S. Remmer) the linguocultural features of the following types of temporal chrononymic lexical units were identified and studied in the research: georthonyms, dynastic chrononyms, tumultonyms, parsonyms and mensonyms. The results of the research demonstrate that not all lexical units of temporal denotation chosen from the above mentioned novels refer to the class of chrononyms. The group under investigation includes the following lexemes: nominations of the lunar calendar, nominations of the solar calendar, nominations of mixed calendar and temporal slots denoting day and night. The basic system of chronology in the linguiacultures under analysis is the dominance of the lunar calendar nominations (Chinese picture of the world — 51,0 %, Turkish — 40,4 %). In the analyzed works the nominations of the solar calendar are used less often in the Chinese picture of the world; the usage of this unit reaches 20 %, and this phenomenon is historically conditioned. Mixed calendar nominations (21 % of temporal units) are rather common, solar calendar nominations are refined by the monthly calendar; it can be explained by the fact that the Chinese mind is conservative towards the new temporal system. In the Turkish picture of the world 45 % of temporal vocabulary belongs to the solar calendar since in the sixteenth century only a lunar calendar operated in the Ottoman Empire. It should be mentioned that significant place in the temporal vocabulary of “Roxolana” is conditioned by the influence of the linguistic personality of the author, who was a Ukrainian.
