Indonesia is one of many countries in the world so called resource-rich country. Natural resources abundance needs to be managed in the right way in order to avoid dutch diseases and resources curses. These two phenomena generally happened in the country, which has abundant natural resources. Learned from Norwegian experiences, Indonesian Government need to focus its policy to prevent rent seeking activities. The literature study presented in this paper is aimed to provide important insight for government entities in focusing their policies and programs to avoid resources curse. From the internal audit perspective, this study is expected to improve internal audit’s role in assurance and consulting.

Engineering education all over the world is of paramount importance as it is this education which provides economies with opportunities for development and growth. Engineering education is important for both developed and developing economies—for the former to maintain their lead position and for the latter to ensure decent livelihood and utilization of natural resources. In such a situation, engineering education needs to continuously upgrade itself to meet the ever changing needs of the economy, society, and mankind. Hence, understanding engineering education and reviewing the methods and standards are important if all stakeholders have to be satisfied. With the driving force of the globalization of the engineering profession, adopting project-based teaching methods have mutual recognition across the world, and also help to develop the right graduate attributes while continuing to assure the standards and quality of engineering education.

Batik has been known as a cultural heritage as an oral and non-artistic culture typical of Indonesia. The recognition of batik as one of the cultural heritage faces a challenge that is how the effort of preservation and regeneration of batik in the future. Batik preservation is not just applying batik in daily activities, but it needs conservation in the context of science and skills. In order to preserve Vocational High School (SMK) is the right tool in regenerating batik as insight, knowledge and skill. For that need special attention to continue to foster vocational school in order to continue to exist in the competition. This study contains descriptive description of vocational school of textile craft that holds batik subjects as a form of batik preservation in the world of formal education. Writing method in this study using literature study, observation, interview and documentation at one school in Bandung. With this exposure is expected to provide an overview of the implementation of batik subjects and can be used as a reference in the study of batik development in vocational school.

Issues related to biodiversity, flora and fauna, forest use and environmental security, environmental policy, rational use of natural resources are reflected. An analysis of international documents and national legislation has shown that biological resources are an integral part of natural resources. Issues related to cultured and uncultured biological resources have been explored in the context of the legal literature and new legislation.

Indonesia is the second-largest producer of plastic pollution in the world after China. Based on the data in 2018, there were about 1.29 million tonnes plastic waste end up in the ocean per annum. With that regard, Indonesia needs to be responsible for the negligence in doing the international obligation to prevent, reduce, and manage the pollution that affect marine environment. The purpose of this research is to observe Indonesia’s commitment in reducing plastic pollution on marine environment by doing some legal approach. Therefore, this research conducted by normative juridical and using descriptive analysis. Data analysis that obtained is done through literature study. The conclusion of this research is that the commitment of Indonesian Government on preventing plastic waste in marine environment relatively needs to be improved. There are some of regulations which already targeted that has not established yet by Indonesian Government.

Kelainan refraksi telah banyak terjadi di dunia termasuk di indonesia, dengan jenis kelainan yang berbeda salah satunya adalah kelainan refraksi astigmatisma. Astigmatisma dapat dikoreksi dengan kacamata maupun lensa kontak. Namun para penderita astigmatisma pada umumnya hanya menggunakan lensa kontak spheris dan jarang menggunakan lensa kontak torik yang telah didesain khusus untuk menanggulangi astigmat.Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan prosedur pemasangan dan perawatan lensa kontak lunak torik pada penderita astigmatismus di Optik Metro Semarang.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskripstif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka.Hasil penelitianberdasarkan jumlah penderita dan distribusi kelainan refraksi di Optik Metro sejak tanggal 13 – 20 Agustus 2016, menunjukan bahwa jumlah penderita astigmatisma yang datang sebanyak 13,0% dengan jenis penanggulangan menggunakan lensa kontak lunak torik sebanyak 2,2%. Hasil anamnesa menunjukan bahwa pasien mempunyai motivasi tinggi untuk menggunakan lensa kontak serta menunjukan hasil inspeksi observasi yang baik terhadap mata pasien. Prosedur pemasangan lensa kontak dilakukan secara urut dengan menggunakan trial lensa kontak lunak torik berdasarkan pemilihan base curve, diameter dan power. Penilaian lensa kontak lunak torik secara khusus memperhaikan rotasi lensa kontak yang ditandai dengan pergeseran tanda referensi. Dalam penelitian ini ditemui pada mata kiri tanda referensi bergeser 50 berlawanan arah jarum jam, dan pada mata kanan bergeser 100 searah jarum jam. Sistem perawatan lensa kontak lunak torik dilakukan dengan cara memberikan edukasi pada pengguna tentang perawatan yang baik dan benar dalam penggunaan lensa kontak. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa prosedur pemasangan lensa kontak lunak torik telah dilakukan dengan cara yang benar  dengan memperhatikan penilaian fitting yang baik. Sistem perawatan lensa kontak lunak torik pada penderita lensa kontak lunak torik pun dilakukan dengan baik menggunakan berbagai macam sistem perawatan.Kata Kunci : astigmatisma dan lensa kontak lunak tori THE CONSTRUCTION AND CARING OF TORIK CONTACT LENS FOR ASTIGMATISMThe disorder of refraction has been happened in the world, include Indonesia, the disorder of astigmatism disorder is the one of difference disorder. The astigmatism can be defined by glasses or soft lens. However, the people who get astigmatism wear spheris soft lens in general and they often wear torik soft lens with special design to prevent astigmatism. The research objective is to know the relation between the procedure of the construction and caring of soft lens of torik for astigmatism in Optik Metro Semarang. This research uses the descriptive method with qualitative approach by using observation, interview, and the literature study as the data collection. The result  of this research based on the total of disorder and the distribution of refraction in Optik Metro since 13-20 August 2016, showed that the total astigmatism are 13,0 % and the type of repairing using contact lens are 2,2%. The result stated the patient have the high motivation to use the contact lens and give the better impact for the patient. The procedure of contact lens construction will be done orderly using trial torik contact lens based on the curve based choosing, diameter and power. The assessing of torilk contact lens are attending the rotation of contact lens those are signed by displacement of reference. In this research the left eye with reference eye is shifting 5º opposite directions the clock, and the right eye is shifting 10º in a clockwise direction. The system of contact lens caring will be accomplished by educated the user about the how to care the contact lens wisely. The research conclude that the construction and the caring are running well based on the procedure.Key Words : Astigmatism, torik contact lens.

Millennials grow massively. Their immense purchasing power also supports it. So, many sectors in the world make it a market opportunity. This leap is also done by the tourism sector, especially in Indonesia. The generation referred to as the-next-future-tourist has different characteristics in travelling compared to the previous generation. As a result, there are differences in the choice of promotional media that are friendly to millennial tourists. DMO needs to take a different approach and can no longer use conventional media choices to promote. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this study will use a literature study pattern to link millennial tourist preferences with the right choice of media in the promotion. This study found that social media, influencer's role, email marketing, website, review site, and search engines became “friendly” media to promote to millennial tourists. Education is one of the determining factors for the progress of the nation in the future. To create education that can support its progress, all components of the nation must be integrated and support education programs and policies. Jakarta Smart Card as a new breakthrough in the world of education in DKI Jakarta Province, comes as a support to invest in education. The purpose of writing this journal is to analyze the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's policy in the form of providing Education assistance through the Jakarta Smart Card, both in terms of understanding, the amount of costs obtained and other benefits that can be enjoyed by the recipient of these funds. This research is a descriptive qualitative research in the form of literature study where the data collected will be analyzed which is supported by comprehensive observations regarding the existence of KJP, its essence and substance in improving the quality of education in DKI Jakarta to date. This study concludes that the involvement of the government in financing education is the right step in an investment towards a developed nation, with a record of being well managed and on target.

We need to protect these resources. It is the responsibility of all the people, but the greed of man is leading to the destruction of the natural resources throughout the world. Natural resources are not the commony property.

The Archipelagic Sea Lane Passage of Indonesia is a sea lane on Indonesian waters which can be bypassed by foreign ships and aircrafts continuously, expeditiously and rapidly based on United Nation Convention on the Law Of the Sea, 1982 which Indonesia has ratified through Act Number 17 of 1985. As archipelagic state, Indonesian government has stipulated Act Number 6 of 1996 dated August 8, 1996 on Indonesian Waters. It is executed by Government Regulation Number 37 of 2002 on the Rights and Duties of Foreign Ships and Aircrafts Exercising the Right to Cross the Archipelagic Sea Lane Passage of Indonesia. However, there are still many aircrafts, especially foreign military aircrafts that cross the Archipelagic Sea Lane Passage of Indonesia beyond the existing provisions. Based on the issue, how to regulate the foreign military aircrafts as a unit of aircraft carrier to cross the Archipelagic Sea Lane Passage of Indonesia, and how to punish the foreign military aircrafts passing out of the predetermined route of the Archipelagic Sea Lane Passage of Indonesia. This work is the result of normatively legal research with statute approach and using literature study. Based on the existing provisions above, it can be concluded that the foreign military aircraft flown from the aircraft carrier when they pass the Archipelagic Sea Lane Passage of Indonesia is permitted with condition to comply the existing provisions. If they break rules, they will be warned and can be forcely landed according to existing procedures.

Indonesia is the most plural country in the world. Pluralism in Indonesia also concerns religion. The role of the Church and the Servant of God is very important in dealing with intolerant behavior between religions in the pluralism of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that uses literature research methods and data collection using the literature study method. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the Church and the Servant of God in dealing with intolerant behavior and religious hardliners within the framework of the Republic of Indonesia. Using descriptive qualitative methods with a literature study approach, the conclusion of this study is that the Church and the Servant of God have an important role to play and be proactive in maintaining and dealing with intolerant behavior towards Christians in Indonesia by being responsible for educating Christians in Indonesia so that they do not have sectarianism. radical which leads to aggressive and intolerant behavior towards adherents of other religions. The Church and the Servant of God must realize that every citizen has the right that is protected by the state to worship according to the religion and belief of each citizen. If there is an intervention against Christians exercising their religious rights, the Church and the Servant of God must act to defend their rights as citizens according to the laws in force in Indonesia by making various efforts including through inter-religious dialogue approaches, social approaches, political approaches and formal legal approaches according to the law applies in Indonesia. .
