This study aims to map the problem of shifting the culture of the Indonesian people and building a cultural strategy to overcome these problems as a step to foster awareness of low carbon communities. The initial idea of a low carbon community was to reduce carbon dioxide emissions without disrupting the continuity of the needs of the people who were supposed to live. This research uses literature study, and the theory used is social phenomenology. Through cultural phenomenological exploration can identify the problem of shifting the culture of society. Then with qualitative description analysis, it can conceptualize a map of cultural problems that can be used as a guide to conceptualizing a low-carbon society culture. The results of the study show that the development of science and technology has an impact on changes in mindset, attitudes and behavior of people who tend to be practical, pragmatic and rational. This problem has implications for changes in people's attitudes that tend to weaken the commitment or appreciation of conventional basic values in the life of the nation that upholds the values of togetherness, mutual cooperation, harmony of life.

<p><em>Procession mapajejiwan conducted by two people sulinggih by reading the text of sacred dialogue is a real form of application of transcendental communication. Mapajejwan held as the top of the mapaselang ceremony that has the meaning as a process of the creation of the universe performed by God tangible Sang Hyang Semara Ratih. The problems that will be discussed are: 1) How is the transcendental communication process of mapajejiwan in Pura Penataran Agung Pucak Mangu ?, 2) What is the function of transcendental mapajajianwan communication in Pura Penataran Agung Pucak Mangu ?, 3) What is the impact of transcendental mapajajianwan communication in mapaselang ceremony in Pura Penataran Agung Pucak Mangu Temple?. Theories used to analyze problems are (1) S-O-R (Stimulus-Organism-Response), 2) religious theory and 3) structural functional theory. The subject of this research is a transcendental mapajajiwan communication as rangakian from mapaselang ceremony in Pura Penataran Agung Pucak Mangu. This study contains the steps that researchers do in the process of collecting data in order to obtain the correct data. The steps are as follows: (1) interview technique, (2) observation technique, (3) literature study technique.</em></p><p><em>The results showed (1) Transcendental communication process mapajejiwan seen based on series of ceremony mapaselang covering verbal process and nonverbal process. A verbal process that includes all processes that use words and language both orally and in writing. While the nonverbal process includes all the symbols used in the implementation of mapaselang ceremony. (2) The functions of transcendental communication include religious functions, intrapersonal functions and interpersonal functions. Religious function that is to purify and to pay the debt, intrapersonal function is to awaken Pucak Mangu's enforcement krama that everything in this world is a loan that must be returned, while the interpersonal function of transcendental communication is to unify the perception and convince the people that the universe was created by God as well as knowledge of what God has created. (3) The impact of transcendental communication of maps in the mapaselang ceremony includes two effects of positiv and social impacts. Posistivnya impact is to build the concept of sincerity in self, build the spirit of mutual cooperation and foster loving attitude of the universe and its contents in order to obtain the peace.</em></p>

AbstractBoteng Tunggul is one of the traditions of the East Lombok community which has unique wisdom values. This tradition is always carried out at the traditional ceremonies of the East Lombok people. In the process of implementing the Boteng Tunggul tradition, it becomes a tradition that has elements that can strengthen the civic culture in it. This research will explore the role of the boteng waiting tradition in strengthening the civic culture for the people of East Lombok. This study uses a qualitative approach to literature study methods. In this research, we will use the first data source. The data collection technique is done by using literature studies. In doing data analysis technique is done by reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found the entanglement of the Boteng Tunggul tradition by strengthening the civic culture in the people of East Lombok. In the stump, boteng tradition becomes a culture that can sustain citizens in it as a form of realizing the identity of the indigenous people of Lombok. This tradition is always carried out by the people of East Lombok by instilling the values of togetherness, mutual cooperation, responsibility, and tolerance in it. As well as this has illustrated that the civic culture can be strengthened by preserving and advancing this tradition.---------------AbstrakBoteng Tunggul merupakan salah satu tradisi dari masyarakat Lombok timur yang memiliki nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Tradisi ini senantiasa dilaksanakan pada upacara adat masyarakat Lombok timur. Dalam proses pelaksanaan tradisi Boteng Tunggul menjadi tradisi memiliki unsur yang dapat memperkuat civic culture didalamnya. Penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi peran dari tradisi Boteng Tunggu untuk menguatkan civic culture bagi masyarakat Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif.  Dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan sumber data pertama. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan studi literatur. Dalam melakukan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, display data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan keterkaitan tradisi Boteng Tunggul  dengan memperkuat civic culture pada masyarakat Lombok Timur. Pada tradisi Boteng Tunggul menjadi kebudayaan yang dapat menopang warga negara didalamnya sebagai bentuk untuk mewujudkan identitas masyarakat adat Lombok. Tradisi ini selalu dilaksanakan masyarakat Lombok Timur dengan menanamkan nilai kebersamaan, gotong royong, tanggung jawab serta toleransi di dalamnya. Serta hal ini telah menggambarkan bahwa budaya kewarganegaraan dapat diperkuat dengan tetap melestarikan dan memajukan tradisi ini.

There are more and more low-carbon architectures around us gradually. Low-carbon architectures is to decrease the use of renewable energy, improving energy efficiency, reduce carbon dioxide emissions during materials and equipment manufacturing, construction and the whole life of building use. According to calculating carbon emissions of the building materials in production, construction, using and removal, and the process of calculation, the total sum of carbon emissions in the life cycle was calculated.

This study aims to determine the preservation of local culture of simple living heritage as the glue of social solidarity of the people of Kampung Naga. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Analysis of the data using the interactive model of Miles & Huberman. The sustainability of the simple living heritage of the Kampung Naga community is seen in terms of the lifestyle, the tools used, the buildings that are still the same until now and by doing so using the characteristics of simplicity and traditional, community involvement whose overall role is still active supported by a high level of awareness and strong sense of shared responsibility. So that it can be an external stimulus as an adhesive for community social solidarity that is applied in daily life by the form of cooperation in mutual cooperation, mutual help among neighbors or community groups.

The purpose of writing this article is to introduce the concept of character education and its implementation in schools. The method used in writing this article is the method of literature study or literature study. The results of the study, character education in essence aims to form a strong, competitive, noble, moral, tolerant, mutual cooperation, patriotic spirit, dynamic developing, oriented to science and technology which are all imbued with faith and piety to God Almighty based on Pancasila . Character education functions (1) develops the basic potential to be kind, think well and behave well (2) strengthen and build multicultural behavior of the nation, (3) enhance the nation's competitive civilization in the world. Based on the increase of the global interest in climate change, various political and technological efforts are being made in Korea in order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, considered to be one of the main causes of greenhouse gas effects. Low energy and low carbon technologies with high reusability that enhance the performance of architectural materials have been developed in the architectural construction field [1]. This study has developed an FS insulation panel using recycled resources, and has verified the enhancement of economic efficiency, reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, and enhanced energy performance of the developed insulating panel. The results of the analysis have confirmed a 1.2t reduction of carbon dioxide emissions and a 7.3% increase in energy performance in comparison to standard insulators based on the existing legislative standards. Furthermore, cost effectiveness was also seen as the cost increased by 72% with a 10 year return period.

Radical low-carbon innovations have considerable technological and revolutionary influences. These key technologies considerably reduce carbon dioxide emissions. This study examines the role of carbon finance development in China’s radical low-carbon innovations. The paper identifies the key entities involved, constructs a network model of the interaction between carbon finance and radical low-carbon innovation, and uses multi-agent simulation modeling to analyze the associated influence mechanism. The results demonstrate that the carbon market can promote radical low-carbon innovation by (1) regulating the number of enterprises participating subject to carbon emission regulations, (2) regulating the number of market intermediaries, (3) establishing the market regulation level, and (4) setting the carbon intensity reduction level. The paper concludes that the Chinese government can formulate novel carbon market-related policies and regulations that, in a timely manner, influence the relationship between the carbon market and participating entities to promote the development of radical low-carbon technologies.

This article discusses how society as a group of people or humans who live together, create a culture, and develop into a kinship solidarity. This article uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. Culture, which is the creation of human initiative, is not easy to change, which can reflect people's behavior based on agreed-upon rules. One of them is community art in Minangkabau, namely talempong pacik. Art that is still developing, both in several places including talempong art in Nagari Bungo Tanjuang, Batipuh District, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra Province. Talempong art as one of the cultural products is a means of solidarity for the Minangkabau community, especially in the Nagari Bungo Tanjuang community. The value of solidarity starts from joint activities such as cooperation and mutual cooperation both in daily life and in religious rituals, customs, weddings and other ceremonies. This activity is in the pattern of the Talempong Pacik performance as one of the ideas of the people who adhere to it.
