This study aims to determine the effect of interest in learning on the ability to read English Vocational High School students in Depok. The method used was a survey method with a total sample of 40 students taken by random sampling technique from three private vocational schools in Depok. Learning interest data collection uses a questionnaire in the form of a rating scale, while the ability to read English students is presented in the form of a written test with multiple choice questions. Both test instruments are first validated. Data analysis uses two-way analysis of variance (ANAVA) by first testing the normality and homogeneity tests. The results of the study there is a significant influence of interest in learning on the ability to read English students proven by the value of ρ value = 0.024 <0.05. In conclusion, student interest in learning has a significant effect on English reading ability. keywords; English, reading ability, interest in learning

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between cognitive style and achievement motivation style with the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) students of SMP 5 Rejang Lebong. The research method uses survey methods with a correlational engineering approach. The research data were sourced from cognitive style test results and achievement motivation tests and PAI learning outcomes obtained from report cards. The results showed there was no significant relationship between cognitive style with PAI learning outcomes with ρ-value 0.122. There is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and PAI learning outcomes with ρ-value 0.022. Cognitive style and achievement motivation are related to PAI learning outcomes ρ value = 0.031> 0.05. Conclusion, there is no significant relationship between cognitive style with PAI learning outcomes. There is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and PAI learning outcomes. Cognitive style and achievement motivation are jointly related to the learning outcomes of PAI students of Rejang Lebong Middle School. This study aims to determine the effect of powerpoint learning media on student interest in social studies subjects VIII in Sumber Harta State Junior High School. The research method used is pure experimentation. Determination of the sample is done by using simple random sampling technique from the population of all students of class VIII, and 50 students selected as samples are class VIII A (experimental class) given learning treatment with powerpoint learning media and class VIII B (control class) is not treated. Data collection techniques in the study using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability testing. The results of the study using the percentage formula showed that 23 students were categorized as very interested (SB) with a percentage of 92% and 2 students were categorized as interested (B) with a percentage of 8%, while students who were categorized as less interested (KB) and students who were not interested (TB) ) as much as 0% or none. Conclusion, there is a significant influence of learning media using powerpoint on students' learning interest in social studies. Keywords: Influence, Powerpoint, Interest in Learning.

This study aims to determine both intrinsic and extrinsic motivations that encourage librarians to take part in the 2019 Training For Trainers (TOT) training activities which are held for 20 days and are followed by librarians who have entered the age above fifty years. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The sample in this study were 30 librarians taken by total sampling. The data needed is obtained by interview and direct observation in the field. The results of the study, as many as 18 respondents (60%) conveyed the motivation to follow TOT derived from internal factors, from these internal factors as many as 18 respondents (60%) claimed to want to improve their insights and skills about librarian training, as for external factors because they wanted to get SIM / legality to teach librarian technical / functional training recognized by 16 respondents (53%). In conclusion, the strongest motivation behind the librarian following the 2019 Training For Trainers (TOT) training activity was the need to add insight and skills to become library trainers / instructors, in addition to getting legality in teaching technical / functional librarian training. The purpose of this study is to measure the extent of the use of Academic Information System applications by student users, lecturers and management / administrators. The research method uses the theory of DeLone and McLearn Information System Success Model to measure qualitatively the use of Information Systems from the completeness of the functions / features of the application, reliability / stability, ease of use, data security, application flexibility, timeliness and management of Academic Information System applications. The results of the study, obtained information that: 1) students, lecturers and management / administrators are able to use the features / functions of the application but need to be improved socialization and education of users, 2) students, lecturers and management / administrators feel the stability / reliability of the application is good, 3) students , lecturers and management / administrators feel the ease of use of the application, 4) students, lecturers and management / administrators feel the data security is quite good but there needs to be increased data security, 5) students, lecturers and management / administrators feel the flexibility of the application is good, 6) students , lecturers and management / administrators still feel that they are not punctual in using the application due to network problems and internet access, 7) students, lecturers and management / administrators have felt quite satisfied with the management of existing applications to carry out administration and academic services. Conclusions, Academic Information Systems owned by IAIN are good enough from the dimensions of the completeness of application functions / features, application reliability / stability, ease of use, data security, application flexibility, timeliness and management of Academic Information System applications. The purpose of this study was to look at innovations in learning Islamic Education (PAI) at Prof. University. Dr. Hazairin, SH Bengkulu based on information technology in order to facilitate the learning process of PAI. The research method used is a qualitative method. Primary data is taken from interviews and observations, and secondary data is taken from documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative techniques. The results of the study found two themes, first, the policy of Islamic religious education courses in Unihaz refers to the law on higher education which confirms the existence of religious education courses. Secondly, innovations made in the learning of information technology-based Islamic education are; 1) Instructed using online journals or internet media as a source of searching for assignments, 2) Tasks made in the form of videos, 3) Division of tasks and Collection of tasks via e-mail and WhatsApp. In conclusion, the Religious Education Course is a national compulsory subject with the achievement of learning the formation of a whole student personality (kaffah), educational innovation carried out at Unihaz which is dominant is the Devolopment (Development) renewal which usually must undergo a development, and cannot be entered into large-scale dimension, Innovation is done to be able to solve educational problems. Conclusion, the use of information technology in PAI learning innovation at PTU must be developed and placed as a source of teaching materials, learning references, and information sources. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of lecturers in utilizing social media as a means of learning literacy for students of IAI Curup Study Program. Research methods, descriptive qualitative. Data obtained by interview, observation and documentation analysis. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the study found four themes in the role of lecturers in utilizing social media as a means of literacy namely; first, instructing students to look for current phenomena that are being updated in various social media to be analyzed and related to the learning material being studied. Second, instructing students to see various forms of daily behavior expressed through stories and writings that are updated on various social media to be analyzed and linked to the learning material being studied. Third, instructing students to share learning materials and products on various social media that they have. Fourth, inviting students to be able to analyze the news that is spread in various social media that is used as a reference for learning by accessing other sources as a reinforcement or comparison of information on social media so as to avoid Hoax news. Conclusion, the role of lecturers in the use of social media is done by; lecturers as instructors, lecturers as role models, as disseminators of knowledge and as servants of education. In the current era of information technology and social media development. The purpose of this study is to analyze how far the efforts to improve the quality of students in mastering Al-Qur'an Hadith teaching materials, analyzing the content of matriculation material class X Madrasah Aliyah level and analyzing effective and innovative methods in the delivery of matriculation material. The research method uses a mixed approach to the Exploratory Sequential Design. Data collection by interview and observation which then continued with survey instruments in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the study, an increase in the quality of students in understanding and applying subject matter both from the results of cognitive evaluation and its application include: students in sufficient time can read the Al-Qur'an for those who have not, the better and phase reading the Qur'an, easy to understand the hadiths in learning material. Conclusions, from the results of research that has been done, through the addition of effective and innovative matriculation learning can improve the quality of students in mastering Al-Qur'an Hadith learning materials. The purpose of this study was to analyze efforts to improve learning achievement through increasing spiritual intelligence in increasing student learning achievement. The research method, this research is a field research with a qualitative approach, with data collection tools through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study, in general, that the spirituality of students has an impact on improving student learning achievement. This is done in 7 ways or efforts made by the Kiai and Ust, namely earnest (istiqomah), fasting a lot, performing night prayers, reading the Koran, accustoming ablution, leaving immorality, and should not be indiscriminate snacks. In conclusion, the increase in santri's spiritual intelligence has a positive impact on improving learning achievement. This research is a descriptive study that aims to see a picture of the learning achievement of Bidik Misi recipients in the academic year 2017/2018 who studies at Prof. University. Dr. Hazairin, SH (UNIHAZ) in the first semester. The population and sample in this study were all students receiving Bidik Misi. Data collection technique is a documentary technique by taking secondary data in the form of a GPA of one semester in the beginning of Bidik Misi recipient students who have been archived in each study program. Data obtained in this study were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and categorized based on Academic Guidelines. Based on research data obtained, it is known that the average learning achievement of Bidik Misi recipient students is in the very satisfactory category with an average GPA of 3.42. When viewed individually based on categorization according to the 2017 UNIHAZ academic guidelines, there are 55.09% of students whose learning achievement is in the honors category (GPA> 3.50), 43.22% of students whose learning achievement is in the very satisfactory category (GPA 3.00-3.49), and 1.69% of students whose learning achievement is in the satisfactory category (GPA 2.50-2.99). In conclusion, the average learning achievement of Bidik Misi recipients is in the very satisfactory category with an average GPA of 3.42. Keywords: Learning Achievement, Aiming Mission
