The article reveals the concept content of communicative competence, as a key one, taking into account the communicative approach to the learning process. The necessity of integrating knowledge of the training modules "Business Communication", "Business Rhetoric and Corporate Culture", "Language Communication in the Professional Sphere in Russian" in the formation of the named competence is proved. The authors reveal the need for the formation of communicative competence not only in educational, but also in educational activities, where an important indicator of performance is the work of the curator. The article focuses on the role of the teacher of a higher educational institution in the process of purposeful formation of the communicative needs of students, both in terms of content and cognition. The authors show the integration mechanisms of the formation of the communicative competence of a future specialist that meets the modern needs of employers. The article reveals the content of the modules used, provides learning technologies and the results of research work.

The paper discusses the problem of teaching business communication to foreign students majoring in Linguistics. To date, it can be argued that it is very important, because it enhances the role of foreign language communication in the professional employment of modern professionals. The purpose of the paper is to develop guidelines for improving the educational process for teaching business communication to foreigners. The author focuses on the modern educational technologies used in their practice. The author allocates and describes the methods and forms of working to facilitate efficient formation of professional business competencies in foreign (Chinese) students at the advanced stage of training in the language environment. The research resulted in a number of significant proposals for optimatizing the educational process for foreign students.

The article considers the place and role of the system of continuing education in modern society, its components and manifestations. Scientific research work is highlighted as a key component of the continuing education model. The article describes scientific research work within the framework of the “school-university” system and specific features of its organization as exemplified by the educational and scientific complex Kharkiv University of Humanities “People’s Ukrainian Academy”. The structural elements that effectuate the system of the organization of scientific research activities of all the participants in the educational process in “People’s Ukrainian Academy” are highlighted. The specific features and key achievements in the scientific work of Kharkiv University of Humanities “People’s Ukrainian Academy” — an educational and scientific complex of continuing education — are presented. The role of scientific schools and laboratories in the formation of scientific research work at the Academy, the mechanism of their formation and functioning as well as the peculiarities of scientific work at the Academy as an experimental educational institution that implements a social experiment at the regional level in accordance with the pressing challenges of our time have been pointed out. The influence of the system of the organization of scientific work in the system of continuing education on its effectiveness and involvement of all the participants in the educational process has been described.

The principal aim of research is to develop a mechanism for the organization of research work of students toward mastery of ICT literacy. In the article it has been formed the model of students’ research work organization in the learning process of informatics disciplines; produced the algorithm of cloud-based learning technologies application in the organization of history students’ research work; described recommendations for the structure and the content of e-learning materials in the study of cloud-based learning technologies (as a part of the training course in LMS Moodle). The several recommendations can be made on the basis of performed experience analysis of implementing a cloud oriented technologies of Informatics disciplines among the different specialties. It is advisable to use the model-table "Using a cloud oriented technologies of teaching", with appropriate adaptation to scientific-pedagogical and logistical capacity of a particular educational institution (specific structural unit or Department). The introduction of the designated model promotes: productive activity of students; autonomy of learning and the maximum approximation of the accumulated experience to the requirements of the labour market; the formation of an active research position of the project participants; the formation of students ‘ critical thinking by phased activation of the operations of thinking. Using the model need to be creative in overcoming some negative aspects: to develop the motivational aspect of attracting students to research activities; to form the definition of future student’s research activities; to maximize the interaction of science with the educational process and with the requirements of the labour market; to overcome the stereotype that not all students should be involved in scientific work.

The article points to the effectiveness of social and educational partnership in the management of a modern educational institution and its importance in the process of forming a positive image. Emphasis is placed on the urgency and importance of the issue of the positive image formation of the mountain school, which provides educational services to the population in mountain regions of the Ukrainian Carpathians. The formulation of the goals of the article is to outline the socio-cultural orientation of the state and public administration of an innovative educational institution in the Ukrainian Carpathians region through the prism of social and educational partnership. The author defines community and education partnership as one of the important indicators of the effectiveness of public administration, and argues that it is impossible to create a quality educational space in a mountain educational institution without a partnership, which sets the ground for a positive school image. It is emphasized that the formation of a positive school image is a process of a sustainable image modelling on the basis of available socio-cultural resources. Its formation helps to increase competitiveness, attract additional investment, establish new and expand current partnerships, provide autonomy in management decisions. A holistic analysis of the organizational and theoretical foundations of social and educational partnership and the peculiarities of forming a positive image of a modern educational institution in mountainous areas is presented. The sustainable positive image of the school today can be seen as an important indicator of teamwork and corporate culture, and an additional resource for management and development. It is noted that positive image of the educational institution is the optimal indicator of the professional level of the teaching staff, contributes to the development of a qualitative assessment of their prospects and professionalism. Managers have to coordinate various production, economic, technical, and social tasks in order to achieve common goals. As a result, they need to be able to communicate with a wide net of diverse contacts in this country and abroad. Therefore, intercultural communication plays a very important role in the business sphere. The present research featured the development of communicative competency in students of management for effective business communication. Readiness for business communication in a foreign language is an important indicator of professionalism. The authors defined the concepts of communication, effective business communication, and communicative competency. They focused on the interdisciplinary approach to the development of competencies in future managers as part of such disciplines as Management, Organization, Personnel Management, Economic theory, World Economy, and Business Foreign Language. The competency of business foreign language communication is both the purpose of training and a quality indicator. The article introduces an effective technology of developing the communicative competency in students that major in management. It is an interdisciplinary complex of interactive methods, techniques, Internet sources, and training tools.

Currently, in the context of the widespread use of e-learning technologies and distance educational technologies, it is necessary to train future teachers, taking into account the peculiarities of solving professional problems in an electronic information and educational environment, to develop students' relevant competencies, including network communicative competence. Despite the large number of studies devoted to the communicative aspect of the teacher's activities, the problem of the formation of network communicative competence in the electronic information and educational environment has not been sufficiently studied. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the results of the questionnaire survey of students, some methods of forming network communicative competence in future teachers in the study of various disciplines, in the course of teaching practice, and scientific research are proposed. The analysis of the conditions and factors that determine the choice of methods for the formation of the specified competence has been carried out. These factors are associated with the teachers' perception of the peculiarities of communication in the electronic information and educational environment, the didactic and communicative potential of resources and tools of the electronic information and educational environment, the choice of methods and technologies for organizing interaction, the selection of educational material that allows the development of components of network communicative competence, the design of tasks and exercises for the development of network communicative competence, the choice of modes, schemes and forms of organization of interaction, the organization of feedback, control of the level of formation of the network communicative competence, the implementation of reflection. The formed network communicative competence will contribute to a more effective solution by the teacher of communicative tasks in the electronic information and educational environment, which will improve the quality of training of future teachers in the electronic information and educational environment.

The article focuses on the theoretical and methodological aspects of the use of interactive learning and its advantages over traditional learning. The use of interactive learning in both secondary and higher education is analyzed. The research goal is to theoretically substantiate and highlight the introduction of methods of the model of training future Ukrainian language and literature teachers by means of interactive learning technologies, as well as to determine the factors of their choice. The main research methods used were analysis, generalization and modeling, observation, synthesis, systematization. The results of the conducted research allowed the author to reveal the qualities that a future teacher of Ukrainian language and literature should possess; to describe some pedagogical problems of training the future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature by means of interactive learning technologies.The benefit of this study is the defined content of interactive learning, which is believed to be a specially organized comfortable mutual learning of participants of the educational process as equal its subjects, which provides for their continuous active interaction, during which each of the students realizes and reflects all its knowledge and actions, feels successful and intellectually capable. The author identified such interactive learning methods of the model of training future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature in higher education institutions as: trainings, educational discussions; game technologies; interactive lectures: problem lectures, lecture-visualization, binary lecture, lecture-press conference, round table, cases, brainstorming. Moreover, the most used interactive learning methods of training future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature in universities are given and theoretically grounded; they are training, discussion, role playimg, method of «Spoiled phone», method of «remote project work Minecraft», «Сourt hearing», «Augmented reality», use of presentations. The author highlights their introduction into the work of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, states the positive aspects of interactive learning compared to classical one, determines seven factors for the choice of methods. As a result the author makes a conclusion that the use of interactive technologies not only contributes to the creation of an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual understanding in the educational institution, but also implements the basic principles of personality-oriented learning.
