Irrigated lands of Bukhara, Samarkand and Navoi regions are located in the Zarafshan river oasis and are called geosystems. Assessment of the reclamation state of geosystems of the region has been carried out in the area of classification and mapping for the effective use of land. When classifying a research object, it is much easier to identify, evaluate and apply reclamation measures. In the classification of landscapes, they are grouped in a certain order and there is an opportunity to apply such reclamation measures. So far, the basin-level classification of the Zarafshan river oasis and geosystems has not been carried out. In the scientific paper, landscapes were analysed as a form of geosystem. The geosystems of the region were grouped and summarized for the performance of the reclamation geographical assessment based on water and salt parameters. The classification of the object of study using GIS is of great scientific and practical importance. An analysis of the origin, structure, development and other features of an object when it is classified will determine the scientific significance of the case. Geosystems were isolated using the forms depicted on the relief plastic card in the scientific paper. Measures have been developed to improve the reclamation state of existing geosystems. They reached scientifically sound conclusions.

This article is devoted to the study of criminalistic classification of corruption crimes in local governments. It discusses issues related to determining the basis for constructing a criminalistic classification, types and their significance for the development of criminalistic techniques for investigating corruption crimes in local government. Analysis of the scientific works of scientists led to the conclusion that the criminalistic classification is the basic systematizing element of crime investigation methodology, from which directly complex depends guidelines for the implementation of the investigation and ways to improve such recommendations. Such a scientific position is connected with the very essence of a criminal event as an object of study of criminalistics. The author of the article supports the position of scientists, indicate that the role of the criminalistic classification is to single out criminalistic signs of criminal activity and activities to investigate such crimes. This allows you to build the most effective and optimal criminalistic techniques. The method of investigation of corruption crimes in local governments is related to interspecific methods. Criminalistic construction qualifying offenses given the common criminalistic significant and criminal-legal signs allows science to create such interspecific methods that could satisfy the needs of the investigation. There are various approaches to the solution of the question of determining the grounds for constructing a criminalistic classification. It is necessary to take into account criminal-law and purely criminalistic signs in the implementation of the construction of a criminalistic classification of corruption crimes committed in local government bodies. In addition, it should be emphasized separately that the specific characteristic of the investigated crimes committedcamping in local government, it is the corruption component. Accounting for this specific feature is due to its direct influence on all elements of the criminal event. Therefore, the assignment to corruption of a certain group of crimes committed in local government bodies is associated both with the implementation of the correct criminal law qualification of the act, and with ensuring the proper level of organization and the choice of the correct investigation technique. Given the nature of the corruption component of individual crimes and results of studies of the development of criminalistic classifications, we can conclude that the classification of the study group of crimes should be subject to the following significant features : 1) the identity of the offender; 2) subject of encroachment; 3) method of crime (methods of preparing, committing and concealing crimes) ; 4) criminal technologies; 5) the results and consequences of the crime. The criminalistic classification is a vital element of such an interspecific criminalistic methodology, such as the method of investigating corruption crimes in local governments. Its development is aimed at ensuring the construction of an effective method of investigation of this group of crimes. The allocation of criminalistic classification with regard to criminal law and significant criminalistics grounds will allow to form complex methodological recommendations taking into account various typical situations of the initial and subsequent stages of the investigation, identify typical versions, tactical tasks and provide for an optimal set of means to solve them. Key words: forensic classification, corruption, bodies of local self-government, investigation, methods of investigation of crimes.

The authors analyze different approaches to the classification of means of visualization in modern pedagogy. The proposed classification of clarity with regard to graphic disciplines can be used not so much for their classification, as for the full and effective use of their capabilities in the learning process. The article demonstrates structural links between the stages of clarity, use of funds, ways and rules of their use, leading to successful achievement of the goals for the revitalization of the educational process and enhancing cognitive interest of students. Practical recommendations for the integrated use of means of presentation in the classes on descriptive geometry, engineering graphics and computer graphics are given. Special attention in the learning process is paid to the role of the teacher. In addition to his or her professional knowledge, a teacher should possess oratory skills, to competently combine the rhetoric and psychological techniques to use interactive and effective active forms of training, including workshops, to engage students in the learning process, to monitor feedback from the students’ audience. When conducting different kinds of practice, teachers should know the advantages and disadvantages, strengths and weaknesses, timely application of every means of presentation for greater impact and effect in the educational process. The effectiveness of using the selected visualization tools is largely determined by the methods and techniques of their use in the classroom. It is important to consider the following factors: location, convenient for review, and approach; the accessibility; the expert support of a demonstration by the review; the duration of the demonstration; training students to perceive the means of presentation, and pedagogical skills of the teacher. The article considers theoretical and methodical aspects of the use of the didactic possibilities of visual means of education, which are of great importance in the improvement of teaching graphic disciplines, mastering the methods of their rational use.

The specificity of Putinism as a phenomenon of the modern age is analyzed in this article. It is emphasized that the analysis of Putinism as a phenomenon and as a process is of theoretical and practical importance for contemporary Ukrainian and the world at whole. This is due to a variety of reasons. The most serious of these is the real threat of the Third World War as a result of the redistribution of borders and zones of influence that can be unleashed by the Putin regime, provoking global conflict. Attention is drawn to the term "Putinism" of scientific significance. It is stated that several years ago, the scientific environment of Ukraine and abroad debated whether it was possible to use the term "Putinism" in scientific texts, or whether it was just a popular journalistic cliché. This term was first used in 2000 by Andrei Piontkovsky, defining "Putinism as the highest stage of bandit capital in Russia" in the eponymous article. At the same time, journalist Richard Gwynn started using it in English. Today there is already a corpus of scientific texts that proves the validity of the use of this concept in scientific analytics, as one that describes a really existing phenomenon. Attention is drawn to the differences in the interpretation of this concept in English, Ukrainian and Russian segments of Wikipedia. Sources that look at the phenomenon of Putinism from the exact opposite are used. It is argued that today, Putinism must be regarded as a phenomenon of global importance, the specificity of which is the desire for world domination. Special attention is paid to the role of Ukraine and the plans of the Kremlin neo-empire to destruction of Ukrainian independence and authenticity. It is concluded that Putinism today has become a conflicting factor of world importance, the most pressing challenge for the West and the most serious threat to sovereign Ukraine.

The article outlines the role of division of labor, “production chains”, provides an algorithm of their differentiation by the degree of importance for the national economy, and clarifies the following concepts: “systemically important enterprise:”, “regionally-oriented production system”. Classification of quantitative and qualitative criteria of selection of systemically important enterprises on a regional level, as well as aggregation of state support measures for this category of enterprises in crisis conditions are the important outcomes of the research. The relevance of the study lies in refining the structure of a production chain and in proposed methodological tools for mapping the economic system to identify strategically important production chains of a region and their elements. Using the economy of the Udmurt Republic as an example, the mechanism of forming the list of systemically important enterprises is considered. This made it possible to assess its relevance in terms of the representation of economic entities by industry, scale of activity, and degree of participation in value creation. The following conclusions were also drawn: quantitative indicators do not determine the role of an enterprise in the economy; qualitative indicators should describe economic entities from the point of view of their role in the reproduction circuit, the innovation process, the uniqueness of the production system, the costs of reconstruction, the activity circuit, the orientation and intensity of communication, and the requirements for personnel. The practical importance of the work consists in creation of theoretical basis of improvement of legal and regulatory support of the process of determination of the national economy system agents, increase of efficiency of state interventionism in crisis conditions.

This chapter discusses the complementary tools and incentives that can be adopted by jurisdictions to ensure the proper and effective use of the Modular Approach and to give due regard to the position and role of the various types of stakeholders involved in a MSME insolvency process. It specifically focuses on the roles and obligations of the MSME entrepreneur, both at times approaching insolvency and during the MSME insolvency process. Entrepreneurs do not always possess the education and skills to monitor the financial situation of their business and to react accordingly. With regard to the MSME framework, they would usually not be capable of designing a proper continuation plan. They might not even be aware that there is a chance to turn their business around by using mechanisms under insolvency law. In all these areas, education is a useful remedy. Jurisdictions should establish a method for providing affordable educational counselling and legal advice.

Musicians have long framed their creative activity within constraints, whether imposed externally or consciously chosen. As noted by Leonard Meyer, any style can be viewed as an ensemble of constraints, requiring the features of the artwork to conform with accepted norms. Such received stylistic constraints may be complemented by additional, voluntary limitations: for example, using only a limited palette of pitches or sounds, setting rules to govern repetition or transformation, controlling the formal layout and proportions of the work, or limiting the variety of operations involved in its creation. This chapter proposes a fourfold classification of the limits most often encountered in music creation into material (absolute and relative), formal, style/genre, and process constraints. The role of constraints as a spur and guide to musical creativity is explored in the domains of composition, improvisation, performance, and even listening, with examples drawn from contemporary composers including György Ligeti, George Aperghis, and James Tenney. Such musical constraints are comparable to self-imposed limitations in other art forms, from film (the Dogme 95 Manifesto) and visual art (Robert Morris’s Blind Time Drawings) to the writings of authors associated with the Oulipo (Ouvroir de littérature potentielle) such as Georges Perec and Raymond Queneau.

The aim of the work is to find relevant indicators for assessing the relationship between investments in fixed assets in agriculture, gross output of the industry, and agricultural exports using tools for modeling the impact of innovation and investment development on increasing production and export potential in the context of the formation of an export-oriented agricultural economy. The modeling methodology and the proposed estimating and forecasting tools for diagnosing and monitoring the state of sectoral and regional innovative agricultural systems are used to analyze the relationship between investments in fixed assets in agriculture, gross output of the industry, and agricultural exports based on the construction of the classification of Russian regions by factors that aggregate these features to diagnose incongruence problems and to improve institutional management in regional innovative export-oriented agrosystems. Based on the results of the factor analysis application, an underestimated role of indicators of investment in agriculture, the intensity and efficiency of agricultural production, were established. Based on the results of the cluster analysis, the established five groups of regions were identified, with significant differences in the level of investment in agriculture, the volume of production of the main types of agricultural products, and the export and exported food. The research results are of practical value for use in improving institutional management when planning reforms and transformations of regional innovative agrosystems.
