The DC system is used as the power supply for all kinds of protection, measurement and control, safety automation and other devices in the substation. It is the fundamental guarantee of power system control and protection. If the substation DC system fails, it will have a destructive impact on the entire substation system and function. Based on this, in order to solve the problems of maloperation and refusal of protection device caused by grounding fault of DC system, a method combining unbalanced bridge method with leakage current sensor is proposed to detect the grounding resistance of bus and branch. On this basis, the neural network optimized by quantum particle swarm optimization is used to determine the fault type. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.

A high precision, rapid and automatic high-voltage capacitor charging system is needed for pulse power system. A charging system based on high-voltage capacitor bank as energy storage device and c8051f020 MCU as control system, is designed in this paper .The hardware of this system includes a voltage measurement and control circuit, operation and display screen circuit, optical coupling circuit, fiber optical transceiver circuit. The software of this system uses closed-loop control algorithm to control the motor of voltage regulator, and the voltage of high voltage capacitor is charged from 0 to 20KV. By analyzing for the data of experimental and adopt the method of curve fitting, a modified voltage control algorithm is established. The modified algorithm improves the accuracy of charged voltage for high voltage capacitor to more than 99%.

This report describes the design and development of an integrated system of manually operable switch modules and related keyboard and control panel components called the KB System. The size of the basic module was based on the standard center-to-center spacing of keys in a conventional keyboard. The system of components and mounting structure based on this module can be assembled in an unlimited number of arrangements to satisfy widely varying man-machine system control and display requirements.

Line flow is one of the key factors which dominate the power system security. To deal with this problem, this paper proposed a method of power system assessment and control based on power system Line flow risk. Probabilistic power flow (PPF) is used to analyze the random of system statuses. The severity function is used to describe the impact of the transmission line load. Line flow risk is defined as the result of the probability multiplying the severity of Line flow. It is an indicator of power system security. This reduces the system line flow risk and increases the system security.

In systematic measurement and control mode composed of optics, radar and telemetry, trajectory measurement is in need of high precision. So, based on exterior trajectory parameter expressed by Hermite function, this paper proposes a multi-structure data fusion method with multisource heterogeneous measuring elements, which is called function restraint EMBET method. Based on the fusion simulation calculation and analysis of the same data of multisource heterogeneous measuring elements both using general EMBET method and function restraint EMBET method, it is proved that function restraint EMBET method is sensitive to errors, besides, it have the advantage of strong practicability and high precision.

With the development of production automation and science and technology level, the intelligent level of the car is continuously improved. For intelligent car, with STC89S52 single chip microcomputer as its core of control, the direction and speed of it is controlled by the collection and processing of the signals from various kinds of transducers in the forward path. Therefore, the functions of automatic identification of black guide line applied to rapid and steady running status of the car and the obstacle color discrimination applied to direction selection during the course of running and other relevant functions can be realized. In this system, a DC motor is used for the forward and steering movement of the car, a LCD1602 is used for the display of its travel time, and a dual power supply by which system stability can be enhanced is used for the motor and control system respectively. Besides, the system control software is designed to be a combination of software and hardware, through which the anticipated functions of the car is ultimately realized.

The development of direct-driven wind power system using permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) is very fast, and the back-to-back converter has been paid much attention for its excellent performance. The work principle of the generator-side converter (GSC) and control strategy of PMSG are explained in detail, and the steady-state and dynamic performances are analyzed by simulation. The experimental prototype is built to achieve generation and motor state operation, and the vector control of PMSG is realized by generator-side converter. The simulation and experiment results show that using PWM converter as generator-side converter for direct-driven wind power system with PMSG, can achieve good control performance for PMSG and provide possibility to supply excellent power energy transmitted to power grid.

Temperature is one of the most important parameters to evaluate the status of electric equipments. In this paper, a temperature monitor and query system based on virtual instruments and infrared temperature monitoring technical is introduced, including the hardware build-up and software realization. The system a multiple function system, including measurement and control parameter setting; data acquisition and processing; data, chart and graph displaying; signal processing and analyzing; data saving and so on. It can meet the need of the precision request in the temperature measurement of electrical equipment. Also it can be applied in other related experiments and developed further.
