In the rapid development of science and technology today, environmental problems are becoming more and more serious; the construction industry as the first high energy-consuming field with human production and life, the promotion of green buildings is of great significance. Under the high-speed development mode, how to make green buildings develop steadily has become a problem to be solved by various industries in China. Through the literature research method and the social investigation method, this paper analyses the development constraints of green buildings from the perspective of the four participants of market economy: government, real estate enterprises, consumers and practitioners. Respectively put forward some suggestions such as policy regulation, enterprise norms, green talents cultivation and collect feedback.

Poland’s economy as the sixth largest economy in the EU is painfully experiencing the effects of natural resource depletion, which extend to increasing prices and the growing dependence on foreign suppliers. The situation is particularly unfavorable in the construction sector, which is among the most resource- and energy-consuming areas of the economy. This paper juxtaposes the situation of Polish construction industry in the context of the national economy with the context of the evolving EU policies promoting green solutions. The resulting changes in Polish legislation, industry and society are identified. The implementation of selected Circular Economy (CE) aspects, outcomes, emerging challenges and future directions are discussed. The social aspects related to this transformation were analyzed based on a survey carried out among construction industry consumers. The results clearly highlight that individuals are aware of the need to protect the environment, but also indicate a strong necessity to educate the populace about the consequences of the excessive exploitation of the environment and the long-term benefits of CE solutions.

Off-site construction (OSC) is an alternative method to conventional construction for solving problems of high energy consumption, high pollution, and poor efficiency. OSC is a reform trend for the global construction industry. The emergence of OSC can influence the production relations in traditional construction industry chain, thereby changing the roles of stakeholders in such new construction sector. Given that most developing countries at present are still in the initial stage of adopting OSC, their construction industry is far from forming healthy and symbiotic ecosystem and highly efficient industry chain. Therefore, the scientific and rapid development of OSC becomes restricted. This study analyzes the mechanism of OSC ecosystem, reduces the vague understanding of OSC by stakeholders, and provides a reference for the strategy planning of stakeholders. From the perspective of bionics, this study aims to (1) establish an OSC ecosystem based on the theory of ecology and delimit the role of stakeholders in the OSC ecosystem, and (2) establish a LotkaäóñVolterra model for the OSC evolution. The OSC development in Beijing is used as an example. Data are collected and models are verified to discuss the state, trend, and turning point of the OSC evolution. The findings of this study can help stakeholders in comprehensively understanding the inherent historical development of OSC and provide a reference for the government decision making.

Abstract With the rapid development of systems and synthetic biology, the non-model bacteria, Halomonas spp., have been developed recently to become a cost-competitive platform for producing a variety of products including polyesters, chemicals and proteins owing to their contamination resistance and ability of high cell density growth at alkaline pH and high salt concentration. These salt-loving microbes can partially solve the challenges of current industrial biotechnology (CIB) which requires high energy-consuming sterilization to prevent contamination as CIB is based on traditional chassis, typically, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas putida and Corynebacterium glutamicum. The advantages and current status of Halomonas spp. including their molecular biology and metabolic engineering approaches as well as their applications are reviewed here. Moreover, a systematic strain engineering streamline, including product-based host development, genetic parts mining, static and dynamic optimization of modularized pathways and bioprocess-inspired cell engineering are summarized. All of these developments result in the term called next-generation industrial biotechnology (NGIB). Increasing efforts are made to develop their versatile cell factories powered by synthetic biology to demonstrate a new biomanufacturing strategy under open and continuous processes with significant cost-reduction on process complexity, energy, substrates and fresh water consumption.

—In 2021, blockchain was included in the national five-year plan for the first time, and in the chapter of “Accelerating Digital Development and Building Digital China”, blockchain was listed as one of the seven key industries of digital economy in the 14th Five-Year Plan. The rapid development of blockchain technology not only promotes the high-speed operation of China’s real economy and greatly improves the overall service quality of China’s digital economy, but also provides new development ideas for the innovative development of digital channels of commercial banks. In this paper, through the use of literature research method and qualitative analysis method, we deeply analyze the challenges faced by the development mode of commercial banks at the present stage, etc. Accordingly, we propose corresponding countermea-sures and suggestions from the perspectives of research and development of technology, customer privacy protection and improvement of service efficiency, so as to continuously empower the digital transformation of commercial banks in China.

After the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of economy and science and technology, high-tech products such as high-speed railway, train, aircraft, missile and rocket appear in response to the times. As people’s living standards develop, they have a high consumption demand towards energy. For example, coal gas and natural gas take the place of firewood, and various new energy such as wind energy, tidal energy and solar energy emerge. China is now seeing a rapid industrialization. Although the amount of China’s energy is large, the rigid demand of energy remains tense in supply and demand. Relatively speaking, China has a high energy external dependence, thus a series of measures were launched such as greatly advocating the implementation of new energy and reducing the exploitation quantity of coal properly. This paper will analyze the import and export data of various kinds of energy from 2015 to 2019 and calculate the external dependence level in 2019. After analyzing the current situation in China and consulting the national policies and information, the author will put forward suggestions on the current situation of China’s energy.

Most microelectronics devices and circuits operate faster, consume less power, execute more functions and cost less per circuit function when the feature-sizes internal to the devices and circuits are made smaller. This is part of the stimulus for the Very High-Speed Integrated Circuits (VHSIC) program. There is also a need for smaller, more sensitive sensors in a wide range of disciplines that includes electrochemistry, neurophysiology and ultra-high pressure solid state research. There is often fundamental new science (and sometimes new technology) to be revealed (and used) when a basic parameter such as size is extended to new dimensions, as is evident at the two extremes of smallness and largeness, high energy particle physics and cosmology, respectively. However, there is also a very important intermediate domain of size that spans from the diameter of a small cluster of atoms up to near one micrometer which may also have just as profound effects on society as “big” physics.

Background:: Angular contact ball bearings are the most popular bearing type used in the high speed spindle for machining centers, The performance of the bearing directly affects the machining efficiency of the machine tool, Obtaining a higher value is the direction of its research and development. Objective:: By analyzing the research achievements and patents of electric spindle angular contact bearings, summarizing the development trend provides a reference for the development of electric spindle bearings. Methods:: Through the analysis of the relevant technology of the electric spindle angular contact ball bearing, the advantages and disadvantages of the angular contact ball bearing are introduced, and the research results are combined with the patent analysis. Results:: With the rapid development of high-speed cutting and numerical control technology and the needs of practical applications, the spindle requires higher and higher speeds for bearings. In order to meet the requirements of use, it is necessary to improve the bearing performance by optimizing the structure size and improving the lubrication conditions. Meanwhile, reasonable processing and assembly methods will also have a beneficial effect on bearing performance. Conclusion:: With the continuous deepening of bearing technology research and the use of new structures and ceramic materials has made the bearing's limit speed repeatedly reach new highs. The future development trend of high-speed bearings for electric spindles is environmental protection, intelligence, high speed, high precision and long life.
