For some companies, sales means arranging goods and selling them on the shelves. This kind of arrangement of goods regardless of priority brings a lot of internal consumption to the enterprise. With the rapid development of the Internet and industry, many large companies have gradually established and improved their production and sales processes. The traditional ABC classification method can no longer meet this demand. The new method that can compensate for the traditional ABC classification method is particularly important. This article uses association rules to use the ABC classification method to study the expected budget of commodities, uses the Apriori and FP-Growth algorithms in the association rules to collect frequent itemsets of the acquired data, calculates the corresponding association rules, and then classifies the commodities with ABC.

Negative frequent itemsets (NFIS) like (a1a2¬a3a4) have played important roles in real applications because we can mine valued negative association rules from them. In one of our previous work, we proposed a method, namede-NFISto mine NFIS from positive frequent itemsets (PFIS). However,e-NFISonly uses single minimum support, which implicitly assumes that all items in the database are of the same nature or of similar frequencies in the database. This is often not the case in real-life applications. So a lot of methods to mine frequent itemsets with multiple minimum supports have been proposed. These methods allow users to assign different minimum supports to different items. But these methods only mine PFIS, doesn’t consider negative ones. So in this paper, we propose a new method, namede-msNFIS, to mine NFIS from PFIS based on multiple minimum supports. E-msNFIScontains three steps: 1) using existing methods to mine PFIS with multiple minimum supports; 2) using the same method ine-NFISto generate NCIS from PFIS got in step 1; 3) calculating the support of these NCIS only using the support of PFIS and then gettingNFIS. Experimental results show that thee-msNFISis efficient.

Due to rapid development of internet and web applications, the prominence and the importance of the information exchange using the internet is growing. Communication through internet faces data safety as an important issue. Data has to be safe when communicating as slightly loss or danger to transmitted data can be responsible for excessive harm to the society. For network safety encryption plays a vibrant part. Many times it is little bit confusing to choose best encryption, as there are many cryptography methods for securing the data during transmission. For many applications Blowfish is currently assumed to be insecure. So it turns out to be essential to enhance this procedure through addition of different levels of safety so that it can be used in several reliable communication channels. Blowfish algorithm is modified in a way that it is platform independent; however the present encryption schemes are restricted to platform dependent proposal. This proposed modified blowfish algorithm supports text, images and media files.

Abstract. Along with the rapid development of Internet technology, GNSS technology and mobile terminals, a large amount of information including geographical location and time attributes has been generated. Faced with large and complex Internet geospatial data, how to quickly and accurately extract valuable reference information becomes an urgent problem to be solved. And the user's demand for personalized information of recommendation information is getting stronger and stronger, and researching efficient and accurate personalized recommendation system has good application value. In this paper, based on the application requirements of personalized recommendation information, the GIS platform and related recommendation algorithms are used to fully exploit the user and location based on geographic space-time big dataIt is divided into user explicit interest and user implicit interest, and then establishes a scientific and efficient user behavior motivation prediction model based on geographic situation. User interest information can be obtained from explicit interest information, implicit interest information and geographic situation interest information. Geographical environment, geographic location and other related context information. By introducing time factors, it is used to update and improve the user real-time interest model to achieve accurate prediction of user behavior motives under geographic spatio-temporal big data. Use Apriori algorithm to calculate the support and determine the current Frequent itemsets of user interest in geographic context, using frequent itemsets to generate strong association rules, and realizing the analysis of user behavior motives based on geography context. For geographic spatio-temporal big data, this paper proposes a personalized hybrid recommendation algorithm, which is based on users. Effective combination of collaborative filtering algorithms and association rules for geographic context-user behavioral interest adaptation.

Discovering association rules efficiently is an important data mining problem. We define sporadic rules as those with low support but high confidence; for example, a rare association of two symptoms indicating a rare disease. To find such rules using the well-known Apriori algorithm, minimum support has to be set very low, producing a large number of trivial frequent itemsets. To alleviate this problem, we propose a new method of discovering sporadic rules without having to produce all other rules above the minimum support threshold. The new method, called Apriori-Inverse, is a variation of the Apriori algorithm that uses the notion of maximum support instead of minimum support to generate candidate itemsets. Candidate itemsets of interest to us fall below a maximum support value but above a minimum absolute support value. Rules above maximum support are considered frequent rules, which are of no interest to us, whereas rules that occur by chance fall below the minimum absolute support value. We define two classes of sporadic rule: perfectly sporadic rules (those that consist only of items falling below maximum support) and imperfectly sporadic rules (those that may contain items over the maximum support threshold). This article is an expanded version of Koh and Rountree (2005).

In the information society the status of information is changing: this main value of global civilization becomes an important resource of socio- economic, technological and cultural development. The rapid development of virtual technologies and the growing number of Internet users in Ukraine and in the world causes the new challenges to communication of each organization. The book publishers are also obliged to respond to these processes. However, the works devoted directly to publishers’ communication in the modern media space are still lacking in Ukraine. The objective of the article is to clarify peculiarities and conditions of the activities of Ukrainian book publishers in today’s media space which is an important issue today. It is analyzed the literature and sources on this issue and it is ascertained the theoretical and practical possibilities to take into account the trends in the world of modern media in the PR-activity of book publishers. Also the prospects for further scientific study and practical use of PR-communications in the activity of publishers are determined. The analysis of current changes in the modern information space allows us to trace the general tendencies: the new subject and object areas are formed; the number of subjects is expanded; the new formats of interaction within the system of communications of the organization and in society as a whole are created. That means that publishing house’s PR-communications are complicated by the emergence of new elements, such as active audience, social networks as communication channels, promotions on the Internet and others. PR communication in the Internet space is the most effective and inexpensive tool for interaction of publishers with active audiences. Thus, the activation of PR communication in the modern media space is associated with the emergence of the latest information technologies, online media as well as development of Internet. The use of online channels of Internet for communication with the target audience of publishing organizations has certain advantages over traditional media. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the information saturation of media space, which complicates the way of PR-messages of book publishers to the reader.

BACKGROUND The rapid development of health information technology has an increasingly significant impact on nursing work. The development of informatization also puts forward higher requirements for nurses under standardized training (NUST). Informatics knowledge and skills are essential if clinicians are to master the large volume of information generated in healthcare today. Nurses with competent nursing informatics competencies (NIC) will be able to better adapt to the needs of work and the development of the times. OBJECTIVE This study aimed to explore, analyze, and discuss the current situation of NIC of NUST in China, and analyze the influencing factors, to provide references for improving the NIC of NUST. METHODS We conducted a cross-sectional survey of standard training nurses' NIC in a tertiary hospital in Sichuan Province, China, with convenience sampling. The study consists of two parts included socio-demographic characteristics and NIC, a self-designed general information questionnaire, and a Self-Assessment Nursing Informatics Competency Scale-SF28 were used as survey tools. An online survey collected the data, and the scores of nurses' NIC were analyzed, and the factors were determined by linear regression statistical analysis. RESULTS Overall 191 target population responded to the questionnaire, including 22 males (11.52%) and 169 females (88.48%), the age range was 21 to 28 years, the average age was 24.64 (SD 1.43). 53 persons without computer level certificate (27.75%), 138 persons with computer level certificate (72.25%), the total score of Self-Assessment Nursing Informatics Competency Scale was 68.65 (SD 10.47), the scores of each dimension were role of clinical information 10.12 (SD 2.17), basic computer knowledge and skills 26.64 (SD 4.96), application ability of computer skills 7.16 (SD 1.82), wireless equipment skills 8.02 (SD 2.04), nursing information attitude 16.73 (SD 3.25). In the analysis of influencing factors of NIC, “whether learned professional knowledge through the internet” is the influencing factor of NIC (P< .05). CONCLUSIONS The clinical nursing informatics (NC) of nurses was at a medium level, mainly influenced by “whether learned professional knowledge through the internet.” In the future regulation process, it is necessary to strengthen further the capacity training of information to improve their clinical information decision-making ability and better serve patients.
