The Integrated Modular Avionics System (IMA) has been a core technology for the new generation of aircrafts in recent years. It consists of a set of reusable and interoperable common functional modules. However, the highly coupled relationship of resources makes it difficult to identify and control dangers. As an effective and efficient way, the blueprints are used to describe and manage the IMA system. Owing to the system management functions provided by the blueprints, we can accurately determine the system resources configuration status, which is very crucial for safety analysis. In this paper, we explore the possibilities to conduct safety analysis based on blueprints. A safety analysis method based on blueprints is proposed, which applies mathematical logic to describe the logical relationship between targets and resources provided by the blueprints and uses semi-tensor product of matrix theory to simplify the logical expressions. Based on the mathematical model, we can conduct the fail safety analysis and identify resources failures that may undermine the IMA system safety.

To solve the problem of detecting the permeability of the textile machinery, a dedicated test system has been developed based on the pressure difference measuring method. The established system has a number of advantages including simple, fast and accurate. The mathematical model of influencing factors for permeability is derived based on fluid theory, and the relationship of these parameters is achieved. Further investigations are directed towards the inherent characteristics of the control system. Based on the established model and measuring features, an information fusion based clustering control system is proposed to implement the measurement. Using this mechanical structure, a PID control system and a cluster control system have been developed. Simulation and experimental tests are carried out to examine the performance of the established system. It is noted that the clustering method has a high dynamic performance and control accuracy. This cluster fusion control method has been successfully utilized in powder metallurgy collar permeability testing.

This research aims to find out the relationship of accounting information with management functions in the work unit BRI at Manado city. Management functions which are analyzed in this research are planning, organizing, actuating, and controling. This research use correlation analysis to measure the relationship between accounting information with management functions. Research shows that there is a strong and significant relationship between accounting information and management function in the work unit BRI at Manado city. Between four management functions are analyzed, the functions of planning and control functions have the strongest links with the accounting information on the Manado city BRI working unit. Keywords : Accounting information, manajemen functions.

Women’s access to and control over productive resources, including land, has increasingly been recognized in global discussions as a key factor in reducing poverty, ensuring food security and promoting gender equality. Indeed, this argument has been widely accepted by both feminists and development theorists since the 1980s. Based on qualitative research with 50 purposively selected men and women, this study explored the complexity of women’s access to and control over land within a specific relationship of contestations, negotiations, and manipulations with men. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. While theoretically, participants showed that women’s [secure] access to and control over land has beneficial consequences to women themselves, households and the community at large, in principle, women's access and control status was premised in the traditional framework which largely deprives women, equal access and/or control over the land. The study indicates that even though land is the most revered resource and indeed, the dominant source of income for the rural poor, especially women, gender-erected discrimination and exclusion lie at the heart of many rural women in gaining access to land. This study argues that women's weak access rights and control over land continue to perpetuate the feminization of gender inequality–while men were reported to possess primary access and control over land as the heads of households, women were argued to have secondary rights due to their ‘stranger statuses’ in their husbands’ families. Overall, the degree of access to land among women was reported to be situated within two broad contexts–marriage and inheritance.

ABSTRACT Bovine tuberculosis persists as a costly zoonotic disease in numerous countries despite extensive eradication and control efforts. Sequential serum samples obtained from Mycobacterium bovis-infected cattle were evaluated for seroreactivity to mycobacterial antigens. Animals received M. bovis by aerosol, intratonsil, intranasal, or intratracheal inoculation. Assays included the multiantigen print immunoassay for determination of antigen recognition patterns, immunoblot analysis for sensitive kinetic studies, and the VetTB STAT-PAK test, a novel, rapid test based on lateral-flow technology. Responses to MPB83 were detected for all M. bovis-infected animals regardless of the route or strain of M. bovis used for inoculation. Other less commonly recognized antigens included ESAT-6, CFP-10, and MPB70. Responses to MPB83 were detectable as early as 4 weeks after inoculation, were boosted upon injection of purified protein derivatives for skin testing, and persisted throughout the course of each of the four challenge studies. MPB83-specific immunoglobulin M (IgM) was detected prior to MPB83-specific IgG detection; however, early IgM responses rapidly waned, suggesting a benefit of tests that detect both IgM- and IgG-specific antibodies. The VetTB STAT-PAK test detected responses in sera from 60% (15/25) of the animals by 7 weeks after challenge and detected responses in 96% (24/25) of the animals by 18 weeks. These findings demonstrate the potential for new-generation antibody-based tests for the early detection of M. bovis infection in cattle.

The high precision balls are requested in national defense, astronautics and high-tech commercial domain urgently. Conventional precision machining methods are sensitive to uniformity of abrasives and machining environment. After precision machining, there are easily to produce thick damaged layer on the ball surface because of machining stress and chemical conversion. On the basis of the floating polishing mechanism, a new scatheless ultra-precision polishing method of ball surface can solve the problems of abrasives uniformity effectively and damaged layer. In order to ensure that the new polishing method polishes ball surface equally, the appropriate angular velocities of the ball should be selected. This paper sets up the mathematical model about the motion of ball. By analyzing and simulating the relationship of the angular velocities, the best processing parameters are acquired.

Based on the mathematical model of the PWM converter, control strategy of the grid-side converter directed by the grid voltage and control strategy of the rotor-side converter directed by the stator flux were established combining the vector control theory. The method using the nonlinear simplex algorithm to optimize the PI control parameters of the DFIG unit was first proposed, optimization results proved that this method had good practicality and robustness.

This study develops a mathematical model for describing the dynamics of the banana-nematodes and its pest detection method to help banana farmers. Two criteria: the mathematical model and the type of nematodes pest control system are discussed. The sensitivity analysis, local stability, global stability, and the dynamic behavior of the mathematical model are performed. Further, we also develop and discuss the optimal control mathematical model. This mathematical model represents various modes of management, including the initial release of infected predators as well as the destroying of nematodes. The theoretical results are shown and verified by numerical simulations.
