A composite-metal hybrid assembling stringed truss bridge which based on pre-tightened tooth connection can make full use of the strength of the FRP fiber in the direction of the fiber, and is of higher bearing capacity than the FRP truss bridges with traditional adhesive or bolt connection. However, whether the calculation method of FRP truss bridge with traditional bondingor bolt connection is suitable for this new type of bridge needs to be researched because of the difference on the structural form and connection mode. In order to obtain the suitable method of this kind of bridge, a new method for calculating live load deformation which consider the influence of end of the steel bar sleeve of rod stiffness was established in this paper; the deformation experiment of truss bridge was carried out. The experiment and calculation results show: compared with the calculation method of the live load deformation of the traditional FRP truss bridge, the calculation method of live load deformation considering the effect of the steel sleeve on the end of the rod is in good agreement with the live load deformation obtained by the experiment; the calculation method of inelastic deflection has also been verified by the experimental results.

New-type floor is composed of three kinds of slabs joined together through fittings. It is a kind of anisotropic two-way slab. In order to study the calculation method of natural frequency, series method, variable thickness method and variable stiffness method are adopted to calculate the natural frequency. The calculation results of three methods are compared with test result and numerical simulation result. The conclusion is that the calculation result of the variable stiffness method is the closest to the real natural frequency of new-type floor.

The reasons why the producing of the difference in temperature distributing and thermal stresses of box aqueduct under solar radiation are analyzed. The difference in temperature distributing and thermal stresses are effectively simulated by the finite element software ANSYS.The calculation results indicate that concrete box aqueduct body inter-surface whatever along the longitudinal and transverse will produce considerable thermal stresses under solar radiation, and its value has exceeded the design of concrete tensile strength. Therefore, the thermal stresses under the solar radiation must be considered in the design of box aqueduct body structural. We should appropriately configure temperature reinforcing steel bar.

From the point of view of the failure mechanism of the disturbed zone, this paper uses the limit analysis upper-bound theory to analyze the calculation formula of the loosening pressure, distinguish the difference between the vertical pressure and the horizontal pressure in the underground cavern, combine the loosening characteristics of the disturbed zone with the open-type disturbed zone and the annular disturbed zone, and construct the multirigidity slider translation and rotation failure mode to discuss the calculation method of surrounding rock loosening pressure of underground caverns in upper soft and hard rock stratum. The relevant calculation examples are given, and the application of the upper-bound theory of limit analysis is demonstrated in detail. Based on the actual engineering background, the calculation results of the calculation method of the loosening pressure of the cavity based on the upper-bound theory of the limit analysis are analyzed and compared for the different depths and different types of caverns. The difference, rationality, and applicability of the calculation results of this method are analyzed and discussed.

In recent years aluminum bridges have been constructed in China, but lack of aluminum design and construction standards limits its development. Traditional design theory of concrete and steel can’t be completely adopted for its application in bearing structures. In order to solve technical difficulty, material type, deflection under live load, frequency and bucking of aluminum bridges are analyzed based on aluminum half-opened truss bridges constructed in China. Compared with related design standards at home and abroad, recommendations are put forward to provide theoretical basis for further application and research of aluminum truss bridges.

Every company has an interest in calculating the cost of production. Cost of production is a way to calculate the costs used in producing a product. This study aims to analyze the calculation of the cost of the production method used by the hotel and determine the cost of production calculated by the method of activity-based costing (ABC). The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collected through observation, unstructured interviews, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the cost of production of hotel rooms conducted by the company occurred under costing for standard, superior, and superior plus types of rooms. As for the type of family room, family plus, and family-standard over costing occurs. The difference in the calculation results occurs because the calculation method by the company has not been done in detail as in the ABC method.Setiap perusahaan berkepentingan terhadap perhitungan harga pokok produksi. Harga pokok produksi adalah cara untuk menghitung biaya yang digunakan dalam menghasilkan suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perhitungan metode harga pokok produksi yang digunakan pihak hotel dan mengetahui harga pokok produksi yang dihitung dengan metode Activity Based Costing (ABC). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara tidak terstruktur, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan harga pokok produksi kamar hotel yang dilakukan oleh pihak perusahaan terjadi undercosting untuk jenis kamar standard, superior, dan  superior plus. Sedangkan untuk jenis kamar family, family plus, dan family standard terjadi overcosting. Perbedaan hasil perhitungan tersebut terjadi karena dalam metode perhitungan yang dilakukan perusahaan belum dilakukan secara detail sebagaimana dalam metode ABC.

The purpose of this study is to compare the load calculation results by a model using the air changes per hour (ACH) method and a model using an airflow network (AFN) and to ascertain what causes the difference between the two models. In the basic case study, the difference in the heat transfer distribution of the model in the interior space was investigated. The most significant difference between the two models is the heat transfer that results from infiltration. Parameter analysis was performed to investigate the relationship between the difference and the environmental variables. The result shows that the greater the difference is between the air temperature inside the balcony and the outdoor air temperature, and the greater the air flows from the balcony to the residential area, and the greater the heating and cooling load difference occurs. The analysis using the actual weather files of five domestic cities in South Korea rather than a virtual case shows that the differences are not so obvious when the wind blows at a constant speed throughout the year, but are dominant when the wind does not blow during the night and is stronger alongside the occurrence of sunlight during the day.

Specimens of various sizes are used to determine hydrogen content in deposited metals in such standards as ISO 3690, AWS A 4.3, and GOST 23338 while measuring methods are the same. It causes problems in comparison of experimental results and brings up the following question: what kind of specimen size is optimal to determine hydrogen content? An optimal specimen size was estimated using a calculation method. Experimental and calculation results obtained by using specimens with estimated dimensions were compared to the results obtained by using the specimen with dimensions of 100*25*8 mm to determine hydrogen content in a deposited metal.

There are many thousands of existing pony truss bridges in North America which were constructed in the earlier part of this century and are still serving as important traffic carriers. The present economic situation demands that these bridges should usefully serve their purpose for as long as is safely possible.These bridges could be found inadequate for either or both of the following reasons. With the exception of remote areas, operational traffic safety would require two 12-ft lanes plus adequate shoulders. Many of these old bridges are therefore unsatisfactory from the geometrical point of view. Some bridges were designed for live loads that are only a fraction of present commercial vehicle weights.A computer-oriented method of rigorous analysis of lateral buckling behaviour of pony truss bridges is briefly discussed. The method is implemented through a computer program which has been validated by experimental data. It is expected that the program would predict realistic values of load-carrying capacity of such bridges and would help to avoid many an unnecessary replacement.Various methods of strengthening and widening pony truss bridges, and their pros and cons, are discussed. It is shown that the strengthening of a few components of a pony truss bridge does not always lead to an increase in the load-carrying capacity of the bridge.

<em>The aim of this research is to find out the effectiveness of individual counseling through emotive rational counseling approach in overcoming anxiety in Payakumbuh Class IIB Penitentiary. The population is fostered citizens before the criminal period ends as many as 20 people, while the study sample is fostered citizens before the criminal period ends as many as 5 people and who are indicated to have high anxiety based on non-rondom sampling techniques and recommendations from employees. The data collection instrument is a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using non-parametric statistical tests using Wilcoxon rack test, hypothesis testing using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22. The results showed the difference between the pretest and posttest values. From the Wilcoxon test calculation results obtained a significant sip-value of 2.023. Based on the applicable provisions, it is known that the Wilcoxon Sig p-value test result is 0.043 &lt;α (α = 0.05) which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. From the results of the Wilcoxon test calculation it can be concluded that it is effective to overcome anxiety in the target population before the criminal period expires.</em>

In this paper,by transforming the fully characteristic curve of pump with eighty specific speed to be numeralization he obtained fehleranalyse error of discrete data were analyzed based on the pump similarity theory and the difference between certain assumed condition and real situation in numeralization process. Then the influence of the fehleranalyse error of numeralization method on the pressure boost caused by Pump-off water hammer was computed by a Pump-off water hammer calculation within an real engineering project. The reliability of numeric calculation method of fully characteristic curve of Pump is proved.
