Since the outbreak of COVID-19, all countries have taken certain measures to restrain the spread of COVID-19. It is a complex and practical issue to study the measures and effects of the epidemic prevention and control. The spread of the epidemic in different countries has certain characteristics, and the prevention and control models and effects in different countries are also different. In this paper, the key factors affecting the prevention effect of COVID-19 were analyzed by integrating multiple data and using interdisciplinary methods of mathematics, statistics and information management science on the basis of public management, and the system model of influencing factors of COVID-19 was constructed.

Relying on the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) prevention and control system of project areas and existing health information network, according to the requirements of prevention and treatment of AIDS, and the "National Norms of Basic Public Health Services" as well as the "Community Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Major Contagious Diseases Programs and Procedures" and other regulatory requirements, this project, based on the residents' health records, using B/Sstructure, SSHframe, MVCmodel, ORACLE 10.0 database, is to develop residents' health records information management platform for the comprehensive prevention and control of AIDS, and make the existing AIDS epidemic system, the hospital information management system, residents' health records and health information system interconnected. It contributes to the participation of the administrative department of health, centers for disease control and prevention, hospital and community, and easily promotes organizations to provide technical support for the prevention and control system of AIDS. The platform has been successfully run in five project regions in Henan province, and has established 2, 365, 802 residents' health records about HIV/AIDS prevention and control, produced a good social and economic benefits. Its outlook is promising.

According to the actual monitoring data of mining environment and rock burst happening on the 3511 fully-mechanized workface in Anyuan coal mine, the research of the rock burst on the workface and its surrounding rock of gob-side entry is done and the reasonable supporting scheme is determined. The research results are of great guiding importance to the coal mining that has similar condition, provide scientific basis for the control technology of rock burst on the workface and its gob-side entry as well as the reasonable identification of support parameters on the gob-side tunnel, and supply technology protection in order to accelerate the advancing speed of workface. Finally it can produce larger economic benefit.

Single factor and Plackett-Burman design were used to determine the key environmental factors for Aspergillus flavus growth and aflatoxin production. The results showed that the key factors were culture time, moisture content. So Controling of moisture was crucial for Aflatoxin contamination prevention and control.

Descritores: Prevenção e controle; Participação da Comunidade; Saúde Pública; Vírus da Dengue; Zika Vírus; Vírus Chikungunya.ABSTRACT Objective: to identify the challenges faced by community health agents and agents to combat endemic diseases in the prevention and control of the spread of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Pneumoconiosis has become one of the biggest threats to the occupational health and life safety of mining workers in China. The number of pneumoconiosis cases has continued to rise in recent years. The main task of occupational health development is to study the pathogenesis of pneumoconiosis and to develop mine dust prevention and control technology. Therefore, this paper summarizes the research progress of coal worker pneumoconiosis and dust prevention and control in mines. Firstly, the research progress of coal worker pneumoconiosis is analyzed from the aspects of pathogenesis, animal model and pathological changes of coal worker pneumoconiosis. Then, the existing basic theory and technology of dust prevention are described, including ventilation and dust removal, spray and dust suppression, and chemical dust suppression methods. Finally, based on the dust removal theory of wet shotcrete, the progress of shotcrete dust control technology and equipment used for shotcrete is summarized from the aspects of shotcrete technology process and shotcrete materials. At the same time, in view of the shortcomings of the existing research, the next research prospect is given in the pathogenesis of pneumoconiosis, intelligent dust prevention, jet spraying dust removal and so on. This paper provides theoretical support for realizing the separate source and efficient treatment of mine dust control and helps to improve the clean production level of mine, control and prevent pneumoconiosis.

There is no choice for energy businesses with ongoing epidemic prevention and control but to adapt themselves to the epidemic. Analyzing the decisions of energy enterprises on adaptive behaviors amid the Corona Virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic goes a long way toward economic and social stability and successful containment of the pandemic. With a phone-based or online (Tencent QQ and WeChat) survey on 500 energy companies in 17 prefecture-level cities and autonomous prefectures in Central China’s Hubei Province, we examined the types of adaptive behavior these businesses had chosen to respond to the virus. We utilized the entropy weight method (EWM) and identified key factors that impacted how these companies made decisions on adaptive behavior. On that basis, we compared the samples with state-owned enterprises and private businesses in terms of the criticality of factors affecting their decisions on adaptive behavior. The significant findings are as follows. First, the adaptive behaviors of Hubei-based energy companies were for philanthropic, economic, or technical purposes. Besides, concerning the confidence level, the central government’s general requirement for epidemic prevention and control, current economic realities, cost-benefit analysis of adaptive behavior, the awareness of corporate social responsibility, and energy policy support from governments were key factors that affect decisions of Hubei’s energy enterprises on adaptive behavior. Their criticality rates 0.999 6, 0.999 5, 0.999 0, 0.997 1, and 0.995 8, respectively. Moreover, the key affecting factors of these samples differed from those of energy enterprises of a different nature. The nature of energy businesses holds sway over the identification of those key factors. The criticality of which also varies with the distinctive nature of the enterprises. Finally, we presented the theoretical implications of the present work and policy-making recommendations.
