This research was aimed to 1) study current conditions, problems, and needs of teachers for development and learning management in the extended educational opportunities schools (EEOSs: schools where they extended fundamental education from primary level of six years to lower secondary level of nine years), in Thailand, 2) develop the system of teacher development for the learning management, 3) implement and extend the results of study to other EEOSs. Research methodology was based on research and development approach which divided into three stages as follows: Stage 1) Preliminary study on current conditions, problems, and needs from related literature. The synthesis of related ideas and theories were then validated by the survey on the subjects representing school administrators and academic affairs teachers. Statistics used were percentage, means, and standard deviation. Stage 2) System development for the learning management was validated by nine educational experts. The validity of the system was based on feasibility and content appropriateness. Stage 3) Implementation of the system. The school performed teacher development program according to the procedures described in the manual. There were five research tools used which included: data survey, semi-structure interview, knowledge evaluation, learning management competency evaluation, and satisfaction evaluation. Research finding reported that the teachers needed professional development on professional training, study visit, and internal supervision. The system of teacher development has four main factors: input, process, output, and feedback. Overall, the system was the standard baseline for effective training in the EEOSs and possible to implement in other schools for learning management and student effectiveness.

It is noted that the project does not meet the formal requirements of the program document, has a number of unreasonable proposals and measures, the implementation of which may threaten the sustainable development of the region. The authors believe that in the development process it is necessary to take into account the principles of environmental and economic balance. The conclusion is made about the feasibility of developing a methodological framework for evaluating such documents as a tool for achieving sustainable development goals.

The article examines the work of the “Moscow Longevity” state project/program. The analysis is carried through on the assessments given by the elderly residents of Moscow, as well as specialists from social welfare institutions responsible for the implementation of the program. The program is newly established and has been working in Moscow for over two years. The author names 4 stages for the implementation of the program: preparatory, trial, main, and “special” stages. This staging is based on the existing legal acts regulating the implementation of the project, as well as on the analysis of sociological research. The primary sources of data are: interviews conducted by the author with elderly residents of Moscow regarding the “Moscow Longevity” program (April-May 2020); surveys and focus groups conducted by the author during her work at the Moscow Institute of Additional Professional Training of Social Workers (2016-2017). The article examines statistics and publications in the mass media concerning the success of the “Moscow Longevity” project. Elderly Muscovites and employees of social organizations highly appreciated the ongoing activities, noting their relevance and timeliness, both for involving senior citizens in an active lifestyle and for adapting the elderly to a new period of life “for themselves”. Participants of the program take computer courses, study foreign languages, attend dance lessons, go to sports classes, develop artistic and aesthetic skills, master tourism, and visit cultural sites in Moscow. However, the program also has significant drawbacks, eliminating which requires significant material and technical resources as well as personnel work. Each year the participants voiced the same problems associated with the poor condition of the premises and the lack of an individual approach to activities’ organization. The “special” stage related to the situation with the coronavirus pandemic revealed a lack of computer skills among the program participants (despite the conducted computer classes) and inability to quickly adapt to new conditions.

An event is a means for students to improve their soft skill and hard skill. In college, one kind of event that usually held regularly is an exhibition. It is usually held around the universities environtment, but in practice there are still some shortcomings, such as the registration process is done manually, attendance of participants that are not integrated with the system, and unavailability of certificates for participants who have attended the event. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, organizing the events must be done online, so we need a system that can accommodate this. Therefore, this study aims to create an event management system that can manage exhibition event data. Besides, the system is also equipped with a feature to generate an E-Certificate that has a QR Code embedded. The method used in this study is Extreme Programming, with its flexible nature toward changes to facilitate the process of system development. The testing in this study is using black box method, with the test results show that all functional in the system can run well in accordance with user expectations. The use of the Extreme Programming method produces a quality system, because users are involved during the system development process.
