Presents an algorithm and a mathematical model for controlling a technological process to minimize losses associated with an emergency in production. The conditions and features of the functioning of the technological process in the conditions of the flow method of performing work are presented. The conditions and schemes of pairing interconnected resources have been deter-mined, which allow their replacement to improve the efficiency of technological process control while observing the technology or organization of construction. Criteria are enclosed that assess the quality of the organisational-economic situation before and after the management of the tech-nological process of management. A matrix of incidents is given, which makes it possible to deter-mine the conditions of an emergency situation, to assess the loss and to make an operative decision about the compensation of these losses, which have arisen during an emergency stop of the pro-cess. The proposed model allows you to vary the parameters, change the search area to achieve the desired results. The model is invariant to the object of technological process control, which allows changing its parameters by adjusting the adjacency and incident matrices.

Abstract Organisations active in the market, regardless of the sphere of action, must constantly face pressures from an uncompromising competition. Therefore, if organisations wish to be successful in the market and constantly move forward, they must draw attention to the quality of products in the market. Statistical process control is the implementation of such statistical methods through which the production process is regulated and controlled to ensure the production of the highest possible amount of products that comply with requirements imposed on them.

The article is devoted to solving one of the most important problems of the development of the sugar industry in Russia – the modernization of sugar production processes. Today, sugar production is actively being modernized, shifting most of its processes to the path of avomatization and optimization to improve the quality of products. This article describes one of the main ways to obtain information about the concentration of sucrose in syrup in the production of sugar.

Reducing the duration of construction works requires additional organizational measures, such as selecting construction methods that assure a shorter realization time, engaging additional resources, working overtime, or allowing construction works to be performed simultaneously in the same working units. The simultaneous work of crews may affect the quality of works and the efficiency of construction processes. This article presents a simulation model aimed at assessing the impact of the overlap period on the extension of the working time of the crews and the reduction of a repetitive project’s duration in random conditions. The purpose of simulation studies is to provide construction managers with guidelines when deciding on the dates of starting the sequential technological process lines realized by specialized working crews, for sustainable scheduling and organization of construction projects.

The article presents special characteristics of mathematical modeling of the process control a resource efficient heat supply system of industrial buildings and facilities, where constant temperature maintenance is especially critical for the process. A functional diagram of the operation of the continuous heat supply process is provided. The dependence of temperature at the point of heat-transfer fluid mixing on environmental is analyzed and control system operation algorithm is proposed.

One challenge for volume manufacturing of 4H-SiC devices is the state-of-the-art wafer dicing technology – the mechanical blade dicing which suffers from high tool wear and low feed rates. In this paper we discuss Thermal Laser Separation (TLS) as a novel dicing technology for large scale production of SiC devices. We compare the latest TLS experimental data resulting from fully processed 4H-SiC wafers with results obtained by mechanical dicing technology. Especially typical product relevant features like process control monitoring (PCM) structures and backside metallization, quality of diced SiC-devices as well as productivity are considered. It could be shown that with feed rates up to two orders of magnitude higher than state-of-the-art, no tool wear and high quality of diced chips, TLS has a very promising potential to fulfill the demands of volume manufacturing of 4H-SiC devices.
