Abstract With the rapid development of modern economy and science and technology, my country’s computer technology has also been rapidly developed. E-Learning is the process of distance learning by using of computer technology, computer network and/or Internet. E-Learning is delivered by utilizing computing devices. With e-learning, lecture material can be distributed either on-line using a network connection as well as off-line using a mobile media. One type of software used in distance learning is Groupware. It is a software product to support a group of people who share a task or goal to work together to achieve that goal. Two types of groupware technology are Electronic Teleconferencing and Real-time Collaboration Tools. Electronic Teleconferencing is electronic communication technology that allows two or more people in different locations to simultaneously conduct the conference. In Video Conference, participants in a location can see the other participants who are in different locations.

With development and progress of the network communication technology and computer technology , the office automation obtains the rapid development, in order to promote the development of automation level of college office workers. With the rapid development of computer technology, various distributed-component technologies are emerging. CCM specification, which has the features of independent of platforms and development languages, complete model, standard protocol and interface, has been widely recognized in computer industry. In this specification, the reuse of software is achieved through assembling. Its openness and extensibility makes it especially suitable for the integration of large-scale information system. Based on the introduction of CCM specification and information system integration, proposes the application of CCM specification to information system integration, and describes the integrating method from four aspects of integration framework, hierarchy structure, development process, and operation characteristic.

Abstract With the rapid development of broadband carrier communication technology, the power line communication market is growing. However, the frequency band of power line communication overlaps with other radio services, mainly the High Frequency (HF) radio services. In addition, power line communication may have electromagnetic leakage in the open air. Large-scale power line communication system will give a much greater interference to some critical HF radio services. In this paper, the standards and researches relative to the power line communication system are reviewed. Based on existing studies, impact analysis which includes the impact probability and severity of the power line communication system on HF equipment is proposed. In addition, explicit explanations are provided. The proposed impact analysis methods are applied to simulations and evaluations. Numerical results demonstrate that a large-scale power line communication system will cause additional ambient noise, which affects the performance and reliability of HF equipment with a high probability.
