The purpose of the study: analysis of the mechanism of socio-psychological adaptation of personnel as a factor in ensuring the effectiveness of organizational interaction in corporations. The subject of research: corporate relations that develop in the process of social and psychological adaptation of personnel. Social and psychological adaptation of personnel requires special, organizationally separate attention of corporate management. The personnel adaptation process should not be "let loose" or be mixed with the professional adaptation of workers. The management of the corporation must have a planned program of action specifically aimed at ensuring the social and psychological adaptation of personnel to changes. As a result of the study, it was substantiated that socio-psychological adaptation as an institution of organizational behavior has an internal structure, the most significant components of which are the adaptation of “newcomers”, their “entry into the team”; development by employees of new job duties due to internal corporate changes; staff getting used to the new conditions of the corporation.

Well-being is something that everyone, especially breastfeeding mothers, wants to achieve. Well-being is needed by postpartum mothers to play a new role optimally in the lactation process. The individual experience of breastfeeding is influenced by knowledge, positive affect and a lot of confidence in the breastfeeding process to achieve well-being during the postpartum psychological adaptation process. This study aims to describe the well-being of breastfeeding mothers. Literature review regarding the well-being of breastfeeding mothers using databases from ProQuest, ScienceDirect, JSTOR, and Scopus obtained from 2008-2020 with a total of 10 articles. Synthesis analysis reveals seven aspects that affect the well-being of postpartum mothers in the breastfeeding process, such as 1) family support, 2) self-efficacy, 3) initiation in the first time breastfeeding. 4) positive mood, 5) awareness of self-acceptance, 6) negative obstetric experience, 7) knowledge. Postpartum mothers can improve well-being through the management of factors that influence postpartum psychological adaptation as a positive preventive effort in increasing the ability of the lactation process to prevent ineffective breastfeeding.

Abstract. As a response to the lack of quantitative and reliable measures of the team adaptation process, the aim of the present study was to develop and validate an instrument for assessing the four phases of the team adaptation process as described by Rosen and colleagues (2011) . Two trained raters and two subject matter expert groups contributed to the development of four behaviorally anchored rating scales (BARS) that span across the spectrum of team processes involved in each team adaptation phase. To validate the four BARS, two different trained raters assessed independently the team adaptation phases of 66 four-person teams. The validation study provided empirical support for the BARS’ psychometric adequacy. The BARS measures overcame the common middle anchor problem, showed sensitivity in differentiating between teams and between the four phases, showed evidence for acceptable reliability, construct, and criterion validity, and supported the theoretical team adaptation process assumptions. The study contributes to research and praxis by enabling the direct assessment of the overall team adaptation process, thereby facilitating our understanding of this complex phenomenon. This allows the identification of behavioral strengths and weaknesses for targeted team development and comprehensive team adaptation studies.

This article explores the sources of legitimacy of private property in the means of production in Ukraine. The conceptualization of legitimacy of private property was made by analyzing theoretical approaches to the study of the foundations of private property relations in Western countries. The application of these approaches tests economic utilitarian, psychological, and sociocultural explanations of legitimacy of large and small private enterprises and private land in the process of activation of post-communist transition of Ukrainian society. The basic hypothesis was that the process of legitimation of private property in the means of production proceeds by uniting utilitarian and psychological adaptation with sociocultural agreement of ideological attitudes. This hypothesis was verified with the help of created legitimacy indices by comparison of linear regressions and data of the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of Ukraine for 2013 and 2017. The results indicate that the hypothesis has been held true only concerning legitimacy of small private enterprises. They have acquired a moderate extent of legitimacy owing to the fact that besides the factors of adaptation, social recognition has increased at the expense of people who support the multiparty system and the liberal and mixed methods of regulation of the economy. In contrast, the existence of large private enterprises and private land has not acquired the corresponding sociocultural foundation.
