SummaryWe are still confronted by numerous different nosographic models and problems concerning the objective evaluation of patients progress during treatment. It is interesting to consider the consequences of this situation in psychiatry which still involves a relative diversity of practical methods used in clinical trials. The recommendations of the USA Food and Drug Administration, on the one hand, constitute a highly structured and precise reference. The World Health Organization, on the other hand, promulgates general recommendations resulting from a compromise designed to satisfy the greatest number of clinicians.Despite the apparently diverse principles and the different practical methods they propose, both those sets of recommendations have been useful in inspiring clinicians to reflect upon these different methodological approaches. The qualities of the inclusion criteria used in the study of patients and the sensitivity of the different measuring instruments have allowed psychotropic drug users as well as producers to recognize the need for a certain rigour in clinical trials. The FDA and WHO guidelines have certainly improved the quality of clinical trials in psychopharmacology. However, they also represent a source of resistance to innovation.A series of consensus meetings to first reconcile US and European points of view and later to include new techniques in the recognized sets of methods would therefore be helpful.

Colic is the major cause of morbidity and mortality, premature deaths, and is the number one health concern in horses. To increase the quality of life for horses, it is vital to understand the causes, signs, diagnostics, treatment, and prevention of colic. Horses are hindgut fermenters and their cecal microbiome can easily be altered due to environmental and physiological changes. Colic can be induced from starch overloading, which can have detrimental effects on the cecum microbiome, such as decreasing hindgut pH and altering the production of volatile fatty acids. In addition, if the immune system becomes compromised, causing changes in the hindgut microbiome, this will trigger a proliferation of opportunistic and pathogenic bacteria, which can cause numerous gastrointestinal diseases, resulting in colic. However, identifying a variety of microorganisms in the cecum is extremely difficult and understudied because difficulties in sampling and not all bacteria strains can be cultured. Therefore, next generation sequencing has helped in identifying microbes found in the gastrointestinal tract. Using the application of metagenomics, allows scientists to be able to sequence thousands of microorganisms simultaneously. In addition, exploring new techniques to help identify and achieve a clearer picture of the microbiome population and how it may change during bouts of colic could revolutionize the way veterinarians diagnose colic and tailoring a treatment specific to the microoganisms that are proliferating. Therefore, understanding the mechanisms of colic and next technological advances could increase the quality of life for horses and minimize the mortality rates.

Sport as a model of human creativity is a form of physical activity that has very complex dimensions, which undergo a systematic process in the form of all activities or efforts that can encourage, arouse, develop and foster one's physical and spiritual potential. as individuals or members of society. in the form of games, competitions/contests, and intensive physical activities to obtain recreation, victory, and peak potential. Sport is currently a trend or lifestyle for some of the general public, even to the point of becoming a basic need in life. National development through the development of sports in Indonesia in this reform era has become a strategic vehicle, especially improving the quality of human resources, as well as the formation of the character and character of the nation, in this paper many factors play a role in success in the field of sports, one of which the author wants to examine the differences and similarities between the performance sports system that runs in Indonesia and China. This study aims to compare the development of achievement sports systems carried out in Indonesia and China in order to improve the quality and competence of sports. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through documentation studies. The results of this study conclude that the government's contribution is needed in preparing winning strategies, training facilities, increasing competition opportunities and increasing resources that can be assisted by a team of academics and researchers from universities to find new techniques in training to support the maximum use of sport science. Keywords: achievement sports system, Indonesia, China.

Diagnostic imaging is a branch of medicine that has been developing for over a century. Technological progress in this area has contributed to the emergence of new techniques such as nuclear medicine, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance. Mastering these techniques and skillfully using them requires physicians to continuously deepen their knowledge and skills. Therefore, the European Association of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging (EAVDI) has been established to ensure that the quality of services provided by veterinary surgeons is of the highest quality.

Productivity is the result that all organizations seek, but every day it is more difficult to achieve it and especially in the current context such as the pandemic generated by the Covid-19 virus, this need for transformation has provided new areas of opportunity throughout the world. world, generating new techniques, jobs and knowledge. This is the case of the present investigation that focuses on the realization of a technical report in the citrus exporting companies of the southeast of the area, taking as a reference the company GM citrus This report is carried out through a systemic approach and comprehensive, considering the use of the Comprehensive Technical Productivity Assessment tool (TIEP) that integrates within its application the evaluation of 10 priority elements to achieve productivity and therefore the quality of organizations. It should be noted that the information that integrates the tool and the elements is taken directly from the experts linked in the context of the study. It is of great importance to mention the participation of the personnel who collaborated to compile the information, as well as the experts who advised to be able to integrate a comprehensive scheme of the organizational scenario.

Thanks to technological developments, distance education helped new techniques and strategies to emerge in the instruction field. However, these developments may cause problems about integration of the interaction between students and instructors. Communication is seen as one of the biggest problems. Instructors' online communications and their attitudes towards this process affect quality of teaching and learning processes. Other factors affecting this process are learning environment and its effective use. This study is designed to incorporate a mixed method with the aim of reflecting instructors' experiences about different communication techniques and learning environments. In scope of this research, the researchers planned a four-week process using the communication that the researchers have been establishing with Ege University Faculty of Education's instructors. The researchers will use different mobile devices and feedback methods for the process.

As providers of higher education begin to harness the power of big data analytics, one very fitting application for these new techniques is that of predicting student attrition. The ability to pinpoint students who might soon decide to drop out, or who may be following a suboptimal path to success, allows those in charge to not only understand the causes for this undesired outcome, but it also provides room for the development of early intervention systems. While making such inferences based on academic performance data alone is certainly possible, we claim that in many cases there is no substantial correlation between how well a student performs and his or her decision to withdraw. This is especially true when the overall set of students has a relatively similar academic performance. To address this issue, we derive measurements of engagement from students' electronic portfolios and show how these features can be effectively used to augment the quality of predictions.

Over the past years, deep drilling technology developed quickly. New technologies better quality of drilling work and accelerated the drilling process. At present, 20-25% are new techniques while 75-80% drilling methods used worldwide are traditional. Slovakia is quite at the rear of this tendency: our utilization ration shows 95-98% traditional drilling methods, in comparison to only 2-5% new ones. Advancement of new deep well boring technologies causes the evolution of new types of drilling sets for deep drilling (depending on applied techniques). Techniques used have a mechanical and physical impact for drilling of rock. Several tests and analyses of disintegration and drilling methods were performed over the last years. The article focuses on a description of the working principle and utilization possibilities.

According to application of thermal insulation materials in the practical construction of electrical heat tracing in viscous oil pipeline, impact factors of rigid polyurethane foam widely used as new insulation material are systemically analyzed by Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) in the theory of Grey System to find out priorities among those factors. To further study their performances and to improve the quality of constructions, ten field experiments were carried out in Tanggula Mountain. The foaming conditions and the performances of the rigid polyurethane foam were recorded to be analyzed by GRA. The analysis results, acting as scientific guidance for construction, show that the insulation quality of rigid polyurethane foam is mainly determined by the ratio of components, thus the priority is to control such dominant factor and overall consideration of other factors should be taken to ensure insulation quality in the foaming process. More field experiments prove that the ratio should be controlled between 1.15 and 1.18 to ensure the thermal insulation.
