Productivity is the result that all organizations seek, but every day it is more difficult to achieve it and especially in the current context such as the pandemic generated by the Covid-19 virus, this need for transformation has provided new areas of opportunity throughout the world. world, generating new techniques, jobs and knowledge. This is the case of the present investigation that focuses on the realization of a technical report in the citrus exporting companies of the southeast of the area, taking as a reference the company GM citrus This report is carried out through a systemic approach and comprehensive, considering the use of the Comprehensive Technical Productivity Assessment tool (TIEP) that integrates within its application the evaluation of 10 priority elements to achieve productivity and therefore the quality of organizations. It should be noted that the information that integrates the tool and the elements is taken directly from the experts linked in the context of the study. It is of great importance to mention the participation of the personnel who collaborated to compile the information, as well as the experts who advised to be able to integrate a comprehensive scheme of the organizational scenario.

The development of beef cattle farms can be done through an integrated system and the involvement of family labor. The objective of this study is to know the family labor productivity in the integrated Bali cattle business and palm oil plantations in Wiwirano District, North Konawe Regency. The research material is breeders in the District of Wiwirano who carry out the integration efforts of Bali cattle and palm oil, As many as 4 villages in Wiwirano district, that integrated the Bali cattle and oil palm were determined by stratified sampling. 60 respondents from 4 villages were selected using simple random sampling. The average allocation of family labor in the Bali cattle business reaches 5,635 hours/day or 0,653 HOK/day. While the allocation of family labor in the palm oil business reaches 10,121 hours/day or 1,151 HOK. The technical productivity of the Bali cattle business is 4,72 ST/HOK and economic productivity is Rp 83.983,43/HOK. While the technical productivity of the oil palm plantation business is 133,69 kg/HOK and economic productivity is Rp 120.772,75/HOK.Keywords: Labor, Bali Cattle, Palm Oil.

The only existing approach to analyze the impact of excessive credit on the economy is based on statistics. Its main drawback is small intervals of changes in countries’ indicators, limited by current values. So researchers cannot notice how too much credit causes a financial crisis. To eliminate this and other shortcomings of the statistical approach, the author proposes a different approach: to use for such an analysis an economic model in which one can change credit levels. The most adequate model is a causal simulation model that reflects the main types of legal and shadow economic activity in their relationship. The author has developed such a model. This model showed that the level of loans 25% of output (51.8% of GDP), could create Ukraine’s financial crisis. Since loans are mainly used for investment, the author introduced the concept of the technical productivity of investment to link them with the technical progress, and with GDP growth. The technical productivity of investment measures their ability to reduce the rate of material or labor costs. Besides, the introduction of an indicator of technical productivity of investment made it possible to obtain an analytical dependence of the rate of economic growth on the level of loans and technical productivity of investment.

For the macro characteristic of active investment, we introduced the concept of the technical productivity of investment. It characterizes an investment’s capacity to reduce the norm of material or labor costs.Based on the technical productivity of investment, we derived the equation (not identity) of economic dynamics. We have proposed measuring the efficiency of investments by added-value to reflect their effectiveness for the business owner’s far-sighted interests in minimizing the turnover of skilled workers. We have proposed to use the criteria in terms of the state – the maximum of the real GDP growth and the maximum of the sum of real GDP for the country as a whole. We defined the limits of an investment’s technical productivity, for which the investor receives the desired payback or effectiveness, and an economy in maximal development. For this, we used our causal simulation model of Ukraine’s economy dynamics, which, in contrast to the known models, reflects the main types of legal and shadow economic activities in their relationships.

Kata Kunci: curahan tenaga kerja, partisipasi anak, produktivitas tenaga kerja, usaha sapi potongABSTRACTThe research objective was to analyze the outpouring of labor for beef cattle business, the analysis of labor engineering productivity and the factors that influence the productivity of small-scale livestock business labor techniques. Research location in Tumpang sub-district, Malang Regency, East Java. The number of respondents 90 farmers. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM), the software used warpPLS 5.0. The results showed that the workflow of family members (husband, wife and children) was 4 hours/day. Non-family labor was as much as 0.08 hours/day used to search forage. The technical productivity of beef cattle business was inefficient and the level of children's participation in the beef cattle business is 11%. The model of family labor participation, the number of livestock ownership and child participation in the beef cattle business influence technical productivity. The level of participation of children in beef cattle business has a positive influence on the Technical Productivity of Labor. Keywords: beef cattle business, child participation, labor productivity, the outpouring of labor

Pair programming is a collaborative programming practice that places participants in dyads, working in tandem at one computer to complete programming assignments. Pair programming studies with Computer Science (CS) and Software Engineering (SE) majors have identified benefits such as technical productivity, program/design quality, academic performance, and increased satisfaction for their participants. In this paper, pair programming is studied with Management Information Systems (MIS) majors, who (unlike CS and SE majors taking several programming courses) typically take only one programming course and often struggle to develop advanced programming skills within that single course. The researchers conducted two pair programming experiments in an introductory software development course for MIS majors over three semesters to determine if pair programming could enhance learning for MIS students. The program results, researchers’ direct observations, and participants’ responses to a survey questionnaire were analyzed after each experiment. The results indicate that pair programming appears to be beneficial to MIS students’ technical productivity and program design quality, specifically the ability to create programs using high-level concepts. Additionally, results confirmed increased student satisfaction and reduced frustration, as the pairs worked collaboratively to produce a program while actively communicating and enjoying the process.
