The use of video conferencing technology is increasing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Bigbluebutton and jitsi are examples of open source video conferencing platforms that can be installed on their own servers. The server is created using a cloud-based virtual machine. Analysis of quality of service which includes delay, packet loss, throughput, and jitter is needed to determine the quality of service and the comparison of the two platforms. Observations were also made on the use of CPU, memory / RAM, and disk usage for each server. There are 3 test scenarios carried out. Each scenario is carried out on each existing VM specification. From this test, it is known that in the delay parameter, the highest bigbluebutton is obtained, which is 35,35 ms. And then the highest jitsi delay is 17,66 ms. In packet loss parameters, jitsi obtained the highest yield, namely 0,29%, while for bigbluebutton only 0,16% of packet loss was the highest. Throughput, bigbluebutton and jitsi all got very bad results. However, bigbluebutton obtained better results, namely, the highest throughput was 5.6%. While Jitsi obtained the highest throughput, namely 2,8%. Whereas for the jitter parameter, jitsi obtained 0,00 ms results on all tests in each VM. Meanwhile, bigbluebutton, get 0,1 ms on test 3 on VM 1

Virtual education is distance teaching in which teachers and students are in different places but can be connected to each other via the internet network. The virtual education system is divided into two, namely Learning Management System (LMS) and virtual classes. One of virtual education is video conferencing (vicon). A fully capable network is required to comply with Quality of Service (QoS) standards for real-time applications. This study analyzes the QoS of vicon features in LMS at the University of Nasional that is BigBlueButtonBN. Based on the QoS parameters obtained 25% throughput, 100% packet loss, 84.75% delay, 37.5% jitter and 58.5% MOS. Based on the bandwidth requirements of each parameter, the results are 61.2% or 27.9411MB. Networks, such as the Internet, have become the most important communication infrastructure of today’s society. It enables the worldwide users (individual, group, and organizational) to access and exchange remote information scattered over the world. Currently, due to the growing needs in telecommunications (Void, video-conference, Void, etc.) and the diversity of transported flows, the Internet network does not meet the requirements of the future integrated-service networks that carry multimedia data traffic with a high quality of service (QoS). The main drivers of this evolution are the continuous growth of the bandwidth requests, the promise of cost improvements, and finally the possibility of increasing profits by offering new services.

Era Pandemi menyebabkan peningkatan penggunaan aplikasi konferensi video yang tiba-tiba dan siginifikan. Bagi perusahaan harus segera beradaptasi dalam hal aplikasi komunikasi. Salah satu aplikasi yang bisa digunakan yaitu openmeetings. Openmeetings adalah aplikasi yang digunakan sebagai pengatur konferensi yang terinstal pada server. Umumnya server dibangun menggunakan komponen fisik, namun memiliki keterbatasan sehingga seringkali mengalami penurunan performa dalam segi kecepatan server dalam menjalankan layanan. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan performa server harus menambah atau mengganti perangkat keras sehingga kurang menguntungkan pada biaya operasional. Konsep Cloud selain dapat mengefisienkan biaya operasional server juga handal dalam hal ketersedian layanan. Cloud merupakan sebuah model Client-server, dapat diakses oleh pengguna dimana saja dan kapan saja. Membangun Cloud salah satunya dapat menggunakan openstack, merupakan software open source untuk membangun cloud. Penelitian dilakukan perbandingan harga cloud dengan komponen fisik serta pengujian Video Conference yang di jalankan dalam Cloud untuk mengetahui kinerja Cloud dari sisi Quality of Service (QoS) meliputi delay, packetloss, jitter dan throughput. Hasilnya disimpulkan menggunakan cloud lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan menggunakan server fisik. nilai rata-rata terbesar pada sisi upload adakah throughput sebesar 639.85kbps, delay sebesar 30.22ms, jitter sebesar 10.35ms dan packetloss sebesar 0.94%, untuk nilai rata-rata terbesar pada sisi download adalah throughput sebesar 1,856.55kbps, delay sebesar 10.19ms, jitter sebesar 6.18ms dan packetloss sebesar 0.87%.

Video Conference is an interactive telecommunication technology or system utilizing the internet network so that it is able to interact with audio video with two or more people without considering the distance or different locations, but video conference requires a stable internet network in accordance with the parameters set by Telecommunications and Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Networks (TIPHON) and to determine the quality of video conference can use Quality of Service (QoS). The purpose of this study is to determine delay, throughput, jitter, and packet loss and if someone is doing video conference services on the network, their use can be further enhanced through QoS than other users who only do ordinary internet services (browsing, chatting, etc.) on the network the same network. Here the author uses the Quality of Service (QoS) method as a regulator of internet bandwidth to maximize the use of video conferencing services so that they can run stably when the flow of internet traffic is quite dense. The results of this study are based on the standard TIPHON calculation using the QoS method in testing more or less affect the quality of the video conference service with the evidence in the packet loss recorded at the time of upload and download, mostly touching the 0% figure compared to without using QoS. That way using the help of the QoS method can increase the level of quality and effectiveness in conducting video conference services.

Abstract  —  Video Conference is a communication service that can be used to bring together two users (client) or more. Video conferencing can be used for a variety of activities that require communication in real-time without having to come face to face directly. One open-source that can be utilized as a means of communicating is OpenMeetings. OpenMeetings uses IP and in the same network as a means of conducting video conferencing between clients. But if a client is not in the same network, it can utilize the Virtual Private Network (VPN) technology. The VPN can be remote by using a MikroTik router. The Video conferencing service requires fairly high and stable connectivity. Quality of Service (QoS) can be used whether the network is eligible for video conferencing. The QoS parameters used are throughput and packet loss. The QoS test can be done using Wireshark.

Abstract. Wi-Fi areas are accessible in many places, it makes it easier to access the Internet rather than using LAN cable. On the other hand, the Internet itself is a best effort network, which means it does not provide Quality of Service (QoS) mechanism and no traffic classification. This study evaluates the performance of three scheduling methods, including FIFO, Priority Queuing (PQ), and Weighted Fair Queuing (WFQ), on video conference, VoIP and FTP services, implemented in ST3 Telkom campus networks. The results of packet end-to-end delay and packet delay variation for VoIP in WFQ theory scenario is better than the others, that is 171,717ms and 0,977ms. While in video conference services, the result of packet end-to-end delay and packet delay variation in WFQ theory is better than other queuing theory as well, 32,495ms and 7,207ms respectively. This is because the WFQ scheduling mechanism has bandwidth allocation that adapts well to the requirements of the services.Keywords: Wi-Fi, QoS, FIFO, PQ, WFQ Abstrak. Area Wi-Fi banyak kita jumpai di berbagai tempat, menjadikannya sebagai media akses internet yang lebih mudah untuk digunakan dibandingkan menggunakan kabel LAN. Di lain sisi, internet sendiri merupakan jaringan yang bersifat best effort, yang berarti tidak menyediakan mekanisme Quality of Service (QoS) dan tidak ada klasifikasi trafik layanan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi mengenai performansi dari tiga metode scheduling, diantaranya FIFO, Priority Queuing (PQ), dan Weighted Fair Queuing (WFQ), pada layanan video conference, VoIP dan FTP, menggunakan topologi Wi-Fi kampus ST3 Telkom. Nilai packet end-to-end delay dan packet delay variation untuk VoIP pada skenario WFQ lebih baik dibandingkan teori antrian lain, yaitu sebesar 171,717ms dan 0,977ms secara berurutan. Pada video conference, nilai packet end-to-end delay dan packet delay variation WFQ juga lebih baik dibandingkan teori antrian lain, yaitu dengan nilai 32,495ms dan 7,207ms secara berurutan. Hal ini dikarenakan pada WFQ memiliki alokasi bandwidth yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan.Kata Kunci: Wi-Fi, QoS, FIFO, PQ, WFQ

The aims of this study are to measure the level of service quality and how to improve the quality of service execution in re-measurement tera and tera of UTTP in Commerce On duty Co-Operation, Industrial and Commerce Of Sub-Province of Pacitan. This research’s object is traditional market of Minulyo Pacitan as mains market in Sub-Province of Pacitan with 100 perpetrator people of sample as user/owner of UTTP (ukur,timbang, takar, dan perlengkapannya) with method intake of sampel by Convenience Sampling. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires and direct interview. This research use qualitative analysis instrument test of validity and reliability to know valid or not and reliabel or not about the questions of questionnaire. Then, this research was done with Servqual method as instrument to do measurement of service quality. The measurement of service quality in Servqual method pursuant to five service dimension that is tangibles, responsiveness, realibility, assurance, and empathy. This research will be measured of gap 5 that is difference among performance and its expectation. Ad for yielded gap from a enumeration of Servqual 5 gap, -146 progressively lower him mount the quality of given service activities. Therefore, its needs the existence of priority repair of service quality, in this case is service of remeasurement tera and tera of UTTP at biggest difference or gap that is at variable of Responsiveness ( Energy Listen carefully) and attribute that has smallest difference that is – 0.44 at dimension question of variable of Tangibles ( Evidence Physical). This study departs from the hajj bailout financing facility which is a booming product because of the customer's interest, but in this case there is a difference in the target achievement between Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Ujungberung KCP which is less successful in improving the hajj bailout products while the Rancaekek KCP is very superior in one consolidation Ahmad Yani Branch Office Bandung. This is what is interesting for researchers to carry out this research, the difference constraints include service quality and promotion factors. This phenomenon raises problems that must be examined, namely how the influence of service quality and promotion of market share expansion products hajj bailouts at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujungberung and KCP Rancaekek Bandung. This study aims academically to contribute in the study of Islamic economics in worksheets, especially the quality of service and promotion of market share expansion and practically expected to be able to provide input to all employees of BSM KCP Ujungberung regarding the quality of service and promotion of market expansion of bailout products. Hajj that has been successfully carried out by BSM KCP Rancaekek.The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence of service quality on the expansion of market share by 53.3% with a strong correlation of 0.730 and through t test, where t counts at 8.245 (> t table), then H_0 is rejected and H_i is accepted. Furthermore, there is a significant influence of promotion on the expansion of market share by 30.3% with a moderate / sufficient correlation of 0.550 through t test, where t counts is 4.219 (> t table), then H_ (0) is rejected and H_i is accepted. Then there is a significant influence of service quality and promotion simultaneously to the expansion of market share by 60.6% and a strong correlation of 0.784 and through Test F, where F count is 67.023 (> F table), then 〖H〗 _ ( 0) rejected and H_i accepted.

This writing is done to determine the effect of information quality and service quality on attitudes in the use of application systems with the ease of use of the system as an intervining variable in online transportation services (gojek) in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is customers who use online motorcycle transportation services in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires through the Goegle form and distributed with social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram on a 1-4 scale to measure 4 indicators. The results of this study show 1) the quality of information affects the ease of use, 2) the quality of service affects the ease of use, 3) the quality of information influences attitudes in use, 4) the quality of services does not affect attitudes in use, and 5) ease of use attitude in use.
